Cute boutique resort aimed at wellness and yoga theme. Nice pools. Somewhat away from the center of actions in Siem Reap but for the purpose for which it got created ie wellness and yoga it may very well be the right location as you are farther away from all kinds of merchandising that goes on around pub street. It really feels like a safe haven. Excellent onsite restaurant which serves tasty food at reasonable price. The included breakfast is plenty and tasty. The entire resort is in a garden like setting with dense vegetation. I even saw a banyan tree. For all those dog lovers there is a resident dog adopted by the resort that will walk around the property. You can identify it by the scarf around its neck. It may stop by your room and give you a curious look that will capture your heart and lift your spirit. It did for me

Lovely property surrounded by greenery/gardens with several pools to swim in. Wish pools were colder so I could cool off in the hot weather. My room was spacious and comfortable and air conditioning worked really well. Wi-Fi signal was a bit spotty when I was streaming. Food/drinks were good, but could be improved.

What a beautiful intimate resort. Our greeting was personal and included a nice welcome drink. All of the staff was very attentive throughout. The property couldn't have been more relaxing. Our room and outdoor area were large and felt private. We did not have a chance to take advantage of all of the resort offerings but wish we had! Transport via tuk tuk and/or taxi were also easy

My 6th trip to Siem Reap; had always preferred locally owned places with an Angkoran vibe. COVID decimated the tourism industry and my two favorites are gone. Navutu Dreams has a wellness vibe, not an Angkoran one, so I was initially reluctant. I am glad I overcame my bias.

I stayed there 2 weeks while visiting temples and recovering from burnout. I could not have chosen a better place.

The staff is amazing, to a person. They made me feel special, but not in that pretentious way of luxury, but rather as by actually caring. I was always greeted with a sampeah and a smile. I ate every meal for 2 weeks at the hotel and never felt wanting for variety, deliciousness or room service. Room was immaculate. Laundry service was prompt and fresh. Wifi fast and reliable. Front desk was both helpful and knowledgeable in locating obscure things and places.

The pools are awesome. Perfect temperature. Perfectly clean. Open and accessible as if they were yours at home. And absolutely beautiful.

They offer many services I did not use, but twice I worked with shaman Darren. Years ago I had a shamanic healing practice with my wife and have worked with shamans all over the world. Darren is the real deal ... humble, open and engaged. There was a big spiritual component to my journey and I can honestly say our session unlocked the whole experience for me.

When I hopefully return, this is my new Siem Reap favorite.

We stayed at Navutu in February 2022 and we fully recommend it. Many hotels were closed during the last two years in Siem Reap, but Navutu remained open, meaning it continued to be well maintained, which is definitely a plus as not all places in the region are as ready as they are to welcome tourists again. Otherwise, everything was perfect during our stay, staff was very helpful, location is good, hotel was very clean. Overall, outstanding quality for the price.

I find it a bit overpriced for what it is. You can easily find somewhere way cheaper and the same quality hotel in Siem Reap. The staff was very helpful and friendly though.

The property is old and tired, like the facilities. The staff tried but despite many messages before I arrived were unprepared and of little help. We primarily went for the yoga which was ok but really not differential. Compared to the many modern new hotels this is simply overpriced given the age and condition of the property, the limited facilities (tiny gym), generally poor service and location far out from everything.
We left a day early even though we had already paid!
On the positive side the yoga instructor was good.

The room was nice, clean and quiet. The only thing was the walk way, it was a bit too dark and it was not convenience for me who had a young child joining me. The pools were outstanding, especially the salty one for family.

The best resort in Siem Reap! Completely blew me away! I highly suggest only staying in boutique hotels such as Navutu, as the food, amenities, and overall cleanliness are A+! I was staying in a below-par hotel with no running water and other major issues prior to making this emergency last minute reservation a few hours before check in. Thank GOD Navutu Dreams Resort & Wellness Retreat had a beautiful room available. You will not regret your stay here. The staff is absolutely lovely and will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.

