Diego
Cecilia
Breakfast was good for the price of the hotel. The staff were really friendly, the amenities were okay, and the area was super safe with fast food restaurants, gas stations, and pharmacies within a 5-minute walk. The only downside was that they were doing renovations on part of the hotel, which was a bit inconvenient.
Karla
Comfy beds, decent restaurant, helpful staff, clean bathrooms… would stay again.
Natasha
The hotel is still undergoing renovations. TV didn’t work, shower head needed a good cleaning (water sprayed everywhere) and no batteries for the safe, gym was unavailable as it was still being renovated and Front desk staff were not very nice. BUT the valets, wait staff and bartenders were extremely friendly and accommodating. If you are ok with it being a work in progress and value the price and personal experience, you might like it.
Denis
Great place
JOSE
Now that it is fully renovated, the hotel is looking very nice.
Jose
The room assigned was on a place where construction were ongoing, we has to request for another room, staff was really nice and assigned a suite , hotel had some kind of party and was very noise also around parties going all night long, is a noisy location

The location is great. We stayed in a room that was recently remodeled. Excellent hot water in the bathroom, which is a luxury in El Salvador. The breakfast was excellent. There staff were excellent and very helpful. Once they complete all of the remodeling, this will be a four star hotel.
Gerardo Emilio
The Worst hotel experience of my entire life! The entire 1st floor was under construction. we had no hot water one day AND NO WATER AT ALL THE NEXT! Construction workers all over the room, noises constantly and to top it all off. The hotel staff decided that it was better to charge me BEFORE check out without my consent AS IF ME AND MY FAMILY ARE CROOKS OR WORSE! I FELT COMPLETELY INSULTED AND ABSOLUTELY REGEET EVER SETTING FOOT IN THAT HELL HOLE OF A HOTEL
Gustavo
Clean rooms and staff very friendly.
Nicolas
The water was shut off 3x during my stay. then no hot water for shower. Internet was intermittent and was not able to hold video calls etc.

Valet parking, the hotel has been renovated. Very nice rooms, very clean and comfortable. Remodeled bath with large walk in shower. Beds are comfortable. Room service is excellent and not expensive. Food tasted great. Elevator is new. Our last stay we used the stairs. Overall excellent experience. Suites have refrigerators. Very helpful to keep the waters cold. Good place to stay. Have not seen another with comparable rooms for the price. Free breakfast in their outdoor dining area. Food is good. Lots of variety.
Eduardo
Jose
The whole building was under construction
Anyeli
the people is amazing, all the staff is so kind an respecfull and making sure we have all we need.
Melissa
Jose
Very good option. They are remodeling the hotel
Raul
Lucio
Excellent staff, friendly and helpful. Very accommodating. Clean spaces. Quiet and good service. Very easy to get to. Will definitely consider staying there again (have stayed there a couple of times before)
Thomas
Room was just fine, air conditioning worked well. Bed was very comfortable
Elevator was not working so had to climb 3 flights of stairs.
Parking attendants were very attentive. They park your car and retrieve it when you need it. Slip them a few bucks. They don’t make much.
Breakfast was fine. Buffet style, Salvadoran style with some US food too.
Overall I’ll give my stay a 4

The employees has all of them excellent customer service.
The first room smelled like humid , so we requested to move in to another room. Also, the handicap ramp was very steep and I could not use it, I has to use the stairs even with my knee hurt,

I would rate this hotel average; the staff is all very friendly. There is a nightclub somewhere around the hotel where you can hear the music; usually it was off by 12am. The week we stayed the elevator was not working, good exercise going up to the third floor except when I had to carry all of the bags of souvenirs.

Einar
Buen precio y buen servicio
Lucrecia
personal muy amable

This hotel is very old with 4 stars prices when it’s not even a 2. The breakfast was horrible, the elevator was not working. All the tables, chairs, beds were in bad conditions and the whole property had a bad smell

Excellent value for money!!
RAFAEL
This was a nice establishment. Not a 5-star by far, more like a 3.5 stars. I have to say, all the staff was great, super cordial and very accommodating! The complimentary breakfast was different each day which was good. In my personal opinion, if the B.W. wants 5 stars they need to pay attention to the minor details in the astetics such as the moldings, the worn out old carpets, invest in sound-proof windows, etc. The inside of the rooms look aged.

Juan
The elevator was not working.

Everything was good
Carlos
If you like a quiet place to stay this is a perfect one, however if you like to walk around to see stores, restaurants and enjoy a coffe shop you are a little far away. Most people in the hotel are very kind however the breakfast buffet could be better, but I have not problem if I have to stay there again.
Lorena
I always like the hotel.
Mario
John-Michael
Full-service amenities… nice restaurant and bar… very attentive service… dated but functional.
Elevator out of service.

Desk staff wasn’t the best. Employee looked too plain and lacked customer service. Hotel elevator wasn’t working but desk employee never mentioned anything about it; instead she assigned us a third floor room. We had to find out by employee walking us to our room about the broken elevator. Not Good!
Raquel
Clean ,good service and attention
Katherine
Needs to remodel
Edwin
Good price
Cesar
the hotel is very old, the elevator don't work, there is no gym, too expensive for its service
Scott
The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and down on an open veranda overlooking the pool and gardens. It is an older hotel and that shows, but I would stay there again.
Eliana
This property is old and run down. It’s centrally located to everything, but the hotel itself is really really run down and dirty. Our bed was extremely uncomfortable, the carpet was dirty and stained, the bathroom’s doors were dirty and moldy. The elevator wasn’t working and apparently hasn’t been working for months now. We will not be coming back.

Service (people) is great, but rooms heavily outdated, lighting, A/C…No hot water in the morning and weak shower stream, poor drainage. Elevator not working. Great location which is what you mostly paying
