Simple short stay

Room condition is ordinary. Next to bathroom sink has an electric charger but the position cannot be utilised. Weird! So which means only one charger at the bedside for use. TV has no signal! Bathroom floor condition is super slippery. Please be careful. No amenities except shower & shampoo with no indication. That’s 60 euros/nite for November. A whole row of 10+ hotels with different pricing next to this one. Breakfast is simple but adequate. Take your time to choose.

Avoid ... Horrible stay.

Very poor value for money. Awful stay. Very bad smell. The room is not anything similar to the advertise pictures. Its small and cheap.
In the shared path room there missing shower door!
No internet connection for the first two nights!
Staff is not Welcoming but trying to be helpful.
The only good thing is the breakfast!

Could not ask for more

It was just a WOW experience staying at this hotel !!! These guys really try to deliver the best hotel experience you possibly could have in Istanbul. They take you as friends and family and really go extra miles for you to solve your concerns. I would highly recommend anyone that traveling to Istanbul to stay with them - one more bonus good location too, close to all the major historical sites such as blue mosque etc etc

Fantastic value centrally located comfortable stay

This hotel is great value for money. Istanbul hotels can be very overpriced, this hotel was cheap yet still a great safe, clean, comfortable place to stay in the heart of the old city. But what really made this place was the people, Vulcram, the manager, felt like a friend by the end of my trip, and he and has staff made a genuine effort to make sure I was happy with everything. Outstanding customer service and very friendly people, including Serdor who always took the time to have a chat each night. Another plus is the breakfast - always on time and a great range of fresh food, very impressive for this budget hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel to all types of travellers. I saw lots of returning guests and given the family atmosphere, I can see why.

perfect location,

we went this hotel for four days with my friend and shared one room, structure (building) is poorly maintained but kept clean. i recommend this hotel for students or who has a short budged allocated for comfortable accommodation. Our room cleaned daily and breakfast buffet was okay.
hotel is not ideal for couples or children

A pleasant vacation in Sehir Hotel

A very nice location at the old town near the metro station, bus and ferry .A lot bazaars and restaurants around the hotel.The accommodation is comfortable ..The price is Ok...The breakfast was tasty..Mr Seridar and Mr.Volka were very helpful and welcoming. .

my stay in your hotel has been amazing period for me,eg the female girl that is working there,i really like the kind of hospitality she gave me and also the manager the fat guy and the other two staff,one is short and the other is not that short.well am sorry to discribed them this way because i cant remember there names.once more i appreciate every one of there service and i will advise that the lift should be work on because of the way it operate when someone is inside

Room was on the roof floor. I think it was a store room before and renovated. No curtain in the room. Outside sitting area with a table and chairs. Cracks and shabby like in the windows and walls outside.
Room facilities ok, cleanliness good except no rubbish bin. Wifi not so effective in room.

Nur die zentrale Lage ist perfekt , der Rest ist reinste Katastrophe !!! Personal ist unfähig, die Zimmer insbesondere Bad war nicht sauber. Überall waren schimmelflecken, der Wasserhahn ist verrostet gewesen , einfach nur unhygienisch pur !!! Das Frühstück war eine reinste Katastrophe , sodass wir uns von draussen verpflegen mussten. Welcher Mensch isst bitte früh am morgen karotten oder rotkohlsalat mit fett Mayonnaise??? Es gabs kaum was vernunftiges zum essen. Ich rate jedem von diesem Hotel ab !!! Gibt Tausendmal bessere in der Umgebung.

Das Personal an der Retption ist sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit.Was die Zimmerreinigung betriefft und Ziemmermädchen na ja,die benutzte Handtücher werden weggenommen aber keine frische reingetan,am ersten Tag gab auch keine Bettdecke und auf dem Boden waren schuhabdrucke.Covid massnahmen lassen auch zu wüntschen übrieg.

De første 2 natter fik jeg ikke den so kaldede Delux værelset jeg havde boket. Efter mange argumentationer til sidst fik jeg et andet værelse efter 2 dage. 😠 Der var dårlig lukt i badeværelset. Mini bar i værelse var helt tømt. Jeg kan absolut ikke anbefale denne hotel til nogen.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral gut und schön. Es wurde auch renoviert aber die Sauberkeit, Frühstück ist Katastrophe. Es roch morgens bis abends nur nach fett was von braten kommt. Also ich werde das Hotel nicht mehr besuchen.

