The front desk was a hot mess...no one ever there. Had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come out to even check in. We reserved a King bed and they gave us a queen and refused to refund us the difference. The comforter was paper thin. The kitchen was missing dishes. Overall the property was not very nice. The only positive I can say is that the housekeeping staff were all very friendly.

The check-in process was easy. A guest service member was there to assist with our very late check-in. I did not know the room had dishes, utensils, a full size refrigerator! All the things that I needed. I would definitely stay here again.

I was a little disappointed in this property. I had stayed in other Home2Suites which were cleaner and had much better breakfasts.
The jug of milk where individual milk cartions should have been was questionable at best. The yogurt dispenser put up a red flag as well. Some of the food looked like leftovers from a previous meal.
The room had a hole in the headboard and a random rug under one of the beds. The beat thing I can say about the room is that the bathroom was clean.

The people are awesome and so was the room. Had a full kitchen, plenty of seating and lots of space. The people at the front desk were extremely helpful after I got snowed in and had to extend my stay. Also huge shoutout to the breakfast foods there were great and had plenty of veggie options!! 10/10 will stay there again!!!

Neisha gets the 5 star award for customer service - going above and beyond to get us a great medical price and room. We love this hotel because of the room amenities and the location but also because of the great staff.
Rachel has a 5 star also for her help, attentiveness and customer service in the 3 times we have stayed there .

The room was very large with a kitchenette also. The rug had a small stain or two. The bed was not a queen as requested. The bathroom door lock was not working but we requested to have it fixed and they did.

I can’t rate the breakfast as I didn’t try it but I must say this, Gina you are amazing! I can not thank her enough. From the moment I walked into the hotel she greeted me so kindly. I had a long trip and she gave me some grace as we all need sometimes. I even forgot my iPhone charger and I couldn’t get in touch with my kids, Gina was so kind to lend me her charger. Kudos to you Gina! Also the lovely room service women were spectacular! I don’t think room service workers get enough credit. Thank you all for the hospitality. I recommend this hotel. :)

Needs updating and new carpet in the rooms. The first room we were assigned was an odd corner room that smelled like dirty socks and body odor. The shades were damaged and it appeared dirty. We asked for a different room. Our second room was acceptable but the carpet was also dirty. The breakfast was good and clean and the staff was nice and accommodating.

Had to wait forever to check in because there was no one at the desk. The lady that checked us in was very unprofessional and was on a FaceTime call while checking us in.

The room did not seem clean. There wasn’t anything specific it just did not feel like a fresh hotel room.

The thermostat was terrible. We had it set on 71 cool auto. The room was either really cold or hot. It did not feel like there was an in between.

The TV in the living area was obviously not working right. The top half of the screen was very dark. Both remotes did not work well.

We really like Home 2 Suites but we will never stay at this one again.

We loved our stay! Great buffet breakfast! Bed was very comfortable and we did not feel like we were imposing in any way with the staff which we often feel we are interrupting staff when traveling. We accidentally left both our keys in our room the first time we left and in less than a minute they had a third ready for us to get back in. Lovely stay and very homey feeling. Entrance is very small, but everyone is very courteous about it so it does not cause much congestion at all. We did not get a chance to try out the pool but they had cute lights out there for when the sun would go down. Looked like it would be nice to relax in (if warm enough lol). Over all great stay. We will stay again!!!

Staff waa by far the nicest I've have dealt with. I usually choose Marriott or IHG, but I am pleased I chose Hilton this time.
I expected a little more out of the breakfast. Not as filling as IHG.
I was a little concerned that my room door was open when I checked in. I was nervous walking in at first.
Lastly, the 1 bedroom sliding door to the bathroom was not able to latch. We shut it as much as possibly but it still had a gap.

I paid for 2 double bed room and was not informed they sold/ gave my room away. Instead, they gave me a kwy to a room with one bed and sofa. I go back downstairs and advise i paid for 2 double beds. One bed was for our young teen He kept trying to put our child in a room alone as they didnt have a room for us. Nothing was that night and norhing still has been resolved.

