We seemed to have had one of the larger rooms according to the floor plan. I was not expecting such a nice room based on other reviews I read. The room was spacious, the bathroom was very clean, and the minibar was stocked with a few complimentary drinks. Additionally, there was an Aldi Süd, Netto, and dm all within a short walk of the hotel.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Worms.

This hotel was recently purchased by another company. Unfortunately, the hotels has been neglected.
The elevator did not work, the room had torn drapes, and some of the lighting did not work either. Even the door had an electronic code and it only worked after the third time of pushing the door. That was each time you tried to go in. I would not recommend staying here.

Great place for a comfortable overnight stop. Lovely 6km round trip walk to the Rhine, where there are several restaurants and yummy ice cream parlours. Loved the free refreshments in the mini bar and the free coffee, something we haven’t experienced before. Nice to see that customers are still valued and not just an expendable commodity.

Grundlegend war alles soweit in Ordnung.Wie von Dormero-Hotels gewohnt,immer leicht abgewohnt.Zimmer soweit in Ordnung mit bequemen großen Bett.Leider Urin-Flecken am Toilettendeckel von anderen Gästen,ebenso Haare.Im Fahrstuhl kaum Licht auf Grund von ausgebrannten Led-Spots.Der Eingangsbereich ist ebenso kostensparend dunkel gehalten.Parkplatzkosten kommen pro Nacht mit 19€ on Top.Frühstück war ganz gut und das Personal freundlich.

Tolles Zimmer. Schöne Ambiente. Fitnessbereich geräumig. Kurzhanteln und Bank stehen zur Verfügung. Also wer sich auskennt kann schon was machen. Dennoch zur Abwechslung wäre ne Kraftstation sicherlich eine Bereicherung.

Einfach zu finden, herzlich empfangen worden. Große moderne Zimmer mit vielen Steckdosen. Nur man sollte sich ein Zimmer auf der Park Seite geben lassen. Wenn man mit offenem Fenster schlafen möchte, ist es schon sehr laut. Das Bad ist riesig, nur die Duschen sollten überarbeitet oder erneuert werden.

Eine 2te Kaffeemaschine wäre angebracht oder eine Pumpkanne mit Filterkaffee damit keine Warteschlange bei der Kaffeemaschine entsteht.
Die Umgebung ist nicht schön, Schmutzig und ungepflegt, im Park nebenan sind zu jeder Tageszeit viele Obdachlose die um Geld betteln. Sehr unangenehm.

Wenn von den Mitarbeitern im Hotel niemand bemerkt, wie verdreckt z.B. der Aufzug ist oder die Eingangshalle oder die Matte vor dem Eingang (erster Eindruck…?!?!!) , die Duschwanne noch den Kalk der letzten 10 Jahre aufweist, dann lässt das tief blicken.

es wird immer schlimmer, Aufzüge defekt, falsche Zimmerkategorie bekommen, erst nach Reklamation richtige Kategorie bekommen, Zimmer werden nicht gemacht, Qualität Frühstücksbuffet sehr schwankend (fehlende Gläser, Kaffeautomat voll, Brot trocken)

parkeren voor de deur a 15 euro of gratis in de nabijheid. Wij waren er op een dag met 30 graden en kamer was veel en veel te warm; geen airco. we kregen een ventilator. daardoor slecht geslapen; ook hard bed.
als je hier bij normale temperaturen verblijft zal het vast goed zijn. wel zeer grote kamer met veel ruimte.

Une nuitée pour cause de visite dans le quartier. Situation géographique de l’hôtel, la raison principale pour ma réservation. Assez cher pour Worms, surtout puisque le tarif ne comprend pas le petit dej. Ceci dit, la prestation correspond au prix : chambre très propre, literie confortable, nuit très calme.

Ruhig gelegenes Hotel mit Parkplätzen direkt vor dem Hotel.Parkplatzkosten pro Tag 15€.Das Zimmer war sehr geoß und geräumig.Ausstattung sehr neuwertig,das Bett war sehr bequem und nicht durchgelegen.Im Bad lief die Dusche sehr langsam bis garnicht ab.Das Zimmer wurde in drei Tagen nicht einmal gereinigt usw,aber das scheint mittlerweile in den Hotels Standard zu sein.Die Flure zu den Zimmern waren auf dem Fußboden anscheinend lange nicht mehr gesaugt worden,es lagen sehr viele Flusen rum. Dafür aber im großen Stil Geld abgreifen.Die Minibar war kostenlos.Im Ganzen war es aber ein guter Aufenthalt.

Vom Hauptbahnhof Worms ist man zu Fuß in acht Minuten an dem Gebäude (eine renovierte ehemalige Kaserne von 1897, sehr hübsch anzusehen). Daran hängt eine blaue Neonreklame „HOTEL“, aber beide Eisentore zum Grundstück sind geschlossen. Man muss ca. 100 Meter um ein weiteres Kasernengebäude herumgehen (an dem nicht mehr „HOTEL“ steht) und kommt auf einen großen Parkplatz, von dem aus man dann zu dem Hotelgebäude zurückfindet. Autofahrer finden das Hotel wohl schneller.
Innen ist alles modern gestaltet und der Empfang ist sehr freundlich und die Hilfsbereitschaft groß. Zimmer blitzsauber.

Hundefreundliches Hotel in Worms
Wir waren vor ein paar Jahren hier (damals gehörte das Hotel nicht zur Dormero Kette) und wunderten uns über manche negative Bewertungen im August 2024. Das Hotel ist frisch renoviert, das Personal SEHR freundlich, das Zimmer wunderbar groß, und das Hotel ist erstaunlich hundefreundlich. Auch wenn die Rezeption nur von 13 bis 23 Uhr besetzt ist, finde das Hotel sehr empfehlenswert.

Schlechtestes Hotel der Dormero Kette
Dies war mit Abstand das schrecklichste Dormero Hotel, welches ich jeh besucht habe.
Beim Check in wurde mir gesagt, dass der Parkplatz 15€ pro Tag kostet. In der Beschreibung steht kostenlos.
Ich habe ein Zimmer bekommen, da hat das Kopfteil vom Bett gefehlt und lag neben an. Da die Rezeption nur von 15:00 Uhr bis 23:00 Uhr besetzt ist, habe ich dies am nächsten Abend reklamiert. Während meines ganzen Aufenthaltes ist Nix passiert.
Dann war die Frühstückszeit ab 7:00 Uhr morgens. Da ich aber das Hotel immer gegen 6:45 verlassen musste. Konnte ich dies nicht wahrnehmen.
Deswegen erfragte ich ein Lunch Paket. Dieses klappte dann bei der ersten Bestellung und war mir Brötchen Kuchen Obst und Getränk auch sehr gut bestückt.
Beim 2. und 3. mal dann war es nicht fertig und ich musste die Küche nochmal dran erinnern. Dort bekam ich dann nur noch 2 Brötchen und nen Apfel. Für 17€ Frühstückskosten sehr mager.
Auf meine Beschwerden ging niemand ein!!!!!

It’s was a hot summer day with 32 degrees. I had a room on the top floor. Which was way too hot. It resulted it minimal sleep and there wasn’t even a fan.
