Overall, the hotel was fantastic. The room was small, but it was nicely laid out. Perfect for one person or a couple. I like the fact that there’s a downstairs meeting area/bar. Makes it very convenient.

Moxy in Ludwigshafen is very modern and comfy place to stay. Room is at reasonable size for 2 people. Walking distance to the shopping centre, city centre (tram and bus services) and train station. Staff is always there to help. Breakfast is good and healthy balance food is served. There are many restaurants around the hotel.

By the time you reach the top you have completely lost your sense of direction, and you have no idea what direction to go in so that you're not too far from the hotel.
Food offerings in the bar in the evenings are very limited - if you want a decent meal - you need to head out.

Location wise, it was perfect, being next to the Rhein Galerie. If you're driving, you may want to park at Rhein Galerie (there are limited spaces available at the hotel, and whilst there's another parking garage just next to Moxy, the driving space there is super tight - I drove a BMW 1 and there was hardly any space to manuveur)
The room was minimal but still decorated in style. The pillows were too soft for me though. We enjoyed the smart TV. The rooms need to be soundproofed better as I got woken up by people talking along the corridor at 5am!

I really liked this hotel. Such a cheerful and positive vibe about it and the staff are great. Rooms are of average size, but so well planned that they feel bigger as do the bathrooms. Special touches such as sensor night lights and USB outlets just make things easier. The wifi signal is strong and breakfast excellent. It’s a 25 minute walk from the station, but worth it. There is a shopping mall right next door

There was some technical issues during the check in process, however, the staff (Moaz) handled it professionally and ensure the issue was settled swiftly. Charged twice for same booking
Hotel was good. But unfortunately we have been charged twice. We made our reservation and payment through Hotels.com, and noticed that Moxy charged us for the same booking. We have now paid twice for the same night. Not sure how we can get our money back. The phone number of the hotel provided by hotels.com no longer exists. Found another phone number on internet, contacted them, and they promised us to come back to us same day via email but so far no reaction...
So please be careful when making reservations through 3rd party, always check your credit card transactions so they do not charge you twice.

The hotel is convenient and clean, the staff was friendly and energetic. A very cool place to hang out especially for friends and couples not necessarily families. We only stayed for one night and it was spacious and comfy. Just make sure you check the room before you leave for all your belongings because you won't get anything back you might have left behind by accident!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön. Von oben herab sind sie ein wenig hellhörig, aber das hat mich nicht gestört. Die Lage an der Rheingalerie und direkt am Rhein ist perfekt. Ich werde mit Sicherheit wiederkommen, auch wenn das Reinigungspersonal leider seine Arbeit nicht zufriedenstellend ausführte. Da das eine Fremdfirma ist, sollte sich einmal über einen Wechsel Gedanken gemacht werden.

Ganz im Gegensatz zu anderen Erfahrungen hat hier alles von der ersten Sekunde gepasst. Supernettes kompetentes Personal, Problem souverän gelöst, sauberes Zimmer , zwar klein aber dafür top ausgestattet. Frühstück in stylischer Umgebung , vielfältig und gut, all das mit Blick auf den Rhein. Das ganze Hotel, obwohl nicht mehr ganz neu wirkt gepflegt, man fühlt sich wohl.
