I arrived around 10pm, the room that was given to me was dirty. The comforter appear to have cigarette burns, sheets had stains, there was a small dot of blood on one of the sheets due to the small size I would think it was probably from a bed bug, the blood stain was fairly small and round. very old fashion room. carper dirty, there was small pieces of papers on floor, where no one had vacuum the carpet. I had to leave minutes upon arrival due to room conditions and requested a refund. toilet didn't flush properly. Horrible experience. They had a sign that I had to go to the hotel next to this one to check in. The official lobby for Super 8 was closed.

Nasty. Not a single towel, wash cloth, or complimentary soap, tissue, cable broke, had to call maintenance. BED BUGS!! I woke up with several bug bites. No refund. Was told “owner will be here Monday, she will call you” Not a single word. Accidentally scheduled the wrong date, no refund. Will not be staying at any of these disgusting, bed ridden motel again. Will not recommend to anyone. I payed for a room I did not stay in, no refund or credit for another day. Absolutely the worst management. The worst experience I’ve ever had in a motel and not worth the money.

Booked a 1 br with microwave and refrigerator. Got a room with 2beds, no refrigerator, and no microwave room was not very nice. Clean, but severeal lights dud not work.
Over all room had holes in the rug, old furnishings such as dresser drawer stuck some could not stay open and some fell out. Not a nice hotel, will not go back there.

Dirty floors, if you walk barefoot after taking a bath, your feet turn black. The only power outlets near the bed had the wire cut, and was unsuable. TV didnt have any service. The shower curtain doesnt stop water from leaking out of the tub, so you have to dry the floor after showering.

When i checked out early, i asked for a refund for my remaining paid nights, and the lady at the desk said they dont do it directly, but I can get it through the service i booked the stay with. When i contacted an Expedia agent, they called the hotel to confirm, and they told him they dont issue refunds.

Being stared at being watched.

I was stared at by someone who appeared to be watching me and my boyfriend as we just arrived near our hotel room My boyfriend was trying to park his U-Haul there was a lady on her phone standing in the same spot watching us. I didn't know exactly who she was so I just asked her Do you work here? And she said yes. I didn't like the fact that she kept standing there as if she was looking for something or she just wanted to see what we were doing did it feel comfortable staying there so I went back to the office to get a refund.

We got stuck with this motel because of or booking company, long story short this place is a complete total dump the first room we got put in didnt have a working tv or heater, so we get moved to another room which just so happens to be upstairs which is fine until you feel like your gonna fall through the stair case because the steps are weak and untrustworthy. So the next room we get put it, we had literally plug everything in including the ac/heater unit, light fixtures, tv, and ect. There was absolutely no running water in my room. Plesse just take your money elsewhere because at this point sleeping outside would've been much cleaner and better all the way around

Usually OK... This \"Home for Christmas\" time was awful. I had began requesting dats in advance, a downstairs room, due to a disability. Upon check in, the blonde, ponytail woman with glasses tried to tell me they were booked up and wants me to cancel my reservations & go next door to a 6 Motel. I politely explain although im an out of state resident, we're not just from OKC, but also from the immediate area and i know they aren't booked. She counters with a $50 cash deposit. Fine. No problem. She proceeds to check us in and \"found\" a downstairs room. Ive stayed at this Motel for visits for 15 years. She gave us the MOST DEPLORABLE room available. It stank, it was dirty, the 1990's box TV didnt work...but it was downstairs. It was CLEARLY her petty revenge. We stayed 3 nights and guess what... not a single night passed of them being sold out.

This is not a place you want to spend much time in. Ok for a few hours but don't want to hang out in the room much at all. Very poor Wi-Fi usually have to pickup wi-fi from next door at Days Inn Hotel. Poor bathroom conditions but the bedroom area has been recently remodeled it looks like. Generally the lobby isn't open you have to go to a window and talk to someone there.

this property and the days inn next door are apparently owned by the same company and they pool resources to manage the two properties. as a result, the front office for super 8 is closed at night and guests must call or go to the days inn night office if assistance is needed. my tub drained very slowly and the shower head flange was missing; the toilet needed encouragement to refill and the seat was cracked; one light bulb was missing from the headboard light fixture and the other one was loose in the socket and had to be tightened to work; my room was facing the interstate and was so noisy i had trouble sleeping; all in all it was very inexpensive and worth every penny.

ROACH MOTEL FOR REAL. RUN!

