Staff was very nice. Close to restaurants and spas. AC did not work very well. Room was always hot. The skiding doors dont close completely so mosquitoes and bug got in the room and you can hear noises outside. Neighbors dog barked all night long keep us up.

Reception Staff Terrible, Don’t understand English,very rude, Not hospitable. The room TV doesn’t work, AC is average, got to the room washed face & the tap wouldn’t turn off, tell reception staff, offered a double bed for 2 single people, was trying to make us pay more for 2 beds! In the end finally gave us 2 beds. The pool is good,dinner is good, breakfast is average at best,drinks are cheap, location is ok.

The staff is brilliant, the pool is surprisingly amazing and the cocktails they serve at the pool bar are decent. The location is central, has a lot of dining options around and is like 10 min walk to the night market
To the left of the hotel is just an enormous puddle where a free parking should be so parking a motorcycle was challenging
In the bathroom they only have rain shower and no glass door or a curtain to separate it from the rest of the space - splashes were inevitable and so the floor was constantly wet and no slippers were provided (or we did not find)
Mosquitoes were a problem with no solution from the property.
A/C is placed in such a way that it will only blow on the bed directly therefore could not be used during night , and the nights were unbearably hot

This place is a excellent quiet retreat in the middle of the city. I did not try their restaurant, so no comment. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is great, nice washroom. Everything looks clean. I do like to mention that we had a very hard time locating this hotel.

Beautiful poolside not to mention the food we had by the pool was very good and the service was timely. There's almost no reason to leave, but it is a great location that is also close to many fun nearby sites, good restaurants and shopping areas. Can't wait to go back.

it's a great find in the perfect location. It's about a 7 min walk to Pub street so is pretty peaceful at night.

Everything about this place is great. from the minute we arrived nothing too much trouble. The whole place is decorated modernly and is spotless. The beds are comfy, bathroom spacious. Breakfast is wonderful. Plenty of choice and freshly made food. I enjoyed the coffee as well. Everything about our stay here was perfect. I would definitely go back. No need to think about where to stay next time. All very relaxed which was perfect for our weekend.

The best place i was noticed because hotel location is the best just walk in 10minutes to pub-street and shopping center, service is excellent in all area of this hotel, new building with modern style, room is comfortable with pool access. All tour information are available at this places, they explained us as detail of popular places for visiting such temples, Tonle Sap lake, Mountain with waterfall, and some activities around Siem Reap likes Phare, Balloom, Cooking Class, Apsara show etc. Really convenience for us, they could make reservation with the same price at places charge.