It's one of the nicest and quietest property my family and myself have stayed so far. The property was very nicely spaced out, the ambience was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay a lot.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mr Khen who took us took town ( pub street & curry walk ) everyday on his tuk-tuk.

The only downside of the property was the limited items on the Menu. Being an Indian family and having my parents along was , food was a little challenge especially when pizza were served only over the weekends.

Fantastic resort!

After some disastrous accommodation experiences during our week in Cambodia, Navutu Dreams was a very welcome end to our vacation.
The staff were very friendly and well trained. The accommodation is excellent. We stayed in the grand suite with our 2 children and had plenty of space.
Jeremie the GM made a point of introducing himself.
It is quite far out from the Pub street area which isn't a bad thing and there are always friendly tuk tuk drivers ready to take you wherever you want to go.
Feedback: Food & beverage service is a bit slow (but good quality when you get it) and the price of espresso coffee is ridiculous at USD$4!

Navutu Dreams Is Dreamy

Loved, loved, loved it here and were very sad to leave. The staff was amazing, all around. The grounds and rooms were lovely. Yummy food and reasonable drinks. Tuk Tuk availability at all times. Free fast WiFi. Special touches like scarves to take home, \"golden coconut\" to signify you didn't want to be disturbed, double shower heads in one of our rooms (!!) and drawn flower-filled bath in another, ceiling/patio fans . . . it really was outstanding and an incredible value. The one very small disappointment is that they did not offer their morning & afternoon \"journeys\" every day as we anticipated from emails/in-room letter, and so we were unable to take advantage of either. But this was minor in the big scheme of things. We would absolutely recommend this place and hope we are able to come back.

In general, the staff are not helpful and not consider. I cut my feet of the swimming pool edge, unfortunately, there was lack of first aid accessories - out of bandage - as well as they are not concern about it. Besides, the hotel is far away form the city.

Last but not least, it shown it will be provided bath tube when I booked in expedia, however, there wasn't when I stayed.

Great Stay - highly recommend

The service was excellent and the staff are very helpful. The resort allow us to check-in early and check-out late to facilitate our flight. The room are big and comfortable. Daily tuk tuk service allows us to go to the temples and town easily. Our tuk tuk driver Kim Lai is very caring - he will avoid all the holes on the road to minimize the bumpy and he always ask if we need cold water since the weather is hot. We have a great stay and I will definitely recommend my friend and come back again!!

Oasis of calm just a bit of town

Travelled as a couple, spending 5 nights in this small resort.

Service: Excellent! In particular, kudos to the concierge team who made on the fly bookings and arrangements for the two of us, including changing dinner reservations and also a visit to a spa in town (at a colleague's recommendation, had wanted to compare it with the in house spa but we ended up short of time sadly). Also rescued me with superglue (sandal sole had came off prior to a tour!)

Location: This might be a deal breaker for people who do not like being cooped up in a resort or like to walk out at night for activities. Just a tad further away from town. There was some concern should it pour as it was the rainy season, but it never did. Otherwise, apart from the fairly bumpy rides, not a biggie given the complimentary tuk tuks (technically included in the price).

Food: Breakfast is fairly standard, nothing much to rave about. Fruits were exposed to dozens of flies. Burners were added later with limited effect. Options limited in general. We tried room service for dinner one night - pretty good we have to say! Menu similar to sit down menu at dining area.

Things we wanted to try but didn't get to: Spa, Yoga

Beautiful grounds, excellent staff, a great stay!

