I was super impressed with this property upon first impression, very spacious room with updates / appeared to be renovated recently. I wouldn't be able to stay again primarily due to how loud the air conditioner was. I travel for work and have stayed in many hotels and this was the worse I've ever dealt with. Additionally, my TV didn't work, brand new, but seemed never to be setup. No option to login to apps without signing into TV with Samsung account, no live TV, nothing would load. The lady at the front desk was very willing to help. Seemed to be the acting bartender and server which she informed me at check in that there was nobody there and to place order with her if needed. When called about the TV issue, she came to my room to troubleshoot and eventually brought me a new TV and swapped them out. It was frustrating and not something I wanted to deal with after a long day of work and travel. Management seemed to be lacking.

Dirty room ...poor breakfast very basic and cheap and bad quality...for 9.99 each. They offer a buffet but is only 3 things. Egg sausage and potatoes. Thats all. No waffles no pancakes ....and they even charge separately. Location is good but not worth it. The pool was very dirty. There was a lot of trash on the patio area. It seems like nobody cared about cleaning. I only stayed 1 night because I like to try the hotels first and definetely this wasn't good at all. It is pet friendly but the guy from the reception was rude with us. And seem that he didn't like his job. He needs to find another job definetely hospitality is not his skill. He came to us at the chair and told us we couldn't be there with our dog. Isn't is PET FRIENDLY????? Bad experience HOTEL NOT CLEAN. The only good thing about this hotel is the lady om the reception with tattoos she was incredible. But wouldnt stay here again.

The room was decently clean. The room didn’t have enough towels, several of the charging ports were broken. The hot and cold in the shower was not working properly it was either burning hot or freezing cold. The beds were supposed to be to queens but they were mostly definitely full. The people above us were very loud at 2am jumping on the bed. The accommodations were lacking for the price of the room. The pool was not textured I almost slipped on the steps getting in, a pool light came out while I was in the pool. Parking was fine. The staff was neutral not friendly.

The room was OK pillows were very uncomfortable but the shower and the sink never produced any hot water. I ran the hot water for about 15 minutes and still nothing came out. I was very disappointed that made my whole night and morning awful.

The night clerk was very nice and did her best to accommodate us.
The key card machine was not working and we had to wait an hour and a half at midnight to get into our room.
Once we were finally in and got in bed, we realized the heat didn’t work. It was 20 degrees outside.
We never got keys, we froze, and we were almost knocked down by the marijuana smoke/smell in the hallway outside are door.
We will not be returning.

This was nice hotel but has no maintenance on call - shower was broken making it very difficult for me asked for it to be repaired or us be moved to another room- hotel overbooked so promised to credit both nights and I check out and went to another hotel which was a bigger disaster .

Paper thin walls to where you could hear entire conversations. The shower in the first room didn’t work (couldn’t change from bathtub to shower) and when we called the front desk to tell them about it, she made it sound like we broke it and that it was an inconvenience to her that we would have to switch rooms. Do not recommend!

The hotel looked nice and the room was very clean. But the lobby was very muggy. The hot water in the room never got hot, just a little warm. My wife really wanted to use the hot tub but it, while it was hot the bubbles would not work.

It smelled good as you entered and hallways, elevators, and our room was very clean. We stayed in a king room with a pullout sofa. I really liked the layout. The closet area had shelves and drawers with great places to put our things. Extra chairs, and a long desk/table space. Very comfortable. Staff were very kind and helpful.

Would definitely stay at this hotel again. I declined having the room cleaned for the first two days but had them come in and clean on the third day. I had already straightened pretty well but they had re-straightened everything and it looked amazing. The staff is Amazing and the hotel is excellent.

Got our first room, it smelled, the lines were dirty, refrigerator and lamps didn’t work. It was late and we were tired from traveling, but I called front desk and he switched us to a different room immediately. Next room was cleaner, everything worked and smelt a whole lot better!

The indoor pool was freezing, and the jacuzzi was barely lukewarm. The walls were so thin that I could hear the cleaning crew vacuuming and working for hours. To make matters worse, I was told the chips at the front desk were $2, but my credit card was charged $3 for a small bag of Doritos — what a rip-off! I wouldn’t return or recommend this place.

We specifically asked if the spa was working and properly. We arrived to it being under maintenance. When it did open it did not function properly. It was cold and the jets barely worked. We were also suprised to be charged for breakfast. Most hiltons have complimentary breakfast.

I don't really care for this new trend of making you buy breakfast, and $14 for a breakfast buffet is too much. Other than that, everything was fine. I really appreciated the smoking area. Most \"smoking areas\" make you stand in the entrance area no matter the weather and have everybody stare at you as they walk in. This one is on the side of the building, is partially covered, and actually has places to sit.

We learned this on our cruise if you pull the fridge out it cools , we woke up this morning and our drinks were VERY COLD 😁

Overall our overnight stay was okay. We made it work, and we had all the amenities we needed. We booked a room with two queen beds, but received a room with two full size beds. The parking lot smelled like marijuana and the inside hallways had an overwhelming scent of air freshener like they tried to cover up something bad. Thankfully the smells did not extend into our room.

At about 3:00 AM, some very loud guests came up and down the halls yelling and slamming doors, off and on, for about 15 minutes.

I do wish they had free breakfast, as $12-13 per plate is a little much.

The property appears to have been nicely renovated recently and is conveniently located with ample parking spaces. The room was clean, comfortable, but the air conditioner was really loud. The only issue about the staff was she asked me for my driver's license and credit card. When she checked my address on their computer, it had an Expedia address listed. She returned them to me and then asked for them again. It took ten minutes to check in.

PROPERTY WAS VERY BEAUTIFUL AND CLEAN FOR THE MOST PART. OUR ROOM HAD LITTLE BIT OF TRASH ON FLOOR UNDER BED AND BEHIND DRESSER. WE EVEN FOUND A SMALL DIME SIZE AMOUNT OF MARIJUANA UNDER THE BED. THE RECEPTIONIST WAS NOT SO FRIENDLY (DONT REMEMBER HER NAME) WE ASKED FOR CLEAN TOWELS AND GOT TOLD THEY WOULD GET BROUGHT UP TO ROOM, WE NEVER GOT THEM.

The lobby area is new and modern. The hallways are dark and the carpet needs replaced. Room was very clean and updated with the exception of the tub but it was just a bit dated. Staff was amazing. Lexi checked me in with a huge smile and was super fast which I appreciated after a long day. Checkout staff was also pleasant.
