This was not a good experience. Sauna broke, pool dirty, bathtub issues, tv not working, issues with personal belongings moved, Sunday breakfast less than desirable from a cooked stand point. We actually moved room’s Saturday evening. The women from my group had planned on the pool and sauna for Saturday evening, with the condition of things, all of the group left for another venue.The female working the desk in the afternoon was nice, courteous and nice to speak with.

Stayed for 2 nights while awaiting a winter storm to pass. Literally confined to our rooms because there is nowhere else to sit - no lounge, no lobby chairs, just tables and loungers in the pool area (pool disgusting - sauna broken). We asked to use the breakfast room or event room for the tables so that we’d be able to eat and do jigsaw puzzles and the staff wouldn’t allow it.
Tv doesn’t have Netflix and was so behind the times.
The included breakfast is decent enough, make sure you get there before 9am cuz it’s gone after that and can’t even sit and have a coffee at the table.
If you need a place that’s sheltered to rest your head, this will do and keep you safe, but you definitely won’t feel at home !

Very considerate of a bunch of hockey kids (most hotels are not). Couldn't have asked for a better stay! Probably one of the best Best Western's I have stayed at. Thank you!

Clean, comfortable room and friendly staff. Great breakfast-liked that it opened at 6:00 on a Saturday because we were leaving early. The only setback was the Phillips TV was set to headphones automatically so we couldn't hear anything. Luckily we googled a fix (front desk mgr was new) and were able to get it reset by unplugging it. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is next to a hotel across the parking lot with a lot of people hanging outside their rooms, Dummies hanging from the upper railings. Makes you feel that the area is not a safe place or to be or park your car overnight. The room is dated and in need of updating.

The breakfast had both hot (eggs, biscuits and gravy) and grab-n-go items (bagels, hardboiled eggs, english muffins, some fruit). I was told they just went feom serving breakfast until 10am to 9am. I think 9am is too early to stop serving on the weekends. The lobby was decorated nicely for the season, clean, and cozy. Rooms were clean and standard size. My only other suggestion would be to not allow smoking RIGHT outside of the main entrance doors. Maybe have a different designated outdoor smoking area? A lot of guests (and some staff) smoke out there and it's uncomfortable for non-smoking guests to have to constantly walk through. Overall this hotel did exceed my expectations.

The little things that you'd expect to be done were missing. No working room phone. No tissues. Outdoor entryways didn't work with room key. Breakfast was poor quality. We got locked out of our room while packing as the key was turned off before check-out. TV was silent and it took 24 hours before they fixed it. Many different people hanging around the front desk and breakfast room just wondering around.

Our stay was very disappointing. Four nights at an average of $176 per night I expected better. The pictures of the hotel on the website must be years old. A safe in the room was pictured, there was none, A desk and chair was pictured, there was none. There was no ice machine that i could find. The south entrance door electronic lock didn't work so it was just propped open next to the rain gutter that had apparently fell off the building. The bottom of the extremely small RV size shower was rusting badly. The toilet seat finish was worn down to bare wood. The windows were dirty on the inside, covered with fingerprints. The website showed a sauna, it was broken and unusable. That was one of the reasons we chose this hotel over others. On the plus side the staff was nice, the bed was very comfortable and the continental breakfast was fair. Have used BW before but probably not in the future.

The room door was sticky and hard to open. The bathroom door wouldn't shut at all. The fan in the bathroom, on whenever the light was on, sounded like an aircraft carrier during flight ops. The hotel touted 25Mbps internet, but even at times the hotel was almost empty, or in the middle of the night, was no faster than 10-15; at prime streaming time, it was unusable.

We were there for three nights. We got into our room and unpacked. Decided to turn the TV on, no remote anywhere. We went to the desk and asked for a remote, we were told to go back and look for it. Hmm, we did, still no remote. We went back, and she said she would come and look for it, after she moved all the mattresses and went through all the drawers she did not find it, then proceeded to say she is going to charge the previous occupants. I suggested that maybe housekeeping may have accidentally picked it up with the sheets, no luck there, I asked if we could move to another room, she agreed.
So we packed up and moved, now we don't have a luggage rack to put our luggage, so I went back and asked for one. I went to our previous room and got one. Then we noticed we had no bar soap, so we ran to the store and bought some
The pool was under maintenance two of our three days
There was no housekeeping for our room, we had to keep asking for towels to shower each night. The last night they didn't have enough towels, so we had to reuse our dirty one
It was all very disappointing.

Windows in our room were cracked. The industrial clothes dryer cycle on and off too frequently in the evening and nighttime causing a loud rumble. The refrigerator in our room did not close properly so the unit did not cool even though it ran continuously. The grounds were mowed but weeds should be pulled from the areas near the building that are covered with rocks. On a good note, the lobby is nice and the breakfast was more than we expected.

Large room, which we had requested. Close-in parking with easy access, good luggage carts and elevator. The downside for us was that, although the room was large, it was woefully under-furnished. In particular was the lack of any flat surfaces to set luggage on, nor were any luggage racks available. They brought us one bench to use, but with 4 suitcases, that hardly does it. So, we used one of the two queen beds for luggage laydown area. Also, the door handle for the bathroom was broken, so if one closed the door from the inside, you were stuck in there until someone on the outside let you out; so, we had to always leave the door open partway. And finally, the electrical outlet at the bar sink did not appear to have any GFCI protection; there was no GFCI breaker at the receptacle, it did not work off the bathroom GFCI, and it was not labeled as being on a GFCI breaker; so, not feeling safe to use it, we went to a local hardware store and bought our own GFCI power strip ($25, took it home with us) so we could use the location for the coffee maker. Beyond those issues, which we adapted to, the room was reasonably clean and comfortable and met our needs well.

Pool had bug larva floating on it. Sauna was out of order. Really towel and room freshen up every 3 days so I was told. Even after letting staff know my guest were staying 3 days and would like new towels daily had to beg for new towels.
As a local treating out of town guest I am very disappointed. This place has obviously gone down hill. The price was rediculiously high for what you get.
On a good note the breakfast is really good still.

Very courteous staff, clean facility. Close to chain restaurants but not a far drive to local places. Keurig machine in the room was a nice gesture but there were no additional pods available in the breakfast area. Maybe the front desk had them. The machine coffee in the breakfast area was just fine though. If you plan a late night getting back to the hotel, be prepared to park in the far overflow parking.

We specifically booked this hotel for the pool. We planned to drive 8 hours and then let our kids swim in the pool after we checked in to get the wiggles out after a long day of driving. The light from the pool was laying on the side of the pool with the cord hanging. The pool water was completely still and filthy. We asked the front desk agent and he assured us it was safe because the electricity was disconnected. There was no way we were letting our kids swim.

We made our reservations a week in advance. Stayed here because of the pool area as we had our grand children with us. The pool was filthy and improperly cared for I being a certified pool technician, explained the proper way to care for the pool as the person doing the cleaning obviously had no clue! Pool was clean when we checked out! And our kids were upset that they couldn't use the pool AND the sauna was out of order too!

When other people started arriving they were told the same thing. The staff kept talking to each other that so many rooms were done except for the beds. I just couldn't figure out how you do the whole room but not the beds. But I don't know what their routine is

Not the best Best Western I've stayed at. The rooms definitely need a deep clean. I noticed some crumbs on the carpet from previous guests and the bed frame needed a dusting. Overall a good experience but would look for another hotel before booking this one again.