The manager and staff went out of their way to make the stay not just good but memorable. As we stayed for over 8 days we were given a free tuk tuk to use for 12 hours a day. This was especially welcome as the Hotel is a little way outside of the main town of Siem Reap. We made full use of the tuk tuk to visit the temples, the city and local restaurants etc. On our last day we were not flying out until late evening. The hotel allowed use of the room up until 4pm, although the official check out time was 12 noon.
Siem Reap is a fasinating place to visit. With vibrant markets ( not just for tourists but used by locals) great restaurants, and of course the temples. it was nice in the evenings to return to the tranqual setting of the Navutu Dreams away from the heat and busle of the city.
This hotel was recommended to us by my son who lives and works in Siem Reap. It was a great choice and I have no hesitation in recommending it to others.
There was a real sense of family amongst the staff. On our last day the hotel had arrange an away day for all staff and their extended families. I really helped to give the hotel a friendly but professional feel.

A quiet oasis in Siem Reap!

We had an amazing stay! Lovely quiet grounds, nutritious food (breakfast is amazing!), great spa. The only hiccough was the tuk-tuk driver at the end of our stay. We were charged $5 for the transfer to the bus station, but he dropped us at the wrong place and did not wait, so we had to pay again to get to the bus. Suggest not relying on the driver to know where to go! Otherwise, wonderful place.

Amazing Oasis near Angkor Wat

We had been planning a family trip to Angkor Wat, and we found this hotel - it was perfect for us! We got the Grand Family Suite which came with 2 rooms and could fit our family of 5 comfortably. The kids loved the pools, the breakfast buffet, and we had a complimentary tuk tuk driver to take us to the temple sites each day. Great service and beautiful grounds.

Only thing that was missing would have been a better gym with more weightlifting equipment.

Not as good as what the other reviews say

I'm not sure how new/old this resort is, but the room was pretty worn out. The bed was somewhat uncomfortable. The pillows weren't firm enough. The air conditioner looked like it'd been purchased in the 1990s. Overall, I think the resort needs a major renovation.

A lot of things could be improved.
1. Bathroom amenities. Invest more in them. It's obvious they were bulk store bought (very cheaply) and then poured into different containers.
2. Internet. Provide LAN line connection in rooms as well. WIFI was super slow, so best to upgrade bandwidth. 1Mbps speed is unacceptable.
3. New air-con maybe? It looked really old in my room and was quite loud.
4. Breakfast. There were never any plates to use. Even if the resort isn't running on full-house, you should expect 2-3 plates per person. Food selections were also a disappointment. Staff should also clear out the tables after people leave. Every morning I saw tables with used plates on them just sitting there and staff just standing around.

When I booked my room through Expedia, it said \"free airport transfer\" and I took this to mean 2-way airport transfer. Other hotels would indicate \"one way airport transfer\" or \"airport pickup\" to let people know it's not both ways. When I checked out, I was charged $8 for airport transfer because apparently my booking only entitled me to airport pickup. This left me with a really bitter taste in my mouth as I left the resort. I probably will not return.

Beautiful Villas, Pools and grounds.Clean large rooms. Friendly service from Management to all staff. Every one nice and so helpful. Great breakfast and Free Tuk Tuk for 12 hours a day was awesome. A great way to get around.Our driver Chouy is such a nice, down to earth person.So helpful and safe driver. He took great care of us and always on time to pick us up. Only small issue would be- Have some better Happy hour drinks and specials. Over all, a great experience. Will be back soon.

We stayed here for 5 days and enjoyed our time very much. It was an oasis to return to after trips out in the heat and to be met by reception staff with cool flannels was a lovely welcome, simple touch but very appreciated. The rooms were lovely and there are a choice of pools to choose from to chill out in. Staff were great and the tuk tuk service offered is exceptional. We had Mr Nob, who was a gentleman and superb and recommended how long I would need at each stop to visit various places and he was spot on! A fantastic resort and I highly recommend.

A Relaxing Retreat in the Cambodian Heat

Navutu Dreams was an excellent little oasis just off the beaten path. It is a five minute tuk-tuk ride away from downtown Siem Reap and about 15-20 minutes away from Angkor Wat. The facilities are beautiful and well maintained. The staff is always ready to be of service. The food is excellent. The room is large and comfortable with modern amenities.

