We had a an incredible experience staying here. The hotel was very clean and well kept. The breakfast was good and they provided us with complimentary espresso and water each day. The highlight is that the staff was extremely friendly, hospitable, and accommodating, which we greatly appreciated. The hotel is in a great walkable location in Taksim Square. I would recommended staying here and would return.

Be it MOD, or staff at reception, the ones in restaurant / breakfast area or cleaning team. Each one surpassed our expectation with their smiles and attention to our requests. It would be unfair to mention name of Mr. Salih, who made sure our checkout till we sat in the taxi to airport was smooth and swift with a complimentary coffee!

The property is average, it’s clean and the staff are nice. The breakfast is fantastic! You really can’t beat the location for that price. It was under renovation at the time I stayed and unbeknownst to me a mirror in my bathroom was changed one day when I was gone and there weren’t anymore lights so the bathroom was dark. It still had a light but it might as well have been dark. The front desk offered to switch my room but after 3 days, that was too much hassle. I don’t know why that had to be done right in the middle of my stay.

Our stay was very good the staff wear very friendly and polite the breakfast was sufficient all good apart from last day we booked taxi to the airport through the hotel they arranged one for us and charged us 250TL ! the driver charged us when we reached the airport additional 150TL what so call high way charge which I don’t think there was one totally ripoff !! I advise all residents to arrange there own transport to the airport it cost only 160TL by yellow taxi .

Our stay was very nice. We stayed for 5 nights and it was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and the hotel location is the best as many restaurants main attractions are close by. This place was a dump! This is not a 4 star hotel. I would give it 1 star maximum. The bathroom didn’t have a door. The shower had a half wall and no door. Definitely not worth 60$ a night. And I won’t reserve a place with Expedia anymore, I found out we paid a lot more than the hotel rate and the breakfast wasn’t included.

First off all I accidentally book this hotel cause I saw the best review in that area. I was fee time there oround Taksim and this was the best hotel for value that I stayed the last few years. All the best my recommendation for this very nice and clean hotel. Location is perfect. Area is clean and safe. Service and staff are excellent . Thanks for all I will back againe .
