The apartments are close to the chan sow lin LRT station. the only downside is the noise of the train chugging past the property. The apartments are quite big , neat clean with full facilities. Not too many vegetarian eating places close to the apartment ( only a few chinese and nasi kandhar type joints). if u have a family, these apartments are quite nice. there are quite a few 24*7 shops.

The apartments getting spartanly furnished & and they dont bother to decorate anymore. The wardrobe have a very strong stank smell. Everything feels dusty too.. I dont know.. I have good memories here last time...but the revisit let us down

The pool in under renovated, Parking is a big issue over here, so expensive when park at the basement, at the night time if the customer want to park at outside, need to pay to the gengster at outside because this place is full of pub and disco. Also when at the night time, outsider is doing activities such like prostitute. Thus not comfort if you bring your kids and bump with this kind of people.

Cheap but not worth

First of all, the cleanliness is really sucks. The floor is sticky, we dare not to sleep the bed and use the towel they provide.

Secondly, the equipment is not functioned. One of the shower head totally missing, and you can see some of the hook already out of shape. One remote control for three air-con at different location.

Environment, if you are a light sleeper, don choose this location, the sound of the public transport (i guess is mrt) is very loud.

The staff is not focused on work. I booked two rooms but she only give one room to me, end up i need to go down again

Not So Good Experience

The residence hotel is very simple and it doesn't look like a hotel. The front lobby is not facing the main road. It is not convenience to walk to the 7 eleven. The street is dark and road condition is poor. I don't feel safe. There is no food stalls around. My room was facing the shop houses and there is a karaoke pub and others clubbing spot. It was noisy in the middle of the night. I can hear all the noise coming from the street. When you walk from Chan Sow Lin train station to The One Residence, you have to go through a deserted building which is very quiet and scary especially at night.
The swimming pool was dirty and the water is green of color. The based of the pool was full of pool algae.There are three elevators but two was not functioning. I have to wait for very long to get the elevator. I hope the management will improve on this issues. I personally will not stay at this hotel residence in the future nor recommending anyone to stay.

- Spacious and comfortable room. if fortunate, get the room with view of KLCC and KL Tower.
- Not crowded with people
- Clean swimming pool and not too many people. Can enjoy the view while swimming
- near to 7 eleven, mamak also.
- Room services quite ok, but no intercom in the room. So, if you need something have to go down to receptionist.

Overall experience was really good.
- Check-in & check-out were efficient
- Good security (keycard access and security guards)
- Rooms were in good order & clean
- Requested for iron, which was entertained immediately
- Location-wise is not too bad (reasonably close to MyTown/IKEA Cheras) & a couple of mamak stalls & restaurants in front of the building).

This is the second time we stayed in the 2 bedroom VIP suite. Its was nice and big, but needs a good clean. We had stains on the sheets almost everyday but the room was cleaned everyday and was done well. The master bedroom had a blood stain on the wall which was there for the whole we stayed. Our room smelled like it was smoked in before which was not nice. It was not the same as when we stayed here before. We were told to get out of the pool by security cause I was wear a Rash shirt and boardshorts which was not allowed in the pool as it is not pool wear''?''. Overall I would give them a 2.5 star.

Quite ok for the price. Oldish but clean enough! Location was convenient for me. The hotel is 150metres from Chan Sow Lin metro station and directly accessible via an elevated walkway then a walk through the huge but empty commercial building following the signs indicating hotel reception. The general area is a tired commercial area with a lot of empty shops. The plus is the close access to the metro from where better parts of the city are easily accessible. There are two clubs nearby this hotel and you can hear them humming (and empty?) at night but was not a major problem for me as they are in separate buildings across the road.

Recomended place to stay for family trip!

This place very convinient for family trip. It is just 2 minutes walking to chan sow lin lrt. But there was something wrong with the qiblat direction (for muslim). The qiblat was shown wrong direction in unit 9-01. They should check this serious mistake because as a guest sometimes they just follow those provided by hotel. I suggest that the basement parking should be free of charge for guest.

I have two night with my family. The rooms was of good size with two Double bed each rooms, quite clean. but the approach to apartment is not good as each apartment have steps, so not good for disable/ special guest. A place only if you are in a real budget.

Each time you park you self driven car into the hotel carpark and if your duration of parking is less than 5 hours, be prepare to pay the hourly rate of RM2/hour. The flat rate of RM10 is beneficial only if your park exceed of 6 hours per each time. If you are to drive in and out frequently on your stay, your parking bill adds up!
The hotel building also house hostels for an international uni-college in the same building. You have students (adults looking - mostly Middle Eastern nationals) hanging around the room corridors even way past mid-night.
The opposite has karaoke or nightclubs which music goes till morning dawn!

The overall staying experience is good except for the poor WiFi connection..the connection points are more than 10 units away from where we are staying and the connection always being cut off. The rooms is good except the master bedroom lights is out of order. The washing cup in the toilet got burned marks. Will recommend friends to book too.

Entrance from the car park to the lobby is a bit dark, should improved that. Need more signboard for the direction to the lobby as we need to check with the security guards for direction.

We are able to change the room which are next to each other as we failed to indicated in the booking in the first place. However, the keys issued are not coded properly which result us making another trip down to the counter to get this sorted out. There should have more than one or two reception staff so that this thing will not happened in the first place.

worst hotel with very very arrogant staffs.