Beautiful hotel and wonderful people

This hotel was the best place we stayed on our entire trip and had all of the comforts of a North American 5 star resort. The hotel grounds and pools are absolutely beautiful. Our room felt private and comfortable. The spa was very relaxing and we enjoyed our treatments. It was great to have yoga classes onsite. The restaurant served delicious, traditional Khmer food in an upscale manner, although prices were much higher than off-resort. We appreciated that the hotel often packed our breakfast to go as we had a number of off-site tours planned. The best part of our stay was our amazing tuk-tuk driver, Sothy. We sincerely appreciated our time with Sothy as he was a really kind man who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Our trip to the temples was amazing because Sothy knew the appropriate timing and order to avoid the busy crowds. Sothy also took us to shops around the Ankor area that supported amputees so that we could invest in quality gifts as opposed to the standard tourist products. We loved our time here and it was a very special experience.

A nice little hotel with great food and lovely pools, it may be a little further out of town than some others (5mins by TukTuk) but the hotel provides you a TuKTuk inclusive for each day you stay for 12 hrs! Amazing extra!

A hidden gem for US visitors !!

We were originally planning a get away to Thailand...we had three days between our destinations, so we decided to explore Siem Reap and the temples. We found Navutu Dreams Resort & Spa though your service and fell in love with the place and Cambodia. The staff was incredible, friendly and helpful. (The day we left we had to leave early, the staff was so concerned that we would miss breakfast that they open the restaurant an half hour early. The place was beautiful and relaxing.....each day of our short stay we would return to a place we felt was our home! What more can we say! If we had to do it over again we would have stayed an entire week.

Great place to relax and unwind.

This was my second stay at Navutu, the first was two years ago. There were a number of changes, namely another pool and lounge area, a new and improved yoga studio and new rooms. I enjoyed this stay as much as I enjoyed my first stay. The people are lovely and friendly, the grounds are beautiful and quiet and you are always able to find a place to relax, by a pool (there are three) or in a garden. I really enjoyed the daily yoga classes and the yoga teacher was welcoming, friendly and open. Since this was my third time to Siem Reap all I wanted to do was relax and unwind, there was no sightseeing for me, just yoga, swimming and into town for dinner every night. If you are looking for a place away from the centre and you want peace and quiet, this is it.

Lovely oasis away from town

We liked this place very much. A lovely oasis in the middle of nowhere but only a short ride by tuk-tuk to town and just a little further on is the Angkor Archaeological Park for which we came to Siem Reap. It's sufficiently self-contained for those who want peace and quiet after a long day out seeing the temple ruins. The restaurant selection isn't wide but the dishes were well done. Breakfast was substantial and of good quality. 3 different pools for you to laze around in and a big shaded lounge area by the poolside stocked with books and comfortable seating if you prefer to loaf about outside the room. A very decent spa with a good range of massages. No manicure or pedicure service. Staff spoke good English and were very attentive and helpful to arrange transport and activities. Room was very spacious and kept clean, and the arrangement of the resort kept each room quite private. Highly recommended for a couple trip.

Amazing resort off the beaten track

Couldn't speak more highly of the experience myself and boyfriend had at navatu dreams. Amazing resort that offers peace and quiet with large beautiful rooms. We had a tuk tuk driver with our room who was extremely kind and helpful and drove us around wherever we needed to go. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Siam reap.

