We booked a room for four. There were no slippers, towels, glasses, pillows, or blankets in the room. Parking was chargeable. And it's a 13-minute drive to the city center. It's a very bad hotel.

Nice layout, but the transparent bathroom door may indispose some guests. No kitchen cutlery/pots/pans was provided, making it pretty much useless. The microwave rotating plate was missing, but the maintenance team quickly provided a replacement one.

Good Value Hotel
Good value for money. Convenient with shopping mall nearby, lots of eateries and cafes. Easy transportation too. Parking was at nearby public parking at a discounted rate.

Beim Check-in (26.08.) wurde mir ein Zimmer gegeben, was nicht fertig war (offene Decke, Eimer im Eingang). Die Rezeption wusste davon nichts und es hat fast eine Viertelstunde gedauert, mir ein neues Zimmer zur Verfügung zu stellen.
Obwohl ich beim Check-in alle Daten aufgegeben hatte, wurde beim Check-out (28.08.) die Rechnung ohne Adresse gedruckt. Als ich dieses reklamierte, war die Antwort: ich muss die Daten noch erfassen, kann ich Ihnen die Rechnung spätestens heute Nachmittag per Mail schicken? Jetzt, am 28.08. um 22:00 Uhr warte ich immer noch auf die Rechnung. 2x habe ich versucht, die Rezeption telefonisch zu erreichen, einmal hing ich 5 Minuten in der Warteschleife, bevor die Verbindung vom Hotel getrennt wurde, beim zweiten Versuch habe ich die Verbindung nach 25 Minuten beendet, ohne dass ein Mitarbeiter an das Telefon gegangen war. Es kann mir keiner erzählen, dass um 22:00 Uhr ein solcher Andrang herrscht, dass das Telefon nicht bedient werden kann.
Ich kann dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Was disappointed bar was shut at 5pm as lone female didn’t want to wander too far on my own. Cleanliness was great, room basic but comfy, staff helpful. Ideal location to where I wanted to be so would definitely rebook. Tea and coffee would be great in the room but that’s my preference and not a criticism.

The hotel IS okey , I like It , just a litltle problem , I ask 2 times in the reception for a towel and nobody bring US during our stay, so we only have 1 towel for 4 days and no cleaning the room since check in day...

I was given a room 5 th floor. I went up - bonding a room. Went down with luggage - the staff trucked to find where the room was. Too. Apparently it was in the other block - you need first go to 4 th floor, then thorough a lab rent of corridors, then take another lift - it was not working. So I had to climb up theatres .

Very nice hotel, reception and cleaning staff very polite and friendly. Newly refurbished single room. Air con worked. Quiet and safe. Breakfast was included but the bread rolls I didn't like, very hard and dry however the croissants were very nice.
There was no Do Not Disturb hanger to put on the door which I would have liked but I'm sure I could have asked for one. Bonus was that house keeping had left a gift bag with quality make up in it! I travel a lot for work and that was a first. Thank you!

Checked in around 10pm, polite, ordered a taxi for me in the morning. Didn't eat breakfast, but room was very nice. Modern and clean. Good wifi.

The hotel and the rooms are good. Parking is reasonable and there are a few decent restaurants within walking distance. The room was modern and clean, with effective air conditioning. Some complaints: the curtains were narrower than the window, meaning there are big gaps on either side and the room is therefore not dark. The pillows are not great. The breakfast can be improved.

I told them at the time of booking that we had two cats and a dog with us; they said it would not be a problem. When we arrived, we paid a pet deposit of over €200 for all three pets. They were doing some sort of renovations in the room with which we shared a wall. The power tools were loud and jarring - we could not be in the room while the workmen were working. It gave us headaches. Then they had the nerve to complain about our cats -they said that the smell was in the carpet (not true) and that they did not want the cats on the bed. We made other arrangements for the cats, and the room was fine after that. When we complained about the noise, they told us it would only be between 9:30am and 5pm. Even though we were renting the room for the entire day. We left early. I was so angry at their terrible customer service and so bothered by the noise that I could not stay a day longer.

Comfortable modern hotel. Uninspiring view. Bed was comfortable, shower worked, towels were small, there were no complimentary toiletries. Reception staff friendly. Breakfast was excellent, with choice of cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, breads, jams, as well as cold meats, cheeses and eggs. Coffee and tea were from a machine. Internet was free and worked reasonably well in the rooms. Since most people are in Ludwigshafen for business not tourism, the hotel is perfect for that purpose.

Me and my friends enjoyed staying at Hotel Europa. The location just in the center of Ludwigshafen (near the river Rhein) is very comfortable. The room has been in good condition and the service at the reception was on a reasonable level (friendly and quick). So everything was fine.

Auf dem Boden und auf einigen Möbelstücken lag sehr viel Krümel von Essen herum.
Aus diesen Gründen habe ich mir ein anderes Zimmer geben lassen.

Das Parkhaus um die Ecke hat extra Parkplätze für das Hotel durch Nummernzeichenerkennung Ein-/Ausfahrten innerhalb 24 Stunden möglich (und praktisch). Der Aufpreis lohnt sich. Dadurch ist das Hotel attraktiv für Reisende mit Auto. Die Zimmer sind überraschend groß und modern eingerichtet. Große Dusche, einzig der Platz für das WC war Recht knapp. Definitiv eine Empfehlung wert.

- Kein Safe obwohl es bei der Buchung angegeben war. Aufgrund Firmen Laptop/ Versicherung aber notwendig für uns. Aussage Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption \"Einen Safe haben nur die Appartements und die wären gesperrt/ nicht bewohnbar aufgrund von Stromproblemen\". An der Rezeption auch kein Safe vorhanden, nur ein abschließbarer Unterschrank im Empfangsraum. Die Rezeption ist hin und wieder auch unbesetzt, so das jeder herein kommen, theoretisch an diesen Schrank kommt und ihn mit Leichtigkeit öffnen/ aufbrechen könnte.

Kein Pool vorhanden (trotz Angabe auf Homepage Stand: 25.01.2024), Sauna ist stark ausgelastet - am besten einen Slot mehrere Stunden im voraus buchen. Fitnessstudio ist groß und geräumig. Absolute Farce! Es brauchte mehr als drei Stunden (22:30 bis 2 Uhr in der Nacht), bis wir endlich ein erträgliches Zimmer erhielten. Zimmer 1: Einzelzimmer, nicht gemachtes Bett. Zimmer 2: Doppelbett, aber rund 30°C Innentemperatur. Zimmer 3: erneut Einzelzimmer. Zimmer 4: Doppelbett, aber Bad voll widerlichster Flecken. Zimmer 5: Doppelbett und immer noch rund 25 Grad, aber gegen 2 Uhr in der Nacht will man einfach nur noch schlafen. Um Erstattung des ÜN-Preises gebeten. Nachtportier: Das klärt morgen die Rezeption. Rezeption: Das klärt nächste Woche das Management. Management: Nö. Tut uns leid, aber falls Sie nochmal kommen, können wir Ihnen 50% Rabatt auf die ÜN anbieten. Wir verzuchtten. Eine Farce sondergleichen - Finger weg von dieser Unterkunft!