It is worst hotel in this area. I reached around 9am in morning, I asked for checkin but they said I cant check in before 12am. If I want to do now I will have to pay 1 day extra charge which was too high just for 3 hours. I said OK I need just one washroom so that I can change and go to city. They asked me to go public toilet which is just outside of premises from back side and it was too dirty.

I will never ever suggest anyone to go this hotel again. Rating is false.

One Stop is a self catering apartment type of accommodation which is located in a rather strange location.
Upon arriving there, you might wander to your self, where your driver has brought you. Not your typical Hotel.
The \"Hotel\" is actually a converted parking Lot and not a Hotel at all!\"
In the Lobby, there are a lot of people milling about, some what aimlessly.
There is no coffee shop, or restaurant and the Apartment has exactly one Cup of coffee per person, per night,
as allocated by room.
There is a Hot and Cold water dispenser in the Apartment, but no Sink.
The \"Hotel\" has more in common with a Youth Hostel, but has no communal area or cooking facilities and with
a high presence of security personnel patrolling through the place, you might wander how safe this place is?\"
Still, if you are prepared to brave it, ... LoL! ...
One Stop has a pleasant surprise for you, when you open the door to your apartment.
Immaculately Clean and Tidy! The Beds are very comfortable and there is a wide selection of T.V. Channels to
keep you entertained. The Staff are friendly and helpful!
On the 4'th Level there is a swimming Pool, with lovely views.
Approximately 5Km from the Petronas Twin Towers (85 Malaysian Ringut to walk the Twin Towers Bridge)
expect to pay about 17 Malaysian Ringut in taxi fare.
The \"Hotel\" is not far from the KLA2 (Express Air Port Train Station) and well located to KL attractions.
EXPECT TO PAY A 150 DEPOSIT UPON CHECK-IN AT THE HOTEL!

A bit far from KL city. Hotel don't provide business central and also not allow early check in which will need sub charge of another 50% of the day rate which is too redicurious.New arrival guest can check in before 1.30 while I reach there before 10, was told to check in at 2pm or pay sub charge. Very un-friendly staff. More over the building was empty when walk out of the hotel which can be scary in the late night passing through as taxi will not drive to the main door and just stop moment they turn in.

A highly recommended hotel for those with l budget

My family n I were surprised that we got such a big apt with that price we paid. The facilities were very well kept and it was very pleasant to know that there were cooking utensils. Even though the hotel was quite remoted, there were still convenience stores and eateries around the area which was very good. Our experience overall was very pleasant. The conceirge was also very friendly and gave us very useful information about kl.

It's the second time we stayed at this hotel. Our family likes the confort of having 2 rooms plus a sitting area. The kitchen needs a hot plate or burner to be ideal, I am not sure if you can request one, we have not asked. The pool is more than adequate and great for the kids, the play area has swings and an small climbing structure and enough space to let the kids run safely. We like the easy access to the LRT and the complementary cards.

The front desk staff was efficient and well orginized. The apartment was clean and spacious with 2 bathrooms and an office beside the living area and dining room for 4. The kitchen was equipped with a kettle, tea and coffe, a microwave, large fridge, dishes and cutlery for 4. The pool was good size and separated fro the playground.

The location is not too far from the city centre with easy access to the LRT but the surrounding areas of the apartment looks unsafe as it is located in a secluded area with an empty shopping mall beside it. The apartment staff required me to pay a cash deposit despite the fact that I had fully paid for the rooms. It's a good thing that I brought extra cash. The main thing that spoilt the last part of my trip was that we had already informed the staff a day before checking out that we required a late check out at around 1400hrs and they said it was ok as the occupancy rate for the hotel was really low, as we were getting ready, at exactly 2pm, a staff by the name of Rose called and reminded us in a harsh tone that we had to check out now and demanded us to pay extra charges for the room cos we were gonna be late to check out. My wife asked to talk to the manager and was given assurance that we could check out later and will talk to the staff who was rude to us. To top it off , at the reception when we were checking out, the staff ( Rose ) never even had the cheek to apologize for the unprofessional attitude and pretended to be busy . I would suggest that a family with kids or a couple would not be advised to stay at this apartment but if you are traveling in a group of friends 4 or more, then it would be ok. Overall I'm disappointed with the hotel's unprofessional and bad attitude of the staff but I'm glad that it's all over now

The location of the hotel is convenient, it's linked to Chan Sow Lin LRT station, we had a 2-bedroom suite so it was very spacious with basic kitchenette in the suite. However, the WIFI was very poor, the bathrooms were very dirty covered with black mould and the front desk service wasn't really friendly. I don't think I will go back there again.

Room is generally clean, although it can be quite \"uncomfortabe\" to walk around the unit barefooted. Towels provided are certainly due for replacement. Toiletries are barest minimum, and the shampoo provided at the dispenser appeared to have been left there for a long while. Shower is great with good pressure. Location is bad, far from everything, but saving grace is the provision of free LRT passes and the LRT Station is just 3 minutes walk away. Can be quite threatening to walk back from LRT Station to hotel too late in the evening, as the mall and walkways are basically ghost towns, with only loud music blasting from a KTV Lounge at the basement. Aircon of allocated room was not working, but reception was quick to provide alternative room. So that's kudos to the reception, for this and the flexibility to extend more LRT passes upon request. Then again, for the price paid, these are not surprising findings, but this is certainly not the \"Best KL 3-Star hotel\" as highlighted in a local newspaper review.