Relaxed Luxury Away From the Crowd

Seeing the temples of Siem Reap was a major item on my bucket list. This was the perfect home base. The location, requiring a bone-rattling tuk-tuk ride on a dirt road, is part of the adventure - close enough to everything, yet removed from the sprawling maze of backpacker and tour-group hotels in town. The hotel arranged a guide, Mr. Narith, who was so great we booked him for two days. Tuk-tuk services were included in our Expedia package and driver, Mr. Nob took great care of us with iced bottled water and an authentic Khmer restaurant to try the Amok fish. However, the hotel's restaurant is so good you won't want to leave. The homemade pasta is excellent if you're craving Western food. The spa menu salad and Mediterranean platter were fresh and tasty. Breakfast was included and I liked being served a personalized tray rather than foraging over a buffet. Everyone on staff was extremely friendly. The Relaxing Massage in the spa was a dream, wish I had time to try the yoga class. Lounging by the pool was the perfect ending to long, hot days of sightseeing. Tip: make sure they know your arriving flight so they can send one of their taxis to pick you up. We forgot to do that, so they honored the \"free shuttle\" in our package on the return to the airport. The bedroom was air conditioned and comfy. Only downside: the bathroom has no AC and can get quite stuffy, even with the ceiling fan, but the roomy double shower was great.

Enjoyable stay

It was very nice. children love the salt water pool. Room is big and spacious. Staff were helpful and friendly. The tuk tuk was great, we didn't need to worry about hiring one outside. I like the location which is slightly far away from center.
A few things for improvement:
We stayed for six nights so perhaps the breakfast could have a bit more variety. The lighting in the room could be brighter. I could not see my face well in the bathroom.

A Fantastic boutique hotel close to Angkor Wat

It was a fantastic visit to Angkor wat and probably one of our highlights was this wonderful hotel. We were 9 in total ( 4 adults and 5 kids). The hotel atmosphere is very nice. They care of every detail, three swimming pools that seem almost like a private swimming pool for each room and the food was OUTSTANDING !

We practiced yoga, had a wonderful massage with Linda and had an acupuncture session.....everything was perfect!

Lovely!!

2 week stay in Vietnam/Cambodia for honeymoon, by far THE best hotel we stayed at in Cambodia! Staff very courteous, an abundance of choice at breakfast, bargain for what we received. Very comfortable luxurious rooms and resort.

Lovely boutique style hotel with friendly staff

A 20 minute taxi drive from the airport the hotel sits just on the outskirts of Siem Reap - about a 10 minute tuk tuk ride to the night market, pub street etc.

The staff were exceptionally helpful without being in your face. The hotels food and drink was very good with a good selection for the whole family. The only strange thing was their provision of water. Initially if you wanted water at breakfast you had to pay for it although unlimited fruit juice was provided for free! Around the 3rd day of our stay they let us have one glass of water with breakfast for free? You also had to pay for if you have lunch or dinner. In a country where it is 30+ degrees or hotter most of the time this is a little odd. There was 3 of us staying in a Grand Suite but they only provided 2 bottles of free water per day.

We booked the room through Expedia for 3 people in a Grand Suite and were charged extra for our 6 year olds breakfast each day. This wasn't noted as going to be an extra anywhere.

My wife had accupuncture, a Thai massage and Shiatsu session. She highly recommended the accupuncture and Shiatsu which managed to help her back pain.

A Tuk Tuk was provided for the stay. The driver was punctual, trustworthy and helpful. It saves the hassle of having to bargain on every journey. Being situated just outside town we used the Tuk Tuk a lot not only to go into town but to also visit the Temples.

The gym was a definite after thought. One weights machine there that was broken.

Lovely quiet hotel with excellent restaurant

We had an amazing holiday in Seam Reap and staying in this hotel. The room was basic, but very spacious and clean. The food in the restaurant was excellent. We tried a few restaurants in town but we found the hotel restaurant the best - really delicious interesting food, good presentation, good romantic quiet atmosphere by the candle-lit pools, and very friendly staff. So we ended up eating in quite a lot. We liked the fact that we have our own tuk-tuk driver, who was friendly and we felt very safe. The pools were clean and good that there were three, so never over crowded. We wished we were staying a few days longer.

Stunning resort!

