I booked a non smoking room and was given a smoking room. The manager continuously gave me the run around. My girlfriend has allergies and asthma so she was very uncomfortable while in the room. Location is really good, and the casino is fine, but the room ruined the trip

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was not all that impressed with the room. The shower/toilet area was so small and cramped. I didn't like that the sink didn't have a drain stopper. There was no channel guide for the tv.

We stayed on the 11th floor facing Fremont. There were 4 pairs of ear plugs in the room for the night time party outside. I wish the restaurant was open for ordering a sit down breakfast earlier then 8 am. They had some breakfast sandwiches you could purchase. We would stay here again!

Right at the end of Fremont Street so you start at the hotel and work your way through the entire Fremont street. A perfect location. Room was clean and plenty of room to spread out. Our room was in the North Tower and right next to the reservation desk. Also just off the tower elevators was Hash house a GoGo and they had a great breakfast selection with huge shareable portions (or not if you are a big eater). However North tower is not near the pool so if you have kiddos you might want to stay in the South Tower.

Staff was horrible. I called housekeeping multiple times and no one ever answered. I called the front desk from my room and again. No answer! I had to call the 1-800 number I found online just to order fresh towels to my room. The towels NEVER CAME!! I spent 2.5 days there with the same towels. Thoroughly disappointed with this place.

Rooms are cozy and clean. Had a view the strip. Pool open all year round and is heated with jacuzzi. Hash house a go go was great. The hotel is perfect because it’s right off all the hustle and bustle of the downtown strip.

Great location is why we chose the Plaza. We stayed in the North Tower on the 11th floor, and we could hear the music all night from the downstairs club. I don't think the housekeeping department knows how to use the hose on the vacuum cleaner and they never cleaned the hallway the whole time we were there. The best part was the front check-in counter staff.

We also chose this location for the hot tub option but it was only open 9-5, a resort shouldn’t keep bankers hours with the hot tub. We would stay on Fremont again but would try another hotel.

The room was decent enough to sleep in and chill in for the time being. It was directly across from Freemont. You still hear music on higher floors but it wasnt bad. If youre looking for a hotel right in the action on the Old strip in Vegas the Plaza is the spot. I would definitely stay there again just to not deal with the hassle of las vegas blvd.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. I stayed on New Years day and partook of the Freemont street experience. The location is awesome and I had a great view from my rpoom that overlooked fremont street. That donut place that everyone goes to Vegas for is downstairs. Pinkbox donuts. I got the PB and J donut that was so amazing. And I got a donut that looked like poo and it tasted amazing. That donut place is worth staying here alone. And then the restaurantThe Hash House A-Go-Go. Man, the food they have there is soooo good. Be sure to have breakfast there. You wont be dissappointed. Their coffee is yummy too.

I had 2 rooms on the 9th floor in the south tower. The plumbing in both rooms were awful. When you run the water in the tub to shower the tub fills up and took forever for the water to drain. When you flush the toilets they were making noise like the pipes were clogged. Also in room 934 the floor of the bathtub had black stains towards and around the drain.

We had an issue with our bathtub not wanting to drain and when we called for maintenance they were quick to send someone up to get it fixed. Will definitely be staying here again next year for our Vegas trip! Great hotel, great staff, great casino . 10/10.
