The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The location is close to everything (train and Taksim square). Their were parts of the building that were a little older with spiral staircases to get to rooms, but the staff was very accommodating when we requested to move my parent to an easier accessible space

The location of the hotel is more than amazing, the staff were really nice. It is not a 5 stars hotel but for the money paid and the great location all is good. The breakfast is not an open buffet but the area is so cool! Thanks to the lovely staff who made our stay less hectic as we were afraid from the reviews, especially Mr. Karim.

Good location directly next to taksim square, easy access to the Metro station and busses.
Staff are friendly and ready to assist, but there is a shortage in towels a room of 2 persons only will get 1 towel, no tissues at the rooms or water, they don’t check while cleaning if toilet papers are needed unless we ask for.
From my side I would not recommend it.

When arrived I was allocated to a double bed room that was the size just about te feet a double bed with an uneven floor board covered with carpet and had eventually tripped over hole in the floor I instantly complained and asked to be removed elsewhere in more suitable room with extra 100 Turkish lira to pay for each night
Bed sheets were never changed, fresh towels changed couple times, place dirty needs cleaning over all isn’t worth 3 stars

We booked this hotel as you advertise 4 star it's not 4-star may be 2 star only very small room as well and in the bathroom water use to get clogged up when we having shower. Also breakfast wasn't very good every day same..no good at all.

Not worth spending your money on this hotel!!

The worst Hotel in Istanbul. Not friendly reception and the service is below zero. Very limited Breakfast. Room was smaller than it appears on Website. If the reservation was refundable even with a charge, I would have changed it immediately but I only stayed two nights.

At the checkout time they asked me arrange a Taxi as it was midnight 2:00 am. They toom me 160Tl and said the taxi will be ready by 2:30am. The taxi came on 3:00am. I just not worth of staying.

Great location but not a 4 star hotel

When we first got to the hotel we were given a very unpleasant room, it was dark, dusty, and small, we asked for a double bed but was given two single beds, it definitely wasn’t a 4 star hotel, coming all the way from Australia we were very disappointed, so I went down Stairs and asked to change rooms, they asked for more money even though I had paid for a 4 star double bed room. I ended up paying extra money in cash to upgrade.. the upgraded room was much brighter and bigger with a nice view, also there is no gym in there, as a personal trainer I walked in and walked out of the gym as they only had 3 cardio machines and no weights.. there is also no parking or stopping the car I front of the hotel, on the positive side the breakfast was very nice with an amazing view, the location was great as well..

Appalling service and stay

One of the worst service I have come across. The pictures shown are nothing like the hotel itself. The walls are cracking and the paint is coming off and the hindges were off from the window . The economy room is not shown in the pictures and there is literally no place to even put your bag down. The staff at the hotel do not accomodate for any needs and blame the next person that was in the previous shifts. Overall I would never recomend the hotel to anyone. If pictures are needed you can contact me .

Do not stay at Taksim Line Hotel

The experience was awful! My room had many issues, phone was not working, shower was spreading all over, not draining, no minibar, etc. the next day they changed my room. But the worst part was that I paid 100 Lira for a transfer since they discourage me from using Uber, then I had to cancel it 30 min before and they did not refund me anything. I was expecting a full refund since they had not told me anything about not receiving a refund if I cancel it. There was also no written agreement or receipt. I talked to the manager and other staff, no one helped.

Just the worst hotel ever

Bad rooms. Moulds everywhere. Not clean .
Rooms are not cleaned properly everyday. Worst hotel ever.
The hotel staff are good but the whole management is not up to the standard.

You request something in the evening (extra sheets) but after a while you find out that the cleaning room is locked and will reopen in the morning.

I had to change the room twice and the last one has not got a complete functioning air conditioner. And when I got into the flat, the sewage in the bathroom was blocked. It has moulds in all bathroom.
All flats have moulds everywhere (I rented 4 rooms at the same time).

The hair dryer in one of my rooms has a damaged cable. My brother had a shock and almost died.

Cleanliness is the worst. You have to ask few times to get it cleaned properly.

My and my family's holiday has been ruined.

You sleep and you are sweating.

Solid boutique hotel at doorstep of Taksim Square

Wenn man absolut keine Ansprüche hat, keinen Wert auf Sauberkeit und Frühstück legt, gerne kaputte Möbel und ekelhaften Teppichboden hat ist das Hotel perfekt !
Wir mussten leider sehr kurzfristig ( 1 Tag vor Anreise ) unser Hotel umbuchen da wir 3 eco mit Frühstück gebucht hatten haben wir auch ein Eco (ekelhaft!! )bekommen haben dann mit Aufpreis ! 15 Euro pro Nacht und Zimmer standart Zimmer bekommen
Eine Frechheit Einrichtung und Ausstattung gleich nur größer
Fernseher im Zimmer der auch nach Aufforderung das er eingerichtet wird, nicht funktioniert hat
Ja sind nicht zum fern sehen da aber nicht akzeptabel
Wenn das housekeeping da war wurden die benutzten Handtücher mitgenommen und keine frischen da gelassen
Trotz Schild das die nicht putzten sollen waren die trotzdem drin und haben dann nur das Bett gemacht ?
Das Frühstück ist ist eine Schande ( laut Preis 15 Euro ???) für den Preis haben wir dann täglich frisches Frühstück draußen genossen
Abgebildete Bilder auf der Seite sind bestimmt schon 100 Jahre alt
Einzig die Lage war gut
Also wenn das für mache ok ist dann gerne buchen

Hotellet var forfærdeligt, vi fik en forkert værelse i ankomsten. Efter vi klagede fik vi en større værelse med to enkelt senge, værelset var meget kold at vi måtte bruge to radiator til at varme værelset op som hjalp ikke meget. toiletterne var gamle, der var aldrig håndklæde til rådighed når man spurgte. vælg ikke dette sted!
