The room was well outfitted with plenty of electrical outlets for our chargers and enough lighting fixtures. We enjoyed two mornings' excellent hot breakfasts with really good coffee. Everything was clean and stylish without stupid extravagance. We recommend this hotel highly.

I booked a king bed to stay. When I checked in 30 minutes after I booked a room, staff at front desk said that only two queen beds room is available and she can cancel my reservation if I didn't want a two queen beds room. This happened around 10:30 pm. I didn't have other options except getting two queen beds room. Of course, the room I reserved is a bit mire pricey.

My stay at this hotel had a few positives, but overall it fell short of expectations. The service was inconsistent—while some staff members were polite, others seemed inattentive and not very helpful, which made the experience feel less welcoming than it should have been.

Cleanliness was another area that could use improvement. The room and some common areas didn’t feel as well-maintained as I would have hoped, and it took away from the overall comfort of the stay. The amenities were also underwhelming, either lacking or not up to the standard typically expected.

That said, one highlight was definitely the breakfast. There was a good variety of options, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. It was easily the best part of the stay and something the hotel seems to do very well.

For a Hilton/Hampton hotel this was very underwhelming. Booked a king room with a pullout sofa and the bed in it was broken. I tried to move rooms and the front desk told me they were all booked up, which was funny because on the way in the girl at the desk said \"it should be nice and quiet up there you got the floor to yourselves.\" Then they would only give me 1 pillow for the couch. Wall had a patched hole not painted, some yellow substance running down the wall, the carpet was sticky in the room and coming up in the hallway. The tile in the elevator was busted and had a giant hole in it. The elevator was broken on checkout we had to walk all our stuff down the stairs. Overall very rundown, and disgusting. The girl at the desk was apathetic to any situation we had. To rub a little salt in the wound, the bathroom had no soap in the dispenser and I ended up leaving my shower gel by mistake.

The room was absolutely disgusting. Unfinished walls, stains on both chairs. No sealant on the walls of the shower, with no fan in the bathroom which assuredly is a breeding ground for mold. Still a towel hanging up the bathroom, which made me think it wasn’t properly cleaned. Toilet wouldn’t stop running either. The head board of the bed was all stained, I brought my own blanket and pillow because I refused to get into that bed. The hotel was overall run down. Broken floor tiles in the elevator, rickety luggage cart that almost fell apart. This hotel is the filthiest thing I’ve ever experienced.

We had a horrible night due to other guests. A full basketball team was screaming and running around. I was disappointed that I had to give the staff member a solution to the issue. I also had to move my stuff two floors up while the elevator was broken. Pool was also broken so we couldn’t enjoy that. Staff was great overall though.

Upon arrival, we were advised that the elevator was broken and that we were have to take our family's 3 days worth of luggage up the stairs to room. Whenever we got to our room, I noticed that it was NOT the room that I had booked through hotels.com. I went back down to the desk and discussed this with the gentleman at the desk. He advised me that the room we originally booked, yesterday, was \"out of order\" and this was the best we could do. We decided we would make due and proceeded to situate the room for our needs. We quickly noticed that the pull out bed was broken. Whenever I called down to the desk to let them know, he said, \"I'm sorry. We can bring a twin size pull out bed.\" I told him that wouldn't do for the number of people we have with us. He said that was the best he could do. We've had to go out and purchase an air mattress to put in our room to have sufficient sleeping arrangements for the hotel I've booked for the next 3 nights. This is an absolute nightmare! The lack of concern from the staff is unexcusable.

The place was worn! It wasn't nasty - it just didn't seem to try very hard. The elevator didn't work and it's been out for months! I was told it was out in JANUARY! How do you, as a 4-5 story hotel, keep your elevator out of order?! My room had a broken, exposed piece of wood where they've tried to remove the curtains or something. My carpet was very worn. The stairwells - you HAD to use - were dirty. The breakfast was...ok. The whole place just screamed, \"We're not terrible, so we're ok with very mediocre.\"

The staff were exceptional! Greeted us with smiles and pleasant conversation. Texted once we got to our room to make sure everything was ok. Staff the next morning in the breakfast area were pleasant and food was hot and good variety. When we left, front desk staff bid us farewell with smiles.

Only suggestion about the hotel is that it could use some up grading. The carpet in our room was showing its age and felt a little grungy under our feet. Bed lamps didn’t match and one was pretty outdated.

Check in is 3:00, when checking in at 3:30 the rooms weren’t ready so we waited for an hour. Rooms still weren’t ready. Elevator was broken and we were moved from the 2nd floor to the 3rd or we would have to wait another hour to get in the rooms. No discount offered. Very inconvenient when needing to stay on schedule.