Here on a business trip. We booked a double queen with a sofa bed. We never got the sofa bed rather about 9 other guest throughout our stay also said the same thing with none to offer. We asked about the conference room and it was $200 to rent and was already rented out. We were told we can use the lobby it is large and quiet. Neither of which were true it was so loud you could not hear eachother talk and not much direction from staff to quiet the drunk people in the lobby until well after 2 am.

The room itself is ok. The bathroom door will not stay closed without it being locked which is not easy with young kids. The curtains were very worn out on all edges and crumbled pieces on the floor.
The comforter was rather a bed skirt with some padding tucked under the top blanket.

Breakfast was good and had variety.
The pool was ice cold and shared with the neighboring hotel so it becomes crowded quickly.

Location is convenient with restaurants and shopping near by. But very disappointed in what we booked/ was promises as we all drove here for this trip versus what was actually delivered.

The night shift receptionist was a very polite and professional person. I think his name was Eric or something, I couldn’t remember much because it was way late in the night at about 12-1am, when we got there. And we were greeted and had an easy check-in, the room was clean except for the carpets and the sofa, it was very sticky. I don’t know what it was but it looked clean but felt very sticky. I wouldn’t recommend going barefoot in the rooms. Or at least the room we were in. Apart from that, everything else was good. Breakfast was good and staff were nice and friendly.

First room given to us was dirty/had someone staying in it. When we alerted the front desk, they did not say sorry (or anything) and simply handed us a new room key with a new number. This room was cleaner but had crumbs on the bed and the towels in the bathroom were folded haphazardly. The hallway walls were beaten up and in need of a revamp, same with elevators. Breakfast was not great! I’ve had good stays at Home2Suites before but this wasn’t one of them

Hotel did not have the 2 queen rooms we reserved. They told us at check in that they gave away our room, so we got a room with a king bed and a pull out. This was not sufficient sleeping arrangements for our family. They also did not have a room ready at check in at 4:00. We waited over an hour for our room to be ready. By 5:15 we complained and they finally assigned us a different room. Our room’s bathroom door was broken. The latch was missing completely. This was not a good experience.

Awful experience

As soon as we got there my 7 year old opened the fold out couch bed. She was super excited to have her own bed. The mattress pad had dorito chip crumbs. It had blood stain and looked like chocolate candy wiped on sides by head. They immediately replaced. But we should have left then. The carpet was sticky because so dirty. The chair was stained. My daughters blanket was old and hole. The bathroom door is sliding. There was paint and could see they just “fixed” it. But the door jam and door didn’t even match up to possibly close. So everytime someone in bathroom it slid open. There were 2 seals in the corner of bathroom off the shower. The pool water was freezing and murky. I don’t ever complain to a hotel. We did and got $73 refund and still charged $90. I wish we had left. I just didn’t want to be told couldn’t refund and the kids were excited to be there. We only had about 18 hrs in OKC. Hind sight I would have demanded refund the first issue with mattress pad and left hotel. It was just so unclean in the room and upkeep not done.

Pillows and bed are not comfortable.

Check in was fast, staff was friendly but the comfort of the bed and pillows were horrible! This was a one night stay at a half way point of a 20+ hour drive and the ONLY thing I was looking for was comfort for a restful sleep so I could complete the last half of my drive! Instead, I tossed and turned and tried to fold the feather pillows into any semi comfortable position but it was impossible so I only slept 2 hours! The latch on the bathroom door was completely broken and missing so the door was always cracked with no way of keeping it shut. The refillable bottles in the bathroom were unsecured which was a little worrisome and I would have felt better using them if they were secured and couldn’t be tampered with. Breakfast was just okay, pretty standard with no flavor. I really wanted to love staying here but it wasn’t achieved.

The first room we were assigned had an issue. The pocket door for the bathroom for room 315 would not latch. I went to the counter and told the rep. At first she said they were out of rooms. After that she went ahead and gave us another room. The breakfast was not good. Not alot of seating area. We just ate in our rooms.
