If you're looking for a beautiful hotel with a friendly and helpful staff while visiting Siem Reap and Angkor Wat - this is it! My husband and I had the pleasure to enjoy 4 nights at this lovely hotel in April. This really was a five-star experience; the hotel arranged our private pickup from the airport, greeted us with refreshing drinks upon arrival, and arranged our tours with very knowledgeable and friendly/funny guides. Additionally, they had tuk-tuks outside the hotel ready to take you wherever you need to go around the city, which was extremely helpful in the heat of the day.
Our room was beautiful with a nice balcony and bathroom (fyi, the bed was a bit firm, but I like a firm mattress for my back lol). Each day the we were offered a lovely breakfast, afternoon tea, and a nice cocktail hour by the relaxing pool.

My wife & I stayed at Mane Boutique Hotel & Spa and had one of our best experiences ever. Thavy, Noun and the staff were top notch. We loved our themed room, we ate multiple meals and the food and drinks were fabulous and enjoyed Tea time along with the Hotel spa. They also helped us coordinate a driver and guide to see Angkor Wat over two days including sunrise and sunset. The location was perfectly situated in the city and close to everything plus they had a service pick us up and took us to the airport. The hotel design and set-up was green, meticulous and fun. If you're planning to go to Siem Reap, this is where I would recommend you spend your stay.

The courtesy extended to us was remarkable. All questions and requests were addressed by Safiel personally. From arranging tuk tuk rides to making reservations at local restaurants and even a take away breakfast for our sunrise tour, he is attentive and very efficient. Beautiful hotel with great service. The themed room was incredible; the hotel decor was well thought-out. The complimentary orange hotel tuk-tuks were a very sweet touch. Reception staff made us feel safe and comfortable, although they were not very knowledgeable about city activities and restaurants- they kept pushing for us to eat at their restaurant and to go see a particular ticketed show. They could use a proper, unbiased concierge. Still, this hotel is fabulous- highly recommend!

When I booked this hotel, it had appeared to be a middle-of-the-road hotel. I was pleasantly surprised to find out how beautiful it really is. The staff provided the best service possible; they really went out of their way to make me comfortable. I will definitely stay there again

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights at Mane. The staff and service was excellent with great communication and coordination. They provided complimentary pick up and drop off at the airport as well as tuk tuk to the old market area which is also walkable. We booked a private tuk tuk through the hotel which was better than booking online tour to take us to Angkor Wat for the day with planned itinerary; we were going to watch the sunrise so they packed a breakfast to take along with with us. The restaurant at the hotel also served excellent Cambodian food.
The pool was small but nice especially during 38 degree heat. The room was traditionally decorated which was charming, clean and comfortable, washroom could use upgrade though. The only thing I would recommend adding to the room are sheer curtains in addition to just the blackout curtains so that we can let some light in while still having privacy. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel!

Its probably our first 'Botique' hotel. We ususally stay at larger hotels. Didnt really know what to expect when we got our holiday stay booked at the Mane Botique.

When we arrived we were upgraded to the honeymoon suite which has an amazing rooftop bath. The staff prepared a very sweet arrangement of flowers for our arrival to give us the full honeymoon experience.

This was the best place we stayed at during our three-week honeymoon in Southeast Asia - and maybe one of the best hotels either of us has ever stayed at. The entire staff, from managers to housekeeping, was remarkably friendly, and it was clear that information about plans and preferences were passed on between shifts. Beyond the nice rooms, the saltwater pool, and the great breakfast, there were plenty of extra touches, ranging from the impressive way our room had been prepared for our honeymoon stay, to the free Tuk Tuks and airport transfers. We also enjoyed the massages, as well as the daily afternoon tea with local delicacies. We'd absolutely stay at Mane if we go back to Siem Reap, and we recommend you to do the same. The amenities and the staff were both on the level of a much more expensive five-star place.

Highly recommend for visitors who would like equal parts tourism and relaxation. The pool and spa were lovely. The room was tasteful, albeit a bit small. Upon arrival and up till the point that we left, we received excellent service from the staff, from the receptionists, to the waitresses and masseuses. Really appreciated the complimentary airport transfer and foot massage, and enjoyed having a variety of traditional Khmer breakfast dishes every morning and Khmer snacks for afternoon tea.
The room was very romantic and unique, with an open shower and one of the best beds I’ve slept in. While walking distance to Pub Street, the hotel still offered complimentary one way transfers to any destination in the city which saved us a lot of time trying to find tuk tuks.
Have nothing but praise for Mane, and I highly recommend staying here if you want to experience the best of Cambodian hospitality. Despite of a huge amount of perks that we had ( free rides to the city, afternoon tea, late checkout to accommodate our schedule, etc., ) the hotel staff did their best to make our stay exceptionally memorable by making a birthday fruitcake for me and decorating the room with lotus flowers and petals!

Wonderful boutique hotel. We really enjoyed our stay, friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. There are 2 buildings and I would definitely recommend the building not above the restaurant if you are a light sleeper as there can be a bit of noise from chickens and dogs in the AM. Very close to the center of town and the free airport transfer and tuk tuk to town were really convenient

But best of all were the staff.I have travelled to many places but have never been anywhere with such friendly staff - always smiling and accomodating. Having the staff bring a birthday cake to my room and sing happy birthday was typical of the service. Special thanks too to the spa staff and tuk tuk drivers who were excellent. This property has everything you can look for .... from the best staff to a huge room and bathroom space . The rooms are so clean that i actually took a bath in the tub . The property is far from town but they provide free transport and they even wait for you . Look no futher this is the spot and worth the money. You will relax and enjoy Cambodia!