Run, don't Walk! This place is a scam. There is absolutely no breakfast, the wifi is shotty and I killed about 8 roaches within the first day. Moved to another room and killed more. There was roaches crawling everywhere, the infestation is so bad , they will climb on the bed with you , across your computers on the desk, the shower, the sink, etc. Across your toothbrushes even in a case. Do not take your things out of your suitcase. Just pay the extra for something else or sleep in your car. This place is a nightmare and you wont get any sleep, staying up on Roach patrol, trying to protect your things, kids and your self. The furniture was falling apart, bedrails sticking out to rip up your ankles, no microwaves like they describe, fridges don't work properly.

Got there to check in and there was a sign that sent me to check in at the Days Inn across the parking lot. So Ghetto. Ghetto is not a race thing, it's a lifestyle thing. This place is the worse of the ghetto hotels. Some weirdo knocked on my door at almost midnight, while I was alone with my baby. Luckily I had a peep hole. Never open the doors here. This place would be shut down/condemned and not have any partnerships on hotels.com or Expedia.com

We ended up staying somewhere else because someone was OD’ing on the stairs outside of my room, I couldn’t lock the door, there was a large blood stain on the mattress, the lights didn’t work, there was hair all over the bathroom counter, and I almost sat on a razor blade. Staff was very friendly and refunded my deposit.

The woman who checked me in was a ray of sunshine. I was having a rocky day traveling from Nebraska to come pick a loved one up from here in Oklahoma City. Nothing went as planned. I stumbled upon this hospitality company while being discouraged and the nice woman got me checked right in. She seen I was tired and very anxious from the trip and the obstacles I had to face. I was actually in tears because I could barely afford this trip but I had to come. My mom passed on not too long ago and I swear I felt the motherly love, I been missing, from this woman. She even wanted my daughter to be ok. She was who I needed to encounter. Although we communicated through a window, I felt her hug me in spirit. I needed that and a clean room to relax in with my baby girl. Life has been hard like it has for most people. I’m glad I encountered her. I’m glad I came here. I’m glad it didn’t work out with the more expensive location. We were supposed to be here. It was so divine.

This property needs to be condemned. I was working in OKC had 3 rooms. The beds arent comfortable at all springs digging into you when you lay on them. Ac didnt work in 1 of the rooms bugs flew out when the fan finally came on, black mold in the bathrooms and by doors. Sticky floors old tube tvs mostly blacked out. Flat thin pillows. No comforter on beds was more like 2 sheets. Believe was blood on the walls in 1 of the rooms. Have to check in at the motel next door dont allow you in the lobby at any time. Was only there 1 night slept fully dressed with shoes on cause this place is so disgusting.
I was fortunate they dont allow service animals even when announced at check in and was asked to leave with a partial refund.
When i called expedia they couldnt get in touch with the property so still waiting on that.

I got the impression that they didn't want people to come back. I guess they make a living off first timers or people with low expectations. No microwave, refrigerator, Wifi, coffee maker, ironing board, or swimming pool. Half the lights in my room were burnt out. There were groups of guys just hanging out around the rooms or a guy here and there just in his doorway staring. They all looked like thugs. Plus, the room I got faced the interior, so I had to park where I couldn't see my car and had to bring in my stuff in several trips passed groups of guys just watching.

I didn't like the fact that my Orbitz reservation didn't go through even though I had already paid. I ending up having to pay $62.77 for the room even after paying Orbitz $47.09 when the reservation was initially made. I did not like the fact that the room wasn't ready at 2:00 pm whoch was the check-in time and I had wait until 3:00 pm to check-in and to top it off, when I got to my room, it still wasn't ready. The woman cleaning the room was Wonderful! She said if they had told her to have the room ready by 2:00 pm, it would have been ready. Do there was miscommunication all over the place.