The beds and shower was clean and check-in was easy but that's about it. Part of the popcorn ceiling in the corner was falling down. The carpet felt dirty on your feet. There was trash in the corner of the bathroom. The toilet has a hard water streak down the back. I didn't dare look closer. There were only security lights in the pool so it was not well lit. Ther chairs in the pool room were stained questionably brown.

The actual condition of the room looked very different from the pictures, with paint chipping in multiple areas, and the bathroom door appeared to be damaged, as if it had been scratched or clawed by an animal.

This was our first experience with Hampton Inn. We came here because Hampton Inn was highly recommended by close friends. This was an exceptionally disappointing experience, and it is doubtful that we will try Hampton again. In general, this property is in disrepair and is in need of being refurbished. Both elevators were out of service, which made getting to the room with our luggage and belongings difficult. However, the desk staff provided assistance to get us into the room and out of the room at our departure.

Carpets are buckling in the hallways and the room. Furniture is in need of repair; door handles on the furniture, and attachment of the bedside table to the wall. There was no blackout curtain in the room, and this was reported in my initial survey about check-in. We had a service man come promptly the next day, but he did not seem to know the problems that I had identified in that survey. He was unable to do anything about the blackout curtain, and told us that we should’ve been informed by the desk staff that it was not in place when we checked in. Although the staff at the desk did not inform us, it would seem that this is an easy repair that should’ve been done to the room at some point prior to putting guests in it.

The bathroom was clean, the shower worked well, and the towels were new and of good quality. However, we ran out of the bath gel before we both got showers on our third morning.

Overall, this hotel fell far below our expectations for a Hilton

Got a message stepping off airplane that their elevator was out but that I was on 2nd floor. So not far to walk. Was still 2 flights of stairs. Found out it had been out since September. Someone from. The hotel or hotel.com should have told us so we could cancel and rebook somewhere else before my deadline to cancel and not wait til I am on the way!!!Should have offered to give part of money already paid back for the trouble. We are both in our 70’s and my husband still recovering from Achilles surgery.

Both elevators were out and had apparently been out for a little while. They put our group on 2nd floor but it was still difficult for luggage. Also the extra security latch in my room was broken so I could not double latch my door. That needs to be fixed. There’s even a sign on the door that advises hotel guest to always use that feature for safety and security reasons.

This is an older, well kept hotel. Its age shows, but it’s very clean and the rooms are spacious compared to newer hotels. Breakfast was good and coffee was always available. Only drawback was the room fragrance which was overpowering. If it wasn’t the hotel’s doing, there was an occupant before me with STRONG cologne.

Toilet in one of our rooms was refilling the tank from an internal leak continuously. Doors to areas away from entrance were hard to open. You had to force them. Not typical Hampton Inn quality.

Friendly service, good location but hotel needs building maintenance and the construction noise outside starts at 7am. I would wait to go back until the remodeling and construction is done. The elevator was not working; i am a disabled petson and was told i would be on 1st floor. I was put in the 2nd floor with no help from the stuff. Stuff was not very friendly. The commode leaked water. The bathroom sink was slow to drain. No information booklet about attractions, places to eat, ect., in the room. Rooms where only cleaned every other day. Had to ask for coffee for our 2nd day there. I do not recommend this hotel.

Hotel needs a refresh

We have stayed at this hotel for many years. However, the last time we stayed was in 2020. Since then the hotel has become rundown. The air conditioning unit in the room was leaking on the carpet. The wallpaper in the common areas was peeling and overall it is rundown. My reservation got mixed up with another reservation and I had to come down and be re-billed.

The entrance area was nicely maintained and the staff was very nice. The wood in the elevators and room seemed to be in disrepair. The end table in between the beds was unsupported and facing and downward angle. You could not put anything on it because it would fall off. No bath soap, just one bar of hand soap. Beds were clean and it was a comfortable stay outside of the disrepair. Pool was fine. Paid extra for this hotel thinking it would be good, but maybe the location was the draw. Dave and Busters next door worked out well for us.

Not the best Hampton. It was probably the worst Hampton Inn. Not the cleanest. Rundown and in need of a huge overhaul. The lobby had a weird smell. Hard bed and watered down maple syrup, it was where I drew the line! We won't be staying here again.

Nasty trash and worse smell

This is without doubt the nastiest Hampton of ant I’ve stayed at booked for 4 nights and the room was horrible had a filthy mold/mildew smell room was dirty in lobby there were open empty water bottles laying around and the entry had disgusting pizza boxes and trash laying around! Hotel refused to refund my money and I only stayed the 1st night, I would never recommend this Hampton on NW Expressway, Okla City to my worst enemy!
