This hotel needs to be bulldozed
The worst hotel experience in my life. First room had TV kicked in. Mold in bathroom. Second d room had front door repaired from being broken into. Third room was handicapped a d was marginally Ok.

Today when I switched hotels I discovered BEDBUGS.Wyndham should be ashamed to be associated with this Days Inn brand. I feel dirty. Will NEVER use DaysInn again. Definitely thinking of switching brand loyalties. Faithful Wyndham user for 10÷ years. Marriott or Hilton may be better choice.

I will be shouting from the rooftops what a terrible experience ive had.

PS I have the bedbugs in a jar for those I terested. I am isolating EVERYTHING in large sack to protect my property. I hope Wyn dham will respond, if they are not too ashamed@

The toilet in our room 414 was very low to the ground. One of our guests had a bad hip, so using the toilet was very painful for this guest. Why are the toilets so very low to the ground?

Nothing about the description of this hotel was accurate. They wouldn’t let you inside the lobby to check in. No breakfast, no fridge no microwave. Toilet was broken, had to take the lid off to pull the chain to flush it. Remote didn’t work. The air conditioner had no knobs so you couldn’t control anything. Inside of the room was beat to sh*t. Also Booked a non smoking and they put me in a smoking room that reeked. Don’t stay here.

Please request for property inspection before they rent out any further.

Make sure what was written on their Window is advertised in Expedia for customers review.

Good location and property is good. Whoever is the owner trying to cut cost save money from all aspects.typically goes to one set of communities.

It should be evaluated and they can increase the tariffs but not compromise on quality and service.

It was awful. No breakfast like it said, damaged wall, one light shade was missing, the AC didn't work, and worst of all, the room smelled like weed - like it had just been smoked in. It was completely unbearable. Worst room I've ever been in.

We had to stay there for two nights , when we got there system was down , we waited 20 maybe 30 minutes for it to come up . Then when we got in the room tv didn't work , roaches , bed uncomfortable, toilet seat messed up , and the light over the vanity wouldn't work. When It was time to check there was a note that the person was off property and I would have to come back in 10 mins . ( idk when they left )

Down right gross hotel unless you don’t mind roaches and dirty floor sink that makes the area flood water. I asked for another room. They said they was out of rooms, but there was eight open rooms around my area and I told him that but they still will not give me another room so please save your money and get a different hotel because this hotel lets people live there month-to-month and if you are a traveling family, you do not want to stay here. It is not friendly at all.

The room and bed sheets still smelled like smoke in a non-smoking room and there were stains in the tub. Check-in was helpful because we got there around 11:30pm and could still check-in. Though we could have breakfast but they had none.

The rooms were in really bad shape. The lamps didn’t work. It had a smell to it.. and granite it was cheap and we only spent a night so we can go to a concert. But the A/C was broken (the room was very hot) and the fridge did not work.. the tv and stuff worked I did do my annual checkup I do at any hotels so there wasn’t any bugs.. but the place was a little dirty… the covers had burns, the floors were stained, and the toilet was very very wobbly and I’m kind of a big girl so that was scary thought I had broke it but my boyfriend used the bathroom before I do and said it was like that. I booked it from a website and the website said it was nice. But……. Yea… so yes it was cheap… but the lady up front was super super nice and warned me abt how the rooms aren’t good. So… but I had already booked it and she let us in a room early.. would not go back.. def not worth it… unless you’ve already spent a crap ton on a concert lol. I don’t have any photos :( not worth the stay. But the staff is very nice. The picture is definitely not the place. Me and my boyfriend made a joke saying how it might be pictures of the hotel next to it considering the one next to this one was nicer by far just by looking at the curtains and lobby area. This please I wouldn’t go back to. And it would’ve been great to know there was a $30 fee just to go in. Def not worth a $30 deposit. And they say “you won’t get it back if the place is messed up” everything needs to be replaced. Won’t come back.

The pictures used for this property are not actually pictures of the property, rooms, or amenities (which there were none, not even a lobby!)

the room stank, had holes in the bedsheet, stains on mattress, a broken toilet lid, graffiti on furniture, tears in the wall...

its amazing this place has a license or passes code somehow.

Do not stay here! You are better off sleeping in a park.

It would be one thing if description was accurate for property, and pictures were of the actual property inside and out- but its not. I have never seen a days inn in this condition.

The only good thing was the very nice, professional and helpful employee who worked behind bulletproof glass to check you in. I canceled and demanded a refund, as did another guest who also got duped by listing before me was doing.

There wasnt a bar. Their wasn't a microwave or a fridge or a coffee pot. Zero toilet paper or Kleenex. The room was disgusting, the floor was nasty. There were roaches and other bugs. The door lock was barely functioning. The bathroom was stained and gross. The toilet seat and toilet moved. Absolute joke and embarrassing to have to pay for that.

