The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to loads of bars and restaurants in Pub St or along the river.
The hotel itself is nicely appointed and although it’s on quite a busy road is very well sound insulated, so it can’t be heard from the rooms.
Breakfast was pretty good with a decent selection and all the staff were extremely friendly.
Overall a very good hotel that is excellent value for money and I would be very happy to stay here again.

The room AC didn’t work for two nights and was fixed only on the third day. This is in high humidity 95+ (fahrenheit) heat where it’s best to come to the hotel to relax in the afternoon. The front desk staff was not sympathetic at all, not immediately offering to give another room for the night, exactly opposite of the attitude expected from someone in the hospitality industry.

A wonderful hotel at an inexpensive price. The pool is an excellent place to cool off with a cold one after the heat of Angkor Wat. Our room was excellent overlooking the pool and even though it also faced the street with double doors out to the balcony , you could hardly hear any traffic noise. This will be an automatic choice if we return to Siem Reap.

The hotel is in a great location and is walkable to many markets, restaurants, cafes, pubs and supermarket. The service was beyond exceptional including the doormen, reception, the spa, the restaurants, cleaners and everyone else who works at the hotel.

This was just 2 nights to see Angkor Wat. Compared to Phnom Penh this is a much cleaner place and is well maintained. The hotel is well positioned for the town and is recommended.

Very classy hotel within easy walking distance of the old town area. Rooms were spacious, clean; food in the restaurant was good. There was a sky bar on top, and both pools were clean and serviced by a bar. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of offerings. The Aspara dance show was given several times a week ( at an extra cost, but well worth it. The staff were as lovely and kind as I’ve ever seen ! All together, we loved it !

This was our second stay at the Royal Crown - it’s a wonderful place! Some of the staff remembered us from our first stay 2 years ago. The entire staff are warm, friendly and extremely helpful. It is so easy to recommend the Royal Crown--and Siem Reap and Cambodia in general. Our stay was short--just two nights--but everything about our visit was wonderful. The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly, the room was large and clean, the shower was no-frills but was warm and had great water pressure, our room had a small balcony, and the hotel's two pools meant we could easily swim/sit outside in peace.
The location was also great. We were positioned within walking distance of everything we wanted to do--night markets, restaurants, shopping, and exploring.

It is a clean hotel with friendly staff, right from reception to room service personnel. Within walking to most of the attractions like the beautiful river side and popular Pub Street, but far enough not to be disturbed by the loud music and hustle and bustle from the pbn street. Many facilities like pharmacies, convenient stores, cafes, dining places are also within 100m distance from the hotel.

I loved ow big the room and bathroom were, appreciated the breakfast being included and dining/spa options. The hotel arranged my airport transfers which went well and the pool is very cute. I did however find the beds and pillows to be rock hard and very uncomfortable. It’s also an incredibly loud area, earplugs and a sound machine are an absolute must to get a sleep. My shower head above the tub also leaked quite a lot spraying the whole area and the mounted shampoo/soap container was way too far away and frankly dangerous. Lastly, the first night I woke up to a huge puddle on the floor because the AC was leaking from the ceiling in front of the door, however I spoke to the front desk and it was fixed very quickly.

This qas oue second time staying at the royal crown hotel. It's a nice property, centrally located close to the restaurants and night markets. The room was nice ans spacious. The only issue was we had a penthouse room facing the street and it gets noisy ans I'm a light sleeper :) the staff here are the jewels. They will do anything that they can to make your stay pleasant. I never saw anyone without a smile.

The staff are very nice and helpful. We were able to obtain transportation for very reasonable prices. In fact, some of the transportation prices were way less than outside sources so the stay became very convenient to see Ankor Wat and other places of interest.
