Checkin for myself and coworker at different times after 6PM was not good. Clerk was very rude and difficult to both of us even though we checked in hours apart. He put both of us in handicapped rooms despite the hotel having low occupancy. When I returned and asked why, he said that’s the way it came through which is not what my reservation was through Expedia. Made a separate reservation for the following night for my co-worker several weeks ago and he said there was none despite the morning clerk easily finding it. Hampton Inns are going down hill fast.

This place is ok for a night, but I wouldn't want to be there much longer. Front desk doesn't give guests the best feeling. Far from a \"warm welcome.\" They take a $25 additional deposit without telling you the reason (unless you ask, which I did). I was told I'd get it back as long as I didn't \"abuse the room.\" Who trains these people to talk to guests like that? Bizarre. Bed was fine, but room could be cleaner. Breakfast passable, but not great. Given the above, the place should be less expensive.

This was the worst stay we have ever had. The man that checked us in wouldnt make eye contact and basically tossed the key cards at us. It was 4 adults and the room had only 2 towels and a 1/2 roll of TP. When we asked for more towels and TP we were given an attitude and told to come back in 20 minutes. We called ahead of arriving asking for a cot and we were assured they would provide one. When we asked about it, we were told no and that they didnt have time to get the cot. The place was dirty, the room smelled, the blind was broken amd there was a water leak onto the floor from the roof. The staff were so rude and the place was so dirty we ended up leaving a day early. Lastly, we booked the hotel because it had a pool to relax at.... the hotel decided not to open the pool this year but did not notify anyone. We tried to talk to management and they said that they have had issues with this staff for awhile.

Overall, the property and stay were exactly what my partner and I were looking for. Having only a single night stay, we were greeted with a quick and easy check-in. In terms of the room, we got exactly what was advertised. A clean, spacious room with a well-kept bed. A clean table as well as a nice bathroom with convenient amenities such as lotion, lots of towels, and shower washes. The presence of a microwave and a spacious refrigerator were also pluses. All in all, if my partner and I needed to stay more than one night, I would not have been opposed to the idea at all. Great place.

Room was very clean. The hallway had a mint stuck to the rug, from the time I checked in until the time I checked out and I saw hotel staff walk by that area on two different occasions. No, it did not blend into the carpet!

The hotel was clean and our premium King room was well worth the extra dollars. Loved being able to come back after a long day, and have my choice of hot beverages - tea, hot cocoa and coffee. The hot beverage bar in the lobby was well stocked!

With that said, they had fresh orange juice, fresh fruit and oatmeal that filled the void. There was an amazing local breakfast place just around the corner, so don’t let the mediocre complimentary breakfast stop you from staying here. The large walk-in shower, lush linens and comfy mattress and pillows would bring us back in a heartbeat!