The listing said there was a breakfast, fridge and microwave. I expected some condition issues based on price, not to be lied to. They didn't even provide coffee - let alone a muffin & fruit! It doesn't matter what I paid -- I should receive the promised goods.

I would have even paid slightly more for a place where we didn't have to leave the property for morning essentials.

Hotels.com has not returned, nor acknowledged, my request regarding the issue.

Honestly, the room was very nice and clean. It had a few cosmetic issues like the battery cover on the remote was missing. The ceiling tiles in the bathroom need replaced and there was wear and tear on the dresser. Butt …. with that being said, the room was immaculately clean. The mattress was super comfortable. The linens were nice and clean. The heater worked even in subzero temperatures. The shower unit was very clean. The tiles and grout work was very nice in the bathroom. They even supplied plastic cups, shampoo, conditioner, plenty of towel, towels, washcloths, hand towels. I stayed at a different hotel a block down the road the next night and paid three times the amount and had less amenities. Definitely worth staying at this property again and the staff was very nice.

The heat an air worked when it wanted to. There was mold on the ceiling in the restroom. Show in there site the have breakfast refrigerator an microwave. Which at the window where u have to check inn at theres a note written that says read all signs before check in. An they say no breakfast no refrigerator no microwave must pay deposit. Also say not an extended stay but 5 days or more requires $150,0. Dollar deposit then at check in was told the deposit was not for the entire stay but per day . Which is crazy but when I tried gettibg a refund was told no that i would have to just stay or not only loose my refund but the cost of the room as well. I saidcso what your saying is i shouls go buy my own bleach an get rid of the mold an bug myself or loose all the money im out for this room the woman from expedia said thanks for your understanding. But we can offer you 25. Oon ur next trip since we value you as a customer. Like 25 or another room does anything when i would be out 180. If i had chose to leave

Check-in was botched. Even though I paid with Hotels.com OneKey cash, they charged my card for the full room rate. That was later reversed after I complained, but that's not drama I'm looking for.

The room itself seemed to be clean enough. I saw no visible bugs, and the AC/Heat worked fairly well (despite only having one knob instead of two -- I had to move the knob back and forth between temp control and run mode...)

You are not allowed to go into the office ever; instead, check-in and check-out are through a small window with a smaller pass-through on the front wall of the office.

Hotels.com listing shows free breakfast and coffeemaker in room. NEITHER of those things are present. They do have a sign posted to alert you to those things when you check-in, but I think they're banking on people showing up and not being willing to go to the trouble and effort to rebook somewhere else. Nefarious.

I would not stay here again, I would not recommend. I would instead suggest staying far away, and letting Days Inn corporate know that they have a lazy, crappy franchisee in Oklahoma City.

There were many damages to the room. Had to check in through a window outside the building. They run a bar or nightclub out of the office. The plug in next to the bed was broken. There was no no remote for the TV. The ac cover for the selector switch was broken. The room smelled like sewer, the bed had holes and cuts in the mattress, and the blanket had burn holes in it. The bathtub had to be cleaned before it was used. The headboard had broken pieces shoved in a dresser drawer.

The room was horrible. There was no heater, just the a/c, no mini fridge and no microwave. They said free wifi, breakfast, mini fridge and microwave, even said my service dog was okay. But, when I got up into my room, I tried to bring my dog they said no pets not even service dogs. There was no breakfast, that basically everything said on their website, was all nothing but fake. I really think I should be compensated for false advertising to me what they really don't have.

This is a run down property. The paint is chipping and cracking. The sink and faucets are rusty and never been updated. The white tub is not white anymore with years of stain and rusty spots. There were even long hair in the tub from previous guest. The toilet is not flushed well. The whole room smell like sewer water and mold. It’s not sanitary and safe to stay. I left one night earlier even though I booked 3 nights. It’s a shame that this franchise is not up to the Day’s Inn standard :(

Booked without reading reviews first, definitely a mistake. After checking in I asked about the breakfast it says is included, and they said they don't do breakfast. Which honestly is probably a good thing given the state of this place. They asked if I wanted a smoking room, even though when i booked it said all the rooms were non-smoking. I said I wanted non-smoking, which apparently doesn't matter because the comforter in the room was full of cigarette burns. There was also a ring on the floor so it was pretty obvious they hadn't bothered cleaning, not to mention the dead gnat in the sheets. Needless to say we did not end up staying, we got a refund and went to another hotel down the street with better reviews.

Upon check-in, the first thing the employee at the drive-through window points to is a sign that says, “no microwave, no fridge, no hot water, no pool, no …” I walk in the room and it looked like a construction zone.
