Die Lage ist das Beste am Hotel. Man befindet sich zwischen den beiden Stationen der Straßenbahnlinie T1. Gülhane Park ist in der Nähe so wie topkapi und Hagia Sophia. Das Personal ist freundlich, nur leider kann man auf Englisch nicht optimal kommunizieren. Arabisch, Türkisch und Französisch werden hier gesprochen. Was mich zum nächsten Punkt und Problematik bringt: die Mehrheit der Gäste kommen aus dem arabischen Raum. Kinder verwenden nach Lust und Laune den Lift, die Wände in den Zimmern sind so dünn, dass man nachts von Gesprächen aus den Nachbarszimmern geweckt wird. Ruhe findet man hier nicht. Was ich sehr schade finde. In der Früh hat man dagegen ein tolles Frühstücksbüffet, welches regelmäßig aufgefüllt wird. Am Abend hat man live Musik. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr entspannt. Bis man dann nicht hoch in sein Zimmer fährt. Die Zimmer werden jeden Morgen vom Reinigungspersonal besucht, die Handtücher austauschen und die Betten machen. Sonst sieht man am Mobiliar, dass die Blütezeit schon einige Jahre her ist: abgenutzte Sanitäranlagen und Griffe; Lichtanlagen, die nicht korrekt funktionieren und Tapeten, die sich an den Außenwänden beginnen abzulösen.
Sehr schade, denn durch die Lage und Atmosphäre bei Nacht hätte das Hotel gutes Potenzial.

Отель старый, номер небольшой. На протяжении всего времени душ протекал. В номере или очень холодно из за работы кондиционера или очень душно если им не пользоваться. Завтрак однообразный но голодным не останешься.Персонал отзывчивый, в меру своих сил старается помочь если возникают вопросы. Отель очень удачно расположен. Именно Расположение отеля супер. Все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Рядом станции метро и трамвая. Учитывайте что район туристический и цены на еду выше на 30 - 40 % остального Стамбула. Отель для поездки вдвоём. Но категорически не советую для поездок с семьей. Выбирай более отдалённые отели с более развитой инфраструктурой. Там и меньше шума и больше комфорта.

При бронировании просили 2 раздельные кровати. Когда приехали сообщили, что нет номеров и предложили 1 ночь в другом отеле. Мы отказались- в итоге ночь ночевали в очень маленьком старом номере у лифта и спали на одной кровати, что было очень неудобно. Номер не соответствует тому, что указано при бронировании. Номер очень старый, требует ремонта и 12 метров вместо 20 заявленных метров. На следующий день нам дали номер такой же маленький, но уже с 2 раздельными кроватями. Краны в ванной текли. Окна выходили во внутренний двор. Спать с открытыми окнами нельзя, так как очень сильно шумели кондиционеры или что-то, что издавало гул. Вид из окна не очень, на другие окна соседнего здания. Шумоизоляции в номерах нет никакой, слышимость ужасная. Слышно все, что говорят в соседнем номере.Завтрак однообразный, голодными не останетесь, но выбор очень скудный. Кофе холодный и не из кофемашины. Услуги СПА в отеле очень дорогие, хамам лучше посещать в городе.

Das erste Zimmer hatte so viele kleinere Mängel, dass wir sofort ein neues Zimmer bekommen haben. Im neuen Zimmer waren fast genauso viele kleine Mängel, die mich in Summe zu dieser negativen Bewertug bewegen.

Handtuch nicht vollständig ausgetauscht, WC Bürste war gebrochen, Zahnpastaglas hat gefehlt, keine Nachtkommode, mal haben die Einmalpantoffeln gefehlt, mal WC Papier, etc...

L'albergo è in posizione a dir poco perfetta per la visita della città, la maggior parte dei siti archeologici è raggiungibile a piedi, i mezzi sono vicinissimi, così come il ponte di Galata.
Nelle immediatissime vicinanze ci sono ristoranti, locali per il narghilè, farmacia e pasticcerie.
Le camere sono piccole, abbastanza pulite, con affacci pessimi. Decisamente diverse dalle foto. Ma la strada è chiusa al traffico e, in una città caotica e rumorosa come questa, è un plus.
La nota dolente è stato il servizio: ho scritto ben 3 email alle quali nessuno ha mai risposto e, nonostante sul sito dell'albergo sia garantito il servizio shuttle per essere venuti a prendere in aereoporto, non è stato possibile farlo perché non vi era modo di essere ascoltati (servizio che siamo riusciti a usare solo al rientro).
Inoltre, appena arrivati, hanno iniziato a insistere che volevano essere pagati immediatamente, e cash.
Io mi sono rifiutata, ma ogni singolo giorno insistevano nonostante io gli avessi detto che avevano la carta di credito e che avevo prenotato su internet.
È evidente avessero problemi di liquidità o volessero \"moneta forte\".
Alla fine gli ho fatto il piacere ed ho pagato in euro, ma solo alla partenza, per \"farmeli amici\" e assicurarmi lo shuttle al rientro che è decisamente il modo più comodo, economico e veloce per raggiungere l'aeroporto di Sabiha Goken.

Oda fotograftakinden kucuktu. Vc de tek rulo ve kalitesiz tuvalet kağıdı vardı. Kettle ve poşet çay vardı fakat kağıt bardak koymuşlardı. Cam bardak istedim, getirdiler. Çay içtiğim bardak 2 gün aynı şekilde içinde çay bulaşıgi ile orda bekledi. Pencere önünde Sözde bir makyaj masası vardı fakat aynasizdi. Televizyonu duvara monte etmişler ama tam cam kenarında ve tavandaki ışık içine yansır şekilde olduğu için yatağın da çaprazında kaldığından tv izlemek tam işkenceydi. Personelin ilgisi ve kahvaltısı iyiydi ama. Konumunun da hakkını yememek lazım. Yürüyerek her tarafa gidilir sultanahmette. Ortalamanın üstünde diyebilirim.
