Excellent facilities. Great staff and delicious buffet breakfast. It’s at a walking distance from the Blue mosque, Hagia Sofia and the Bazaars. Very close to T1 line making it easy to explore other parts of Istanbul Also very close to the harbor to take the Bosporus rides. I will highly recommend this place.

I had a wonderful stay at Boss Hotel! The location is perfect—close to all the main attractions, restaurants, and transportation, which made exploring the city super easy. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything you need for a relaxing stay.

The staff were especially impressive: friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their hospitality truly made the experience even better.

Overall, I highly recommend Boss Hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. Great service, great location, and great value! Will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast is awesome. A lot of options for all dietary needs. In fact we used to spend good amount of time to enjoy all the variety presented
Rooms were clean and well kept. Beds and pillow were comfortable. Air conditioning was not as cool as we liked but it depends on personal preference
Staff was very cordial, efficient, respectful and very helpful.
All in all we had a very good time at the Boss Hotel and will recommend to anyone

This was THE best hotel ever. Breakfast was amazing. Beds were comfortable. We faced the street and were right by the elevator (so I was a bit worried) but I needn’t have. It was super quiet! Great location and great staff. We stayed for 6 days and I’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

The staff members were not helpful at all. We paid for an airport shuttle and it was the worse experience. We paid 55 euros and the driver wouldn’t even turn on the ac and would smoke cigarette as he was driving so that’s all we smelt. He was also driving reckless.

Good stay. Only negative was the housekeeper wasn’t replacing the toiletries and toilet paper and I had to ask for this 2 out of 5 nights. Other than that the hotel was good for a base as we explored the area. 15 min walk to Sultanhamet metro and blue mosque.

The manager is not very understanding. I have asked them if we can check out later as our flight was at night at9 pm. But he came up with an excuse and kicked us out. They made me pay for 2 rooms an extra one day because of our reservation but we couldn’t go to the hotel because of our flight changed.

The property was nice and close to shopping. I booked my reservation 4 months prior to staying amd requested a double bed and if possible a balcony because it was my birthday. Upon checking in the front desk clerk became argumentative saying that i had not made any such request, I showed him the messages to the manager so he gave us 2 twin beds pushed together, and said someone would be in the next day to affix them together, that never happened. Then the next morning the manager was downstairs and pointed out that he never promised a balcony. Not sure what point he was trying to make. The rest of the hotel staff was amazing.

Located in Sultanahmet about 5 minutes' walk from the tram station and also 5-10 minutes' walk from the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. Also short walk to Eminömu (where we caught the ferry to Kadiköy) and over to Galata Bridge, Galata and Karaköy. Very walkable area, near theaim attractions and public transport so it was easy for our first time in Istanbul.

Hotel is is a great location, but it’s right in the middle of the wholesale area, and a boys school opposite, we were given room 402 avoid the ground floor rooms on the front of the hotel as it’s very very noisy and I’ve had the worst nights sleep ever, the hotel need to soundproof the rooms as we could also hear the doorbell from the room next to us and every time they shut their door the lights in our room would move and vibrate and rattle, I did request not to be put on the ground floor and yet ended up there, also requested to move rooms which was just one floor up and wouldn’t make any difference to the noise level, honestly we tried to stay out of the room as much as possible but it did leave a bitter taste which ruined out city break

Decent hotel which is conveniently located within walking distance of many of the major tourist attractions in the Sultanahmet district of Istanbul such as the Hagia Sophia Mosque, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cisterns and Grand Bazaar. Breakfast buffet was good and there were plenty of restaurants close by as well as a Turksih Hammam. We generally enjoyed our stay here, although the bathrooms were smaller than we would have liked and the minibar in the room was not working properly meaning drinks were at room temperature, which is not ideal in the middle of August. It would also have been nice if the hotel offered an ice cube dispenser for guests.

Great location. Wonderful facilities and the staff are so helpful. On the day of departure we were running late for the airport and taxis were minimal. The staff member walked with us two blocks and helped us get a taxi so we could make our flight. We appreciated this and would definitely recommend staying here.

The only thing was the breakfast was really repetitive if you were staying there for over a week . Other than that it was all good . Good location to shops about 6-7 minute walk . The room was extremely noisy. There was a festival for the 3 nights that we stayed here and it was impossible to sleep since very early in the morning.
We requested a change of room and they offered to change under a fee or to do a downgrade to a much smaller room with a full bed instead of a queen. I’m sure they new about the festival being on. Also very unsafe the window overlooking the street was open during all the first night we stayed. Anybody could have accessed. Breakfast is nothing special, the coffee they serve is a Nescafe machine…

A COZY LITTLE GEM

I was anxious and didn't know what to expect from this hotel, but to my surprise it turned out to be a gem, excellent location, very close to the Grand Bazaar and the Egyptian Market, comfortable, very good quality facilities and bed and bath linen, no noise, very welcoming reception with quick service , impeccable cleanliness of the room, exceptional quality breakfast, in short, all the services very well provided and, finally, an excellent staff. Great experience!

We travelled to Turkey as a couple and stayed in one of the basement rooms at the hotel for 9 nights.

The room was great! Cleanliness, room service was spot on without any issues. Room size for a couple was just about right.

Location was great too, close proximity to the main attractions: grand bazaar, Egyptian bazaar, market places, sultanahmet and cemberlitas tram stations were perfectly located too. The hotel is located in a quiet and secure area - not too noisy. Hagia sophia, blue mosque and topkapki palace are all between 10-12 mins walk (depending on how quick you walk).

The breakfast was okay, nothing too fancy, very basic in all honesty.

Many restaurants and coffee shops around, defo worth staying in of your visiting Istanbul and want to situate yourself in the centre.

Overall a great experience and would defo recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to stay close to the main attractions.

Two things that need improvement: 1) breakfast - I know that virus have had some impact, but I've been to over 10 hotels since then and nowhere breakfast was so compromised (in variety, service) as in Boss Hotel Sultanahmet, definitely need to work on this 2) AC does not seem to have am automatic temp regulation, what means you either cool down all the time or leave it off.
