The room was huge with a beautiful view. The morning breakfast was a feast of delicious food. Even if you’re not a breakfast person, you will still want the breakfast bar. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Room service was a great perk at the end of a tiring day. I highly recommend staying here.

We highly recommend this Hotel great staff in particular Francesca she was the best very sweet and friendly but most importantly very helpful.

Everything about this hotel was amazing except for the sewer smell in the restroom. I would book again for the price and area. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe staying here. Francesca at the front desk spoke very good English and was very helped with pointing me in the direction for things to do. Highly recommend a balcony room or suite. The view is insane!

Excellent hotel, staff, room and breakfast buffet were great. The only issue we had is that it would have been nice to know the whole street in front of the hotel would be torn up during the stay which diminished the enjoyment of the stay and having a balcony room.

The hotel exterior and interior was beautiful, the room was very large and comfortable, but they need wash cloths in the bathrooms, a coffee machine and coffee creamer. When I asked for coffee creamer, I was advised that I had to order it from the kitchen. Coffee & coffee creamer should be a basic amenity in such a fine hotel.

First of all, no mention of the construction around the property and the noise that comes with it. Checked us into the dirtiest room, i put the finger on a desk and my whole hand was full of dust. They changed the room for us, was better and clean but very noisy. We could hear neigbours above walking. Didnt get brekafast, so cannot judge but then, we were coming back after breakfast outside and our room was slightly open, perhaps cleaning stuff didnt properly shut the door. For 800 eur for 3 days, this is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in my life. When all of these issues were brought up to the staff, i expect something else besides \"sorry\". Give us free breakfast, some compliment or literally anything else, not sure i can call this place luxury. Very disappointed.

Hotel was ok

Definity an older building with visible wear and tear and little sound protection so you hear everything all the time. Breakfast was not included and is ridiculously priced if you do want to pay for it. Wifi did not work well, it would work for 5 mins and then go out. Rooftop terrace was lovely to sit and have a cocktail, and the view was 10/10. Good location on waterfront but far from train station, paid parking. Staff were nice enough.

Stay here for a night before I headed over to the islands. It was conveniently located near the train station and ferry. It was clean and stocked with amenities in the bathroom. It is an older hotel, but it has a wonderful charm, and it has breathtaking views of Mount Vesuvius. The service was great as well. Nothing bad to say.

Too expensive for what it is. The balconies are rusted and not kept up. The balcony furniture is uncomfortable and therefore you can’t really enjoy it. (Views are great though) There WiFi wasn’t working for half our stay so that was pretty annoying and all they gave us for it was two free drinks. (Kind offer but not enough for the inconvenience) We tried two different nights to get wine glasses sent up to the room, room service wouldn’t answer one night and then said “room service is closed” the other night. The concierge wouldn’t bring wine glasses up either both nights. Literally the only place I have ever stayed that couldn’t do such a simple task. With that said, the day staff was delightful and kind. I would just say there are better places to stay with the same type of view and for way less money. They want to be a luxury stay but fall just short. I had such high hopes because of all the other reviews and maybe we just didn’t luck out. Who knows! As for location, it’s an easy walk for the Port and Spanish Quarter.

Hotel was beautiful and right across from the Mediterran. There was construction along the water, but not the fault of the hotel of course. Rooms were beautiful, but the WiFi was a little spotty in our room. Rooftop bar & restaurant were beautiful with stunning views of the water.

Breakfast buffet had the biggest spread of food we saw during our 2+ weeks in Italy.

We has a “studio” room, high ceilings, fancy moldings and wall coverings, older plumbing. Ours looked out over the water with nice views including Mt Vesuvius. Seemed to be a string of hotels and restaurants with cafes, all overlooking the water, so the immediate area has a definite touristy vibe. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the start of the more historic districts, similar distance to the Spanish quarter. Hotel lobby and ground floor rooms are huge and elegant, like ballrooms with a lot of seating. We had a comfortable and quiet stay there.

This was a wonderful hotel in one of the safest parts of Naples. It is very beautiful inside. There is a restaurant in walking distance (Antonio and Antonio) that is open until midnight with great pizza. Highly recommend this hotel.

This is a lovely old luxury hotel. It has survived being bombed in WW II and Covid. It just needs a little more attention to cleaning the public spaces. The room was very clean, but the hallway and stair carpets had stains and dirt in the crevices. The staff was attentive and very helpful. The beds and pillows were comfy and my request for double beds was honored. The balcony views were unmatched! The rooftop dining was very good. Recommend highly!

The property is old and needs upgrade. The usb outlet did not work. The key card did not work and had to be rebooted twice. The tub was too deep and getting in and out of it was difficult and not safe for older people. The buffet breakfast was very average. The WiFi was ok.