Wyndham should be ashamed and embarassed of their name being associated with this property. It was a rough, run down, very much in need of maintenance property in an area with homeless people on the corners. The room I was in is in dire need of a plumber - sink would not turn off and potty ran continuously after a flush (yes, I shook the handle and jiggled the inside flap to no avail) and an electrician - some of the wall plug receptacles would not hold a plug in place (would fall out as soon as you let go) and the AC/heater unit did not work - knobs would just spin - and it was not plugged in but their were no wall receptacles near enough to do so. Carpet was torn and missing is some places. No weather stripping around door - light and wind came right through. The tube of conditioner was half used.
Yes, it was cheap, and you get what you pay for, but I've stayed at similarly priced places, and they were nowhere close to the run down condition of this place.
On the \"good\" side, the room was clean with no bad smells. Bed was comfortable and clean. There was a microwave and a refrigerator (it was noisy). It is 50 feet off the highway service road, but it was surprisingly quiet.
I didn't feel as safe as I'd like - even with the door locks on, the door was moveable, so it wouldn't take much to break in (I placed the luggage rack and my suitcase in front of it, so it would offer an obstacle.
This place needs serious help.

To check in, you cannot go into the lobby. You are required to walk to the next property over and stand outside in below freezing weather for an extended period of time at a window affixed to the side of the building. No cover, no walls. Just standing outside in the weather elements. Completely filthy hotel. Furniture was entirely destroyed. Stains all over the carpet. Property had no cable for the television, and when asked about it the window attendant got rude and closed the window. Complete lack of service at this property. Stay ANYWHERE except this horrible place!

Well can't love that they charge a deposit although I had already paid for the room. Or that none of the amenities like breakfast or even coffee were available and not mentioned on the website. The TV remote only works when you stand in front of the TV. The shower was fun it has enough water to rinse one small spot at a time and the changing water temperature will help wake anyone up. Not sure if I should recommend you wear socks while walking on the carpet not sure if all the black greasy dirt will come out of your socks it took quite a while to come off a bare foot. The pillows are super comfy and probably the only good thing about my visit. I could say the metal edges are good for keeping you from falling off the bed but don't try sitting in the bed edge it's just a bit painful. They are kind enough to put a fridge (that doesn't keep anything cool) and a microwave (that has just as must crud in it as the carpet) in the room. The room was cheap but for the same price the other super 8 in town is worth the drive to stay at. I will not be recommending it staying at this location again. It's a shame that the super 8 motel chain let's place like this exist under it's name.

As soon as we walked in our room I instantly seen a roach run across the bed. There were severe burn holes in the comforter and sheets. The sink had red juice dried in it. The shower still had someone’s used soap in the dish sitting in water as if someone just got out the shower. Seen 2 more roaches crawl out of the corner in the ceiling of the bathroom from behind the peeling paint. After inspecting the room and going to ask for a refund the lady said we took too long and would have to come back in the morning. I asked to see another room and it was even WORSE!!!!! There was some mush in the shower WAAAYYY more roaches scurrying when we hit the lights and smelled horrible. Only polite thing about this hotel was that they did give me a full refund in the morning. We DID NOT stay overnight we found another hotel and met the lady at the door at 9 in the morning when her shift started. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Roaches,My room was walked into twice by those that said house keeping and didn't work here. Pubic hair in my shower wall, tub drains slow, bathroom light performs strobe causing epileptic seizures to happen, and roaches climbing out of the walls from missing smoking detector. Dirty as heck!

Check in was tough, but the lady was decent. The room was extremely dirty. Comforter was severely stained. Sheets were stained. Towels were ugly but clean. Carpet was sticky. A/C did not work well, the whole ventilation was horrible, couldn’t even open the door, because it was a sketchy looking place. Parties, meth head look a likes outside. The stairs to the second floor were rusty and very very loose. Very dirty hotel, never again will we stay here.

Non-smoking room but the bed still had cigarette wrapper on it plus burn marks. Tub was disgusting, with a hole in the ceiling and bugs. Room was so mad we left half way through the night.

Stuck in the snow

Had a problem with checking in we couldn’t check in for after waiting to get into the hotel we had to go to a different hotel to check-in which was very unusual. Then once we get checked in after an hour had passed in -2°F weather we get into the room and the heater is not working nor is there any hot water. I think there was nothing we could do about it because it was a blizzard coming through Oklahoma City we had to stay there and Endured it

It smelled horrible was told i need to put my own sheets on an also the only reason we booked with them is because they were pet friendly but they turned away my dog anyways shes 12 years old an i was told she can sleep in the car where it was cold! An she smelled better than the office they where in took me 8 locations til i found one to take my dog after driving 14 hours

I did not stay in this hotel. In fact, I live in Australia, have never been to America, nor do I ever intend to visit myself upon that racist, diseased hell-hole. I have received multiple communications from this business in error, and they continue to bother me, despite my attempts to inform them of their mistaken identity.