We were blown away by the beautiful gardens, pools and rooms at this resort. It's a little piece of paradise 10 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Siem Reap. The staff were kind enough to let us check out at 4.30pm the day we left. We had a complimentary tuk tuk driver for our whole stay.

Some small things the resort can improve on:
- the gym equipment needs updating
- our TV stopped working and it took 2 days for someone to look at it.
- There were no DVD players available.
- we ordered a tuk tuk into town and waited 1.5 hrs in our room because no-one told us it had arrived.

These are only minor issues and I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends!

Great location, absolute friendly staffs

I always prefer a stay in silent place. Navutu Dreams isn't too far away from the city and yet very quiet, and the staffs are extremely friendly and helpful! Its facilities are very complete and the pools are simply awesome. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone I know who are keen to visit Siem Reap.

Underrated

The first stop on our honeymoon and we loved the resort and everything else about it.

We were warmly greeted at the airport and at the hotel to start with. Throughout our stay we were made to feel very much at home and a special couple. Our family paid for a roof top terrace meal and spa treatments for us both. The staff went to a lot of trouble to set it up and make us feel special so thank you Navutu. The food was gorgeous, not just that meal, but all our food.

The explorer rooms are the nicest we have stayed in and felt private and exclusive with our own terrace and garden space. The bathrooms were also great.

The location turned out to be a blessing in disguise with it being a little further out so the time we spent chilling at the resort was great (stayed closer to town the night before our flight back and it was cramped and noisy). It's only a short tuk tuk ride away, the road wasn't as bad as I read on some of the reviews, but yes it was a little bumpy. Complementary tuk tuk was friendly and a fantastic service throughtout our visits to the surrounding area and town.

Highly recommended.

A quiet and cosy retreat

My boyfriend and I stayed for 5D4N at Navutu in late May, which is considered an off-peak season, so there were hardly any other guests around. Works for us – we felt like we had a very exclusive and private stay! Throughout our stay it remained a tranquil and quiet environment which we really appreciated as we wanted a good rest. The room was beautiful and very spacious. We really enjoyed the lounging chairs where we could read in the air-conditioned comforts of the room. The His and Hers showers were a great idea too – saved us time from waiting for each other.

The restaurant breakfast comes as a set so if you want something extra you'd have to order a la carte. The full menu is quite extensive with both Asian and Western fare and everything we tried was surprisingly delicious (we've had too much bad hotel food), so much so we got lazy about eating out on some days! We enjoyed lounging in the 3 pools – good enough for a spot of light exercise. We also went for a massage at the in-house spa which had a couple room – relaxing after a long day of walking.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. They helped with everything from dinner reservations to transport arrangements. Everyone can converse well and always with a smile. Our flight was delayed on the last day and they graciously allowed a late check-out. Thanks to the team, we had a great stay with you and hope to be back.

Perfection!!!

Such a beautiful resort!! Far enough out of town for a remote atmosphere, but close enough to zoom in for lunch and a spot of shopping! Can't fault the service and the food is always amazing presentation and a party for your taste buds :)

Relaxing hotel with choice of pools

We stayed for 5 nights with 2 year old and baby. Our friends also stayed with their 2 children. They made a mess everyday and the rooms were immaculately each time. They would even tidy it again sometime when they did the turn down service, which we did not expect at all. The whole hotel including the grounds were always kept so tidy. We spent most of out time in the family pool with young children and they loved it. There was a lovely spread each morning for breakfast which gave the kids and us lots of choice and the food in their own restaurant was also well priced and delicious. We loved not having to negotiate with Tuk Tuk drivers each day. It was nice to know what we were getting for our entire stay. I haven't attached any photos as the hotel is exactly like their photos...absolutely amazing!

Paradise on earth!

We spent 3 nights at this hotel and it was our favorite part of our trip. The hotel is super clean and beautiful, nice furniture and design. The food was amazing! Our tuktuk driver, Pross, made our stay very special!!! He was an excellent guide and we are so grateful to have had him as our driver to this amazing place! The yoga lessons were wonderful and the teachers were super good and professional. I have nothing bad to say other than we regret not staying there for more days. We can't wait to be back !!

