We had a backed up toielt and the overnight clerk could not find a plunger went down several times even around 11pm when they offered to move us but one of us was already asleep so we waited till morning and still noone knew where one was or had one sent to the room before our check out other than that the stay was perfect !

The breakfast was so disappointing and I did say something to the clerk but nothing changed. Stayed two days the juice was watered down so, no flavor.The eggs powdered no flavor. No bacon or sausage. Saturday no gravy, just dry biscuits. Can't you do better?

There is no business center. Just a desk/table with outlets for office equip use. But do not EVER leave any items with any type of value or that cool etc. I stayed in early Dec and accidentally left a high dollar Bluetooth karaoke speaker. I was given the run around every time I was able to get to the city to pickup my property. Well, this time I went at a time with needed documents that they couldn't tell me I needed anything. So the mgr just looked at me and said \"We don't keep personal items this long. You should've come to get it sooner.\" Yet, I had been there SEVERAL TIMES attempting to retrieve such item with a different reason or excuse as to why I couldn't. So I called the CEOs office since I'm actually a platinum member with Wyndham Properties and this is a By Wyndham Property. Got a VM to call again. Will be doing so tomorrow morning.

The room we originally got was not cleaned. After moving rooms, we had blood-stained sheets two nights in a row. General cleanliness was terrible. The local front desk attendant did not want to acknowledge that cleanliness was an issue and refused to give any level of refund. After calling the corporate office, the local lady gave 5% off our stay. We cancelled our last night stay and moved hotels. I highly recommend staying somewhere else in OKC.

The hotel itself wasn’t bad, but not great either. It’s good for a night stay while traveling, but not for a long stay. Our room was not as advertised, but it was clean for the most part; except for the black mold in the shower wall seams. The bed is on a king size spring frame and only 1 top mattress, so it was a hard bed for my wife to sleep on and he back that’s fused. Definitely not staying there again, which is upsetting because Wyndham usually has great hotels. Also the Breakfast Bar provided was poor at best, the best thing is the waffles you can make yourself.

Losing a star only because day staff wasn't very friend and seemed inconvenienced heating up some food (in the microwave) for the breakfast area that was pretty empty at 7am. She watched the kids try to get a few drops of syrup as well and didn't bother filling it up for them.

We usually stay here and though the breakfast isn't great, it's nice to have the hot tub and the rooms are usually pretty clean. This last time we went, the AC didn't work in our first room so we were moved to another room that had roaches... I understand if I find like 1 but it was bad enough that multiple roaches would scatter when I turned the light on in the bathroom in the middle of the night. I've never seen roaches that bad there before but I think we were also right above the pool area this time so maybe that's why? Either way, it is enough for me to be concerned they might hitch a ride on my toiletries and I don't think that's very excusable.

Dog smell & no sheets

The room smelled like the dog that stayed there before me. There was kibble on the floor and dog hair in the room. Cockroach in the bathroom. I asked them to clean the room of the kibble and dog hair. I returned for the second night and there were no sheets on my bed, nor was the dog stuff cleaned. I had to ask for another room, which they were nice about giving to me.

Rooms were fairly clean! Sheets did have minor spots that I spotted but nothing too concerning. The one thing that really bothered me was how noisy the air conditioning system was in the room. It definitely made me wake up frequently from the noise. Other than that the room was cozy and bed pretty comfy. My partner fell asleep very quickly saying how comfortable he was. We unfortunately didn’t make it to breakfast but there were a few breakfast and coffee shops nearby.

The hotel is pretty dated. The towels were stained and ripped. We looked specifically for an indoor pool, but it was cold and only 3.5ft deep. The bathroom door had a giant hole. The shower was very slow to drain. There were lots of food options around. It worked well for an overnight as we drove through.

The moment we walked in our room was filthy! Dust everywhere, from mirrors to the tissue paper holder. Sticky spots on the table were never cleaned as well as brochure book in room. It wreaked of smoke! Breakfast was limited and our room wasnt cleaned between days. They picked up our towels, didnt replace them, and took my grandsons shorts. When I asked about compensation for the stolen ahirts from our room i was told nothing could be done. I could have stayed somewhere better for less. STAY AWAY the most disgusting place i have ever stayed and we travel frequently!

Walked into my room and cockroaches on the bed and in the room. Angie and Justin from front desk are refusing to refund me. We were in the room for 1 minute and walked right out and booked another hotel (La Quinta Wyndham) where facilities were much better. I have reported this incident to the health department and awaiting an on site inspection and word on next steps to get my money back for this. Terrible customer service/relations from Angie

We've stayed here before and it's the best hotel within our budget. The only thing that's lacking is the breakfast service... We went down at 8:30am and the gravy was already gone. When I asked about getting more made, the hotel employee just looked up from her phone and said there's no more being made and went back to looking at her phone. Last time we stayed, when I asked for more biscuits and eggs to be made, the employee had no problem making more.

