Not a good idea. This is an isolated hotel in the middle of the cargo area, 30 minutes away by car from the terminals. The shuttle bus doesn't run frequently and only serves their hotel at KLIA2. The rooms are tiny with no amenities, however clean and functional, there is not even enough room to open luggage. The staff were efficient, helpful and friendly.

NOT convenient in terminal hotel

This hotel is NOT fast to get to and from the airline check in. You have to exit the airport, walk across the street to the OTHER Tune hotel so that you can catch a shuttle (which only comes every two hours!) to the proper hotel which is 30 minutes drive!

The no window option is great because your cut off from outside once in your room and you can’t tell what time of day .. that’s nice .
Just didn’t like that they don’t have laundry or and ice machine . A mini fir deh in the room would have been nice

Good value for the money but it took 45 minutes to get a grab driver early in the morning. The ride itself is 20minutes to the terminal. They have an OK restaurant there for food, it wasn't bad. Facilities are very clean and tidy although the rooms are small and very basic (for the price, its what you would expect, so this is not a complaint). Figure RM 30 for your grab ride each way in your calculations.

Shuttle bus is effectively useless. Location is in the middle of nowhere. Water temp isn’t hot enough and the pressure is too low. Breakfast is a waste of time and they sting you with some random MYR10 ‘tax’ they don’t give you a receipt for.

The room itself was ‘adequate’ but lots of little things could be fixed to make this a great choice

This hotel is not at the airport. Inconvenient. The shuttle service is terible if you are on a layover you will spend more time waiting.
Hotel staff did not put my name on the shuttle list even though it was discussed.
Hotel staff had the leafblower out at 8am.
The breakfast is very basic.

Great for the price, nice staff except the one time o stayed couple days prior the bigger taller guy was so pushy on me doing this review, I told him Expedia sends me reminders I will do it but he kept pushing which was annoying!! But the restaurant was great, the server just learning was confident enough to refer food choices which turned out great, the cooks, great!

This hotel is 20 mins from the KUL airport in an isolated area and if you’re depending on the shuffle from the airport to the hotel, firstly you have to get it from the Tune Hotel that’s actually at KUL Terminal 2 (Klias2); secondly, the shuttle only runs every two hours. I ended up taking a Grab car from Tune Klias2 because I just missed the shuttle and I was not keen on sitting in the hotel lobby for 2 hours. Once at the hotel, the staff is efficient, the room is small, the bathroom is hot but the shower is powerful, which somehow makes up for everything. Stayed one night, would stay again here again if I had a long layover in KUL. It does offer value for money. Oh, they offered breakfast, packed to go, which I appreciated.

This place is old and tired. Not being able to enter room easily enough with one bag as its super tight. Everything is dated. Even the hair dryer had dusty and dirty. Its too tight. Bathrom door hits the sink. As you sit in the toilet u face the wall. Stay if absolutely necessary but even better go somewhere else

The hotel was a reasonable price, but the walls were extremely thin and you could hear everything from neighbours to the road to people walking past the room. It was also a 20 minute drive away from terminal 2 of the airport despite marketing themselves as an airport hotel. I don’t recommend staying here unless you have sufficient time to travel to and from the airport to the hotel. Otherwise it was relatively clean and had a shower

I spent two nights there! I didn't have much time to look around the hotel. M y time of check-in. The lady there was really courteous and accommodating. Although I started early. I was able to explore the area and see the restaurant. All visitors had access to the waiting area with cable TV. The courtyard appeared beautiful. The day I was there, it rained the moment I arrived. Wi-Fi: Excellent. The atmosphere in the restaurant was hip. Every time I ate there the Crispy chicken chop was excellent. The staff was courteous and accommodating, and the check-in and check-out procedures went without a hitch. The room was perfect for one person; it wasn't too spacious or too little. There was most excellent hot water pressure. I'm really picky when it comes to hot showers. In general a comfortable stay! I’ll be back again!

I only needed a cheap small room and that is what I got (very small) but nice and clean! Property next door is being developed so for a while there isa chance of noise and dust! Also the discription for this place says it's a half mile from the airport but it takes a 20 km car ride to get to it so the car ride cost me more than the 2 nights I stayed!! Food was excellant and the staff was great!!