Auf keinen Fall buchen!!!!

Gebucht hatten wir ein Deluxe Doppelzimmer. Bekommen haben wir eine Gefängniszelle. KEIN Tageslicht. KEIN Witz.
Das Fenster im Zimmer zeigte auf eine Innenwand (siehe auch Foto). Hätte ich nicht vorher über hotels.com bezahlt, hätte ich mein Geld zurück verlangt, was nicht möglich war. Ein anderes Zimmer wurde uns für den nächsten Tag versprochen. Am nächsten Tag wollte man nichts davon wissen. Wir hätten schließlich genau dieses Zimmer gebucht.
Werde nie wieder dort ein (\"Deluxe\")-Zimmer buchen!

Das Hotel ist in einem sehr schlechtem Zustand. Die Zimmer werden nicht richtig sauber gemacht. Erst haben wir einen Zimmer bekommen mit Blick zu einer Wand. Außer höfflichkeit der Mitarbeiter und der zentralen Lage kann ich nichts possitives berichten.

Hotel bien situé et assez calme, seulement la propreté laisse à désirer et les chambres sont petites et mal insonorisés.
En week-end pour 4 nuits nous avons eu une chambre pour la 1ere nuit en mauvaise état, moisissures au plafond, plâtre qui s'effrite et ménage non fait... Nous avons eu une autre chambre le lendemain mais aucun geste de la part du directeur de l’hôtel !!! Décevant vu le prix.

Quando la foto è diversa dalla realtà.

La scelta dell'hotel è stata fatta in base alle foto e alle recensioni buone. Il personale è molto gentile, la posizione buona ed il prezzo molto conveniente. Tuttavia la presentazione on line non corrisponde assolutamente alla realtà. Su alcuni motori di ricerca è presentato come 4 stelle, la realtà è che per gli standard europei è un 3 stelle decadente. La colazione è scadente e le scale sono tappezzate da moquette vecchia. Il primo giorno siamo stati assegnati ad una stanza posta al primo piano, vicino ad uno sgabuzzino senza porta. La stanza era piccolissima, senza finestra, senza riscaldamento e con battiscopa scollati. Il secondo giorno, a nostra richiesta, veniamo spostati di camera. La camera al secondo piano e più grande e con due finestre. Questa volta il riscaldamento c'è ed è soffocante. Lo stesso è centralizzato e non si può regolare. Nel bagno c'è un lavabo piccolissimo tanto da far strabordare l'acqua a terra se ci si vuole lavare la faccia. I saponi erano di scarsissima qualità e la camera presentava infiltrazioni di acqua sul soffitto, due grandi spazi nel muro non cementati e un angolo del muro tutto sbeccato. Per fortuna ogni mattina rifacevano il letto e cambiavano gli asciugamani. La nostra impressione è stata migliorata da un ragazzo alto e magro alla reception che è stato molto disponibile e cortese.
Insomma...se fosse stata presentata come pensione nulla da dire, ma non chiamiamolo hotel. P.s...eravamo gli unici europei ospiti della struttura.

odaların metrekare olarak belirtilmesi müşterilerin hayal kırıklığına uğramasının büyük ölçüde önüne geçecektir. ilk verilen odanın tavanı akıtıyordu. oda değiştirmek zorunda kaldık çift yatağı olmadığı için odadaki yatakları birleştirmek zorunda kaldım. havalandırma manzarası ile ihya olmadığımı söylemek zorundayım. çift değilde haftalık iş için gitmiş sadece yatak olsun durumundaydık, temizlik gerçekten kötü durumdaydı başkasının kullanılmış bardağından bile çay ikram ettiler ruj izini görmesem afiyetle içecektim. kendi memleketimizde yabancı kaldık çalışanların %90 arab derdini anlatamıyor anlasa da temam deyip geçiyor. sırf konumu için seçtiğim otel hizmet konusunda gerçekten çok geride aynı ücretlerde merkezden yarım saat daha uzaktaki otelleri gördüm o zaman kaldığım otelin hizmet için değil mevkisi için para aldığını anladım.
