Hotel lift is very small, just about fits four people at one time.
Staff were very good and answered any queries I had.

Bed and pillow were uncomfortable (super hard pillow). The walls are super thin and you can hear everything. Usually rooms have tea/coffee and water. My room came with none of these. The front desk was super kind and friendly and the location is amazing with lots of shops and short walk to iconic places.

Cleanliness was the best at this hotel, had a very nice city view from the fifth floor. Breakfast is super basic and not really good. Staff is very nice. The bed was a bit hard and uncomfortable. Too much noise from neighbor rooms.

Room was very small and so was the bathroom. Very cramped and very old looking rooms. Ants on the windows. Not much space to move your luggage around but good for them who will just sleep at night and out of the hotel in the mornings. What i really liked was the hospitality and the seating outside of the hotel. Thats where i spent most of my time.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We stayed for one night with breakfast as a stopover before continuing onto our next flight.
The hotel did not look anything like the photos displayed on the website, instead the bed was pushed up in the corner of the room with a peeling side lamp shade.
Our room was next to the very noisy lift, which from 10pm onwards was constantly going up and down with hotel guests - I understand this, however we could hear everything.
When we came to use the shower the following morning, the warm water did not work however we were only there one night so washed ourselves as fast as possible and made do.
Breakfast was good and again the staff were very nice, had we have booked this for more than one night and this being our main destination for our holiday we would have been very disappointed with the standards.
I did not feel the need to complain as we were only there a night and paid a good price for the room, however I feel the misconception of what the room looked like (certainly ours) is very misleading.

El estado del hotel era terrible. Olía super mal, y la cocina sólo de verla por fuera daba miedo comer allí. Preferimos pagar la penalidad (que luego nos dimos cuenta que nos cobraron demás) antes que quedarnos una sola noche en ese lugar. No se lo recomiendo a nadie.

Zu aller erst uns hat an sich nichts gefallen! Wir waren sehr enttäuscht, über das Bad brauche ich nichts zu schreiben, grauenhaft, duschen am besten nur mit Latschen und anschließend steht das bad unter Wasser, die Lüftung hat gar nicht funktioniert, Sauberkeit wurde ganz klein geschrieben, überall lagen noch fussel oder haare, sehr altmodisch eingerichtet und furchtbar klein war der raum in dem wir uns aufgehalten haben, die Aussicht auf die Stadt, war eher eine Aussicht auf die Klimaanlagen Lüftungsgitter, wir sind einfach sprachlos, dazu kommt noch das ich kleine Tierchen im zimmer rumlaufen sehen habe...einfach nur grauenhaft, ich weiss nun wirklich nicht was daran 4 Sterne sind, wir haben was gebucht, was wirklich ansprechend aussah und das komplette Gegenteil bekommen, auch beim Frühstücksbuffet unappetitlich, gar nicht wie auf den bildern, also leider war das Hotel ein reinfall.

Het enigste wat er goed was is de ligging,de rest was teleurstellend,we hadden een familiekamer geboekt maar we kregen 2 aparte kamers met defecte koelkasten,we moesten elke keer wc papier vragen,er waren geen extra's,het ontbijtbuffet was elke dag hetzelfde enzovoort enz...niet wat we hadden verwacht,geen verwelkomen,geen informatie,we wisten de eerste dag zelfs niet waar we moesten ontbijten nul informatie.
