Hotel bardzo brudny, zaniedbany Sala śniadaniowa nie sprzątana. Brudne podłogi stoliki. Sniadanie bardzo ograniczone od 8-40 do 9-15 puste talerze po 19 minutach ponownie puste talerze. Sniadanie teoretycznie zaczyna się o 7-30 ale o 7-45 nic nie było jeszcze przygotowane nawet maszyna do kawy nie była włączona. Pokoje brudne ściany pełne kurzu łazienka tez brudna. Obsługa nie mówi w języku angielskim nawet na recepcji ciężko się dogadać Nie polecam tego hotelu

Hotel was okay, second visit to the hotel, swimming pool and breakfast was nice, bed was comfortable, wifi was slow on the first night there were problems with the water but was later rectified over all a decent hotel

Located within walking distance of bazaar and famous landmarks including Hagia Sofia. Very good location for a culture tour. Food places and shops line the streets in the area and the metro tram runs very close. Swimming pool and spa looked very nice, rooms are a little small and breakfast was included.

Good location in Old City near tram, rail and ferries and within walking distance of Topkapi Palace, Haghia Sophia, Blue Mosque etc. Plenty of eateries nearby including local cuisine and Western fast food brands and convenience stores on the doorstep.Onsite spa free to residents with small pool, Turkish bath, sauna and steam. Guest room was compact but with stylish and modern furnishings, aircon and well-fitted ensuite shower room. Would have benefited from the addition of a chair (a single padded stool was provided), hooks in bathroom/bedroom, holder for shampoo etc. in shower and a bin in bedroom. Friendly, helpful staff who speak reasonable English and Russian. Some noise from passing trams, call to prayer, passersby etc. but this adds to atmosphere and is not too intrusive. OK breakfast included in room rate with variety of hot and cold options. All in all, a solid, good value option, particularly for those wanting to visit the spa daily.

leider entsprach unser Aufenthalt nicht den beschriebenen Standards. Bei Ankunft war das Zimmer nicht sauber, und es fehlten Handtücher sowie Toilettenpapier für drei Personen. Die Toilette war defekt und musste zweimal repariert werden. Ein Zimmerwechsel wurde uns trotz der Umstände nicht angeboten.
Das Frühstück war qualitativ unzureichend, Geschirr und Besteck mussten ständig nachgefordert werden. Zudem liefen während des Frühstücks Straßenkatzen im Küchen- und Essbereich herum. Trotz mehrfacher Hinweise auf bestehende Allergien wurde keine Rücksicht genommen, wodurch es zu gesundheitlichen Beschwerden kam.
Das Zimmer war sehr klein und nachts durch andere Gäste extrem laut, sodass kaum Schlaf möglich war. Mehrfache Meldungen an der Rezeption führten zu keiner nachhaltigen Verbesserung.
Die zentrale Lage war positiv, jedoch wurden unser Aufenthalt und die Erholung massiv beeinträchtigt.
Ich bitte daher um Prüfung und eine angemessene Teilrückerstattung.

La ubicación del hotel está super bien. Se puede ir andando a varios puntos de interés en la ciudad. El desayuno es pobre y con calidad baja. Se paga para cualquier servicio extra incluido piscina. No aconsejo comer o cenar ahí. Es caro y calidad mediana.

Ligging is perfect, 2 minuten van de tram en trein, allerlei winkeltjes rondom. Mooi zwembad. Kamers slecht vieze vloerbedekking en veel schimmel badkamer., meubilair kapot. k kreeg een andere kamer die beter was alleen de vloerbedekking was daar ook vies. Zeer gehorig dunne muurtjes en wifi heel slecht je moest ervoor naar de lobby.

Frühstück sehr viel türkische Auswahl, jedoch für Mitteleuropäer zu deftig (war für uns eher Abendessenbuffet). Wände sehr hellhörig und das wirklich tolle Hamam, verliert seinen Charme durch eine chaotische Organisation. Die Chefin spricht Englisch ist aber als einzige unfreundlich.

Nog geen 5 minuten van Marmaray af waardoor je binnen 5 minuten in Azie bent. Sultan Ahmet Camii, Gulhane parki, Topkapi Sarayi, Misir Carsisi, Kapali carsi, Suleymaniye Camii, Eminonu, Galata kulesi zijn allemaal op loopafstand bereikbaar. Mocht je dit niet willen, dan kun je gebruik maken van de Tram, deze bevindt zich 5 minuten van de locatie af en rijdt om de paar minuten. Taksim, Besiktas, Ortakoy, Luchthaven Ataturk zijn goed bereikbaar (voor nog geen 2.5 Turkse Lira). Ook is de Feribot naar Bursa op loopafstand te bereiken. Binnen 2 uur ben je in Bursa en kan je de Historische stad bezoeken of gaan Skieen bij Uludag (een enkele reis kost 34 Lira). Wil je alsnog in Istanbul blijven, dan kan je ook met een loopafstamd van 5 minuten een boottocht doen. Ook raad ik het aan om onder het genot van Turkse Thee een boottocht te doen naar Kadikoy. Als je van lopen houdt dan kun je vanuit Kadikoy naar Uskudar lopen en vandaaruit naar Camlica tepesi gaan. Hier heb je een prachtige uitzicht op het prachtige Istanbul!