Fantastic Service

My husband and I were first time travel to Cambodia, we searched thru the internet and read the other customers' reviews. Finally, we chose to stay 4 nights in Navutu Dreams. Before the departure, I almost forgot to request the hotel for airport pick up and I sent the email in a hurry, but they replied quickly. I really appreciate that. The environment, service and the food were excellent. Peoples were friendly and cheerful. I love the Beef Lok Lak with the sauce which was so different from the other restaurants at the Pub Street. Most of all, we were so lucky that the resort arranged us a friendly and helpful tuk tuk driver, Sohkom to us. Thanks to him, we had a really nice vacation and experience in Siem Reap. He knows well which temple or place worth to go and is the right time to go. The road in and out the resort was a bit bumpy, but he rode very carefully to avoid the uneven part of the road. The only drawback of the trip was that there was a wedding ceremony nearby on the 4th day, which the neighbor played the music loud from the morning till late night. But I understand it's their tradition and believe this situation won't happen always. I'll definitely stay in this resort again for our next visit there!

Relaxing break from city

We received a warm welcome and immediately felt relaxed after our arrival. Room was just opposite the lap pool which was clean and a good size for swimming. The ambience around the pool and restaurant was inviting. We had a nice meal but didn't enjoy the breakfasts with cold toast, pancakes and average pastries. The muesli and fruit were the best part. Would prefer better quality and smaller quantity with choice. Loved having free access to a tuk tuk with such a happy driver. Distance from city not a problem.

Beautiful hotel, staff could not have been nicer especially Myrna ( sp? ). Pool and grounds are really pretty, totally worth the 10 min drive with your private tuk tuk driver. Delicious breakfast, comfy room. Great deal !

Just returned from a trip to Siem Reap. Lovely hotel with a warm friendly, and welcoming staff. We had a wonderful Tuk Tuk driver, Mr. Long, who was assigned to us during our entire stay. We arranged through the hotel for a tour guide, Narin, who took us around the Angkor Wat temples. Narin was very knowledgeable and made it a very pleasant experience. The only draw back that I would have is that the hotel is not located close to towns or shops, and there was only one restaurant on site. If you want quaint, friendly service, then this is your place. We will definitely recommend Navutu Dreams to our friends.

Nice Comportable Resort.

The hotel staff is very understandful for guest. Also hotel condition is very good. In addition, the hotel is not big as chain hotel so I can feel like comportable like visiting to family house. However, the location is kind of far also the road in front of hotel is not good condition. The hotel support free of charge tok tok but it seems to fix the road. Anyway, it was very pleasent stay at Nabutu resort.

very enjoyable stay

This is a very nice hotel to stay in. The only drawback is the location. It is out of town and the road leading to it is unpaved. It rained when we were there and there was water on it. The hotel provides a tuk tuk which is included in the hotel package. The tuk tuk driver was very thoughtful and made sure our tuk tuk ride was a pleasent one. The hotel is very quiet and nicely maintained. We had booked a regular room for three nights. On the day of our arrival some construction was goingon nearby. We asked for a different room which was arranged immediately.and they gave us a suite which was very nice and rather quite large. The brakefast buffet is not large but adequate. The staff is very attentative, extreemly pleasent and helpful.Overall this is a very nice quite, and cosey hotel. We will definately stay here again.

A wonderful oasis

Navutu Dreams was a great place to stay in Siem Reap. As in most of South East Asia..the service is what sets it apart. The staff was attentive and helpful from the moment you walk into reception until you head out the door for home. The grounds, pools, rooms and restaurant are beautiful and impeccably maintained. The room has a cool Mediterranean feel to it, that is elegantly decorated and tastefully appointed.