This place was much cleaner this time than last time but it would be so nice to be able to actually enjoy the complimentary breakfast rather than spend extra money to feed our whole family.

False advertisement!!! The rooms were very musty! Queen beds were actually full size. No carpet. Condensation on windows from the air. Air conditioner kept flipping to heat. Wanted to check out early but was told I would still be charged. Was not offered any kind of solution. Was told what I could not do several times. The Breakfast was horrible. Yogurt was room temperature. Coffee and orange juice tasteless. People were making out in the hot tub! Shower leaked even with curtain closed. Standing water on floors. Electrical sockets were not safe at all!! Refrigerator not clean!! Horrible service!! Horrible experience!!

I liked that the staff was kind. I did not like that someone who had a key card to my room attempted to enter it while I was inside and ran away. I did not like that the facility had a very dirt hot tub and moss growing in the pool and also found things in the room that needed attended to. I mentioned this and pointed it out to the check out clerk. I have had to cancel my card due to attempted misuse of my card with their hotel after my stay there. I used my card with the Expedia external site and attempted to use it at the hotel.

The hot tub and pool areas are not as clean as I would hope. I chose not to use the hot tub. The property has a very strong cleaning chemical smell of fabulousa, indicating they are not diluting it properly when using it. Most all of the properties I have visited in OKC area have had the same issues over the years. They had issues running my card for the deposit so I used cash. Their technology may not be up to par?

UNSAFE Absolutely nothing SAFE to report about this place second floor, holes in floor covered up by modern vinyl first floor water leaks bathroom ceilings not fixed very obvious walls bathroom water between sheet rocks not fixed this hotel is nothing like it is advertised on line through Expedia not getting any help from Expedia I was stuck there for 2 days I had surgery Monday morning the 12th of May could not go anywhere else could not get a refund from the owner or the management of the hotel itself when I arrived they then hit me up with a $50 deposit that I knew nothing about which they got I check out 7:00 (tried to) girl working counter had no authority to refund me my $50 deposit she told me I had to wait for the owner when will she be here at 8:30 I said not happening I have an 8:00 surgery appointment I have to be there I'm not waiting she called the owner on the phone then owner tells me she can send me a receipt by email I said no I want my paper receipt and I wanted it when I check out as in right now she says it takes 7 to 10 days to get my $50 refund back I video the room as I stayed there I made sure I documented everything you can email me if you want room numbers of the second floor and the first floor be glad to give it to you they're not listed in this review because I don't want them to go and fix everything and then make me look like a liar this hotel is unsafe it should not be in business

At checkin, was told about 50 dollar charge to cover any damages, surprise. Walked in the room to find a stem for crack pipe on the floor, a filthy dirty and stained pillow on the bed, bug droppings on lamp base, made the mistake of raising chair cushion, filthy and dirty. Showed man at front desk, responded with sorry for any inconvenience. Previous damages to furniture documented with photos. Eggs and do it yourself waffles were the free breakfast. Very disappointing experience.

The entire hotel smells musty. Several times our floor smelled like marijuana. The pool/hot tub area is less than pleasing side of the pool and hot tub are scummy. The water is off colored, the pool is missing tiles. There were no towels when we entered. No trash service no towels were provided on our second day, less than desirable with no sugar-free or diabetic friendly options offered. That used dispenser was just terrible tasting water. The waffle machine was not turned on when we went down and then when it was turned on the timer did not work. Our mini fridge quit working in the middle of the night and my insulin was spoiled.. pool depth at max is 3’8”. Less than desirable hotel would not book again.

I think overall it was an average hotel experience. It seemed like it was needing some upkeep. It felt like It may have been another hotel previously and that they were still needing to do some updates.
The room was ok. The bathroom could have been cleaned better. The sink area had a few sticky spots.
The breakfast was typical however I would recommend that they add some fruit to the breakfast options.

We pre-checked to expedite getting into the room; including giving payemt information. When i walked in they requested payment information again and had me sign the same form I signed online. They didmt know if a room was ready even though we were past check-in time. We got in the room and it did not smell pleasant. The showe had hair on the wall before we used it. The body wash was empty. A \"clean\" wash rag had a brown spot on it. Overall we are not satisfied with this location and will not stay again.

We got a last minute reservation for 2 rooms. They said they couldn’t put us on the same floor. Then one room we were sent to had not been cleaned since the last person left. Then we were sent to another room, on the same floor as the our other room. The floors in both rooms were not done well. We did not have enough towels in one room. Pool did not open early enough and had no towels. Breakfast was minimal and not very good. Hall smelled like marijuana. Walls are thin and we heard every noise made in the hotel it seemed. Overall, not the best stay.