The first thing to remember about this property is that it's a fraction of the cost of the hotels that adjoin the airport terminals. It's not luxurious, but it is clean, the airconditioning works, it has clean, private bath facilities, and free WiFi. They also provide two bottles of water, which was a nice, unexpected addition.

Getting to the hotel was challenging on the first attempt. KLIA2 Terminal has a walkway in between the ground and first floors that goes to the Tune Hotel. From there, you need to reserve a spot on the space-limited shuttle, that only runs every two hours. (They say you can pre-reserve.) The shuttle takes you right to the Tune KLIA Aeropolis hotel. You can reserve your spot on the shuttle for your departure when you check in.

All hotels in Malaysia charge a separate 10 Ringgit tax on checkin.

Glad I found this place, and I would definitely stay here again.

Conventient and extremely good VFM

This is a basic transit hotel for the purposes of getting some rest before the flights. The rooms are small but clean and with good showers. I was only interested in resting and the rooms were entirely fit for this purpose. The restaurant down stairs looked ok but I went for a walk and bought some local food across the road at the food court - it was cheap and delicious. The bus drops you at KLIA2 and I caught the train between KLIA2 and KLIA. So I had to give myself an extra 20 minutes for that.

We knew the room was going to be small and it was. Luckily our bags fitted neatly on the floor and we could scramble over the bed to get to our bathroom. Air con a bit noisy but necessary. Bed comfy and room clean. Breakfast was free but unfortunately temperature was tepid. Location perfect for motogp tho which is the reason to stay there!

The hotel itself was really clean and staff were friendly. We booked this hotel as we thought it was close to the airport ready for our flight the next day. However, it was a 15 minute taxi ride from the airport which was slightly annoying. However, in the morning, we got the free transport shuttle to the other Tune KLIA2 hotel and walked to the airport (10 minute walk). This was very convenient but you do need to book the transfers on check in as they are on a first come first serve basis and only run hourly. The rooms themselves were very tiny and cramped for space, but they were clean and tidy, and we had a great nights sleep.

Better off in the Containers at KLIA2

As we were in transit and travelling very lightly, it wasn’t a major problem. The double room is approximately 9 metres square, only room for 1 bedside table and a bed, Entry door and door to en-suite both touched the bed when opened. Absolutely nowhere for a couple travelling with typical hard luggage. This is the old tunes “hotel” at the old LCCT about 20minutes from KLIA2 by Tunes shuttle bus which only runs every 1 - 2 hours

I thought i was booking Tune KLIA2 and was surprised when I tried checking in to discover that I was at the wrong hotel. There was a free shuttle from KLIA2 Tune to Aeropolis and I was offered a complimentary coffee at the restaurant whilst waiting 90min.
Staff were great at both facilities and room was clean.

I guess if you are after cheap room with clean bed and large shower then this one will be OK for you.....Just check you are booking what you expect to be booking.

The rooms are barely bigger than the bed so we had nowhere to put our luggage that didn't block access to the bathroom. So we booked another room and used two with the cases taking up one side of the bed.

The rooms are really cheap and this was not and massive problem. As a stopover hotel it was adequate when using the rooms for one person.

A very good hotel to stay for a transit. They provide free shuttle to tune hotel klia2 which is just within walking distance to KLIA2 international airport. You can reach the hotel from tune hotel klia2 using the provided free shuttle which available every 2 hours. If you're planning to use Grab the cost would be rm30 to rm31. Mytay in tune hotel Aeropolis was great and would definitely come again!

Great value for the $$. I like the convenience of being by the airport. The hotel can use a fresh coat of paint and some light maintainance in the rooms. Having said that, the staff is very accommodating and pleasant! Big shoutout to my favorite bartender Feros, for a pleasant service during diner!

The location is not within the airport access. Do not consider this as a hotel near the airport and shuttle service is almost useless. You pay small amount for the room but you will end up taking a taxi/grab that is expensive and time consuming. Book somewhere else, KL downtown is even more convinient by train.

Location of the hotel quite good even you can hear the jet engine sound. The room small and its suitable for one person and can be for two person, for family with two child is not suitable for the room. My room, the curtain cannot be totally cover the window and its related to privacy. The room is clean and the facilities in good condition. I will consider this hotel if I am travel solo.