A lot of care and attention has been put into guest experience here. From pick-up at the airport to welcome drinks at check-in, gorgeous room and free tuk tuk shuttle service to the center of town, there was a definite emphasis on making sure we were getting the most out of our stay. Everyone was very helpful with any questions and made us feel like VIPs. Our only qualm was the bathroom/toilet which was behind a glass wall and door from the bed that didn't give as much privacy as we would've liked. Other than that, everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again.

What an amazing gem! The customers who reviewed this hotel were spot-on! From our arrival in Siem Reap until our departure, the staff of this hotel were simply amazing and extremely accommodating. The hotel arranged our pick-up at the airport and we were met by an amazing gentleman. When we arrived at the hotel we were welcome by the amazing employee Riri with drinks. She showed us the property, which has an amazing pool. The reception area and grounds have splendid vegetation and flowers, and amazing decoration. This hotel complex is very peaceful, serene, and ideal for relaxation. The spa services are excellent. Very spacious rooms with very nice bathroom. Nice breakfast menu at the restaurant and tea is offered every day at 4PM. Staff will accommodate any transportation arrangements. We booked our transport services to visit Angkor Wat with them. This is how we met one of the most amazing individual ever, Savon. Savon was our driver for one full day and he accommodated all our wishes. We learned so many things from Cambodia with him. Management of the hotel should be proud and extremely lucky to have such an exemplary employee, who makes the hotel and your country proud. We had an issue with a Tuk-Tuk driver from one event and the hotel staff got the issue resolved. The Hotel is located in a very quiet area about a couple Km from the markets and restaurants in Siem Reap, and they supply complimentary transport to the town centre. Cons: The beds are too firm!

This was one of the best boutique hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff was fantastic. They went out of their way to really take care of each and every guest. The hotel was located near \"downtown\" and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. This is a boutique hotel so you won't get all the amenities of a large resort but the hospitality of the staff will make up for the lack of fitness equipment. The daily breakfast was great and the foot massages were incredible.

I am still smiling...because it is contagious...EVERYONE who works there smiles...and I am convinced the word NO is not in their vocabulary. There is NOTHING we asked or inquired about that was not met with a YES or CERTAINLY or NO PROBLEM or simply saying THANK YOU to me when I was the one asking for information/assistance. Not to mention great location in the heart of a real community. LOVED the 5 minute walk to town center.

Overall I would characterized our stay at Mane as excellent. We felt very welcomed from the moment we checked in. The welcome drink was spectacular and they immediately went to work on helping us planning our visit. The room was very clean and overall quite comfortable. The pool was divine after a long day of visiting the temples. They have their own Tuk-Tuk which makes travel downtown quite convenient. We have been traveling in Southeast Asia for about a month and the people and accommodations at the Mane were hands down the best we experienced during our visit. If your planning a visit to Siem Reap I would highly recommend booking your stay with Mane Boutique Hotel and Spa.

We booked this hotel at the last minute due to changed plans and were able to secure 3 nights in there family suite ( 2 adjoining rooms). The price for all 3 nights was very similar to one night in a 5* hotel in Manila. They collected us from the airport and we were greeted at reception with a lovely non-alcoholic cocktail. The reception staff remembered all our names and the service provided was very personal to our needs.
Unlimited bottled water, nice coffee, fruit on arrival all provided in our room. TV had built in internet, numerous channels, 3D movies, and YouTube.
At breakfast we had lots of choice. Predominantly Asian style food but the staff were happy to tailor any foods to meet our needs. The orange juice was freshly squeezed and was yummy. All included in the room rate
Afternoon tea and biscuits was laid on every afternoon with local music played.
Some of the windows don’t completely close but the staff spray mosquito spray every night in the bedroom.
A complimentary spa treatment was also included in the room rate which was a real treat.

I was traveling alone, and they ensured that I had not only all the amenities and comforts that I needed but provided me with local knowledge and ideas for things to see and do during my stay. What I loved most about Mane Boutique was there attention to every detail and personal touch. Our concierge Jack was the most attentive concierge who brought a personal touch to everything we did. Furthermore, the entire staff was extremely helpful and flexible when we lost a day due to flight cancellations and allowed us a late checkout. Small, personal boutique hotel. A young staff who went out of their way to be helpful, learning names, booking tours, tuk-tuks etc. Excellent English spoken. Very keen to help. Smallish pool but very welcome after a day sightseeing. Lovely antique feel to hotel - room names are years meaningful to Cambodian history. Very nicely appointed rooms. Breakfast was reasonable - not a big buffet affair but select menu including local and western options. Pancakes were a hit! Our children were well looked after - no kids activities but we were offered babysitting services which we didn't take up. They were happy in the pool and feeding the fish. Spa was on the basic side but massages were good. Mind out for the flies (generally, not just in the hotel) and take bug spray. We were bitten a lot, especially around the pool area. Location was OK - just a 5-10 min tuk-tuk ride from the Old Market & Pub Street, tuk-tuk complimentary one way. All in all, a lovely little hotel. Recommended.

From our arrival to the day we left we had an amazing service from everyone in the hotel. All staffs were friendly and helpful. We had complementary pick up and drop off from/to the airport and also an amazing 30 min foot massage. The tea time is also very good. Breakfast was probably the best we had so far traveling in Asia. The dinner menu is also very good and same price as the restaurants at Pub street.

Mane Boutique was, hands down, the most special and extraordinary place I've ever stayed.