Our package included a very tasty and fulfilling breakfast, pick-up and drop-off from the airport and our own tuk-tuk driver for our entire stay. That was best bonus...our driver was fantastic and took us to all the temples, provided us with cold water and had great suggestions as we went along. Especially for price we paid...we could not have been more pleased.

The only drawback...and for some people it could be major but for us, presently living in Indonesia, it was not big deal...the road out to the resort is quite rough. We had a good laugh about it but I think some people might not enjoy the bumpy dirt road every time they have to head out. For us, it was no big deal and part of the Cambodian experience and of course, not a whole lot the resort can do about it.

Overall, we would emphatically recommend this property to any couple, group or family looking to spend a quiet relaxing time in Siem Reap. It was fantastic!

Nice cozy hotel with very friendly & helpful staff

The grand tour rooms are amazing and even the explorer rooms are nice. The rooms even have a small terrace with sun-beds and all! All rooms face the pool. The staff is sweet and very helpful. They have 2 nice pools - a salt water one and a fresh water one. The spa at the hotel is lovely too. It's slightly away from the city center (~10 mins) but the hotel provides free tuk-tuks that stay with you all day which makes it very very convenient. Overall, a lovely stay. Totally recommend this hotel.

Feels like stay at home

Nice hotel gateway, beautiful decoration, good services. I was staying there for 3 days 2 night. It was great and fantastic with natural view. Jz would like to comment about telephone is not working well thus I have to reception place to make request. And tuk tuk services was good but he actually expected to pay him more even though I had entitlement to have such a service. Overall they trying their provides good services to us.

Great country great hotel!!

I would highly recommend this hotel. Although a little way out from the town itself the complementary tuk tuk service was faultless and only took 10 minutes. It was also a great way to see the more local side of Siem Reap town.

All the staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and polite and the grand tour room was fantastic. We organised tours of the temples through the hotel and also found this service great and very reasonably priced.

I will definitely be returning to Cambodia and would not hesitate to book here again.

Perfect place for resting & recharging after templ

We stayed five nights at the Navutu Dreams Resort & Spa and totally enjoyed our stay. The resort was tranquil & peaceful, away from the hustle & bustle of the town. Our grand tour room was large, clean & modern, easily accommodated three of us comfortably. The staff were pampering us & acceded to our room service breakfast request every morning. As we booked our temple / village tours with private guides for four days we only made use of the resort's complimentary tuk tuk service for two evenings. Our tuk tuk driver was smiley & amicable & recommended us great places for dinner every time. The resort staff were friendly & helpful to assist in ordering our food delivery order from Il Forno, arranging our tuk tuk, airport transfer, working out our spa booking timing, etc. The resort's Spa offered great relaxing massage & body scrub, relieving our tried muscles. Overall, we enjoyed our relaxing stay at Navutu Dreams tremendously. Many thanks to the team, Maryna, Karuna, Sokhun for their the wonderful service!

We absolutely loved this place - it was the highlight of our trip to Siem Reap, beating out even Angkor Wat! Service was just amazing and always provided with a smile, the restaurant was actually fabulous, better than any we tried in town, and the included tuk tuk made the remote location a non- issue. In fact, getting out of the dusty, loud town was a relief at the end of the day.

The hotel was great! We loved the location, the staff were very nice and helpful! Our tuk-tuk driver, Kosal, was very knowledgeable and acted as a tour guide. He always had helpful tips for us and was super nice to our 2 year old. The list of suggested restaurants, that the hotel provides was great, make sure you check it out before going out for food.
The hotel includes 12 hours/day tuk-tuk and a foot massage!

Great service!

The resort is fantastic for the wonderful service. Beautiful resort with 2 beautiful pools and a unique 'do-not-disturb' coconut. The only drawback is the location. However, a complimentary tuk-tuk is available for our use throughout our stay. Just got to brave through the bumpy roads to and fro the resort.
