A place in the center of Mannheim, with easy access to historic buildings, the Rhine, shopping, restaurants. The hotel is nice, you feel like family, you have everything you need for a stay in Mannheim.

In the room are missing by arrival all towels - when asking at the reception they found only one piece.
The hotel is in an older building, although the management tries to keep it in good condition, sometimes you can tell - for example,
there was a 2cm gap under the door = you could hear everything from the corridor
Complicated debates about parking. Parking cannot be reserved in advance - OK.
Upon arrival, the lady at the reception informs that they only have 15 parking places and there have no more free.
She recommends the city parking garage on the street \"C3\", he says 200m away and points in the wrong direction.
The city center is full of one-way streets and reconstructions, there is no map at the reception.
I couldn't find the C3 garage at all, the C3 street is more then 500m walking from the hotel.
Next day, arrival at 5 p.m., free space is in the hotel garage. It is not possible to guarantee the place if I go out on the same day,
someone else can stop there. The receptionist can't answer the question of how parking will be charged if I'm only there for maybe 2 hours = I'll pay €19 for the whole night.
The receptionist recomend city garage at street D3 - it should be 200m, no maps, no info how arrive.

I parked the entire stay in the Tiefgarage G1 Marktplatz (very cheap over night), which is next to the hotel - the receptionist has no information about it, she does not know for my question.

Our room was filthy. Stains on most walls, the table, the toilet. Alao food stains on the pillow but we didnt eat in the room, and sesame seeds in the bed along with various unrecognisable stains on the doona. Staff not that surprisrd by our feedback, and no resolution offerred . Dont waste your hard earned money on this place! Theres plenty of better options likely in better locations too!

Unfortunately the underground parking from the hotel was already full but nearby parking was easy to find and only a short walk. The location of the hotel is very convenient. First I thought the rooms were too dark and weird with the animal photos starring at you on the wall, but I slept well anyway ;). All in all it was a fun quick stay. Perfect for business if you want a change friom the traditional business hotels.

Toller Mitarbeiter nachts an der Rezeption. Schöne bequeme Betten. Sauberes Zimmer. Einfach sehr gut. Das Frühstück war dann für uns im Verhältnis zu teuer, weshalb wir uns dagegen entschieden haben und nichts darüber sagen können. Für eine Übernachtung top!

Leider war das Duschgel leer und im Badezimmer lagen noch Handtücher von Gästen herum. Die Kaffeemaschine am Zimmer produziert sehr guten Kaffee. Die Lage des Hotels ist ruhig aber dennoch zentral. Die Hotelzimmer sind modern, die Gänge wirken wie aus den 90ern.

Ein sehr schönes stylisches Stadthotel. Bei meiner Ankunft bekam ich sofort einen heißen Tee serviert, da ich mit dem Motorrad angereist und mir kalt war. Der Service ist äußerst freundlich und aufmerksam. Zum Frühstück kann ich leider nichts sagen, da ich es nicht in Anspruch genommen habe.

Es war alles ok. Aber das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und alles sieht schon ein bisschen schmuddelig aus. Bei unserer Übernachtung war es im Zimmer unglaublich warm. Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht und als ich dies an der Rezeption sagte meinte man nur: die Klimaanlage ist nicht kaputt, wir haben sie noch gar nicht angeschaltet. Dafür hatte ich absolut kein Verständnis. Es war wirklich kaum auszuhalten und vor unserem Fenster war die riesen Lüftungsanlage, die dazu noch die ganze Nacht gebrummt hat. Das Frühstück war ganz gut. Ich würde das Hotel nicht nochmals buchen.

Am Abend an der Hotelbar wurde man von der Reinigungskraft fast mit den Mopp weggewischt.

Ein tolles Hotel mit modernen Zimmern. Die gesamte Aufmachung ist modern und ganz anders als die üblichen Hotels.
Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bad hatte eine super Größe.
Unser Zimmer war zum Innenhof, somit können wir nichts über die Lautstärke der Umgebung (zwei Kirchen) sagen.
Die einzigen kleinen negativ Punkte sind, dass beim duschen der Boden nass wird da die Scheibe zu kurz ist.
Desweiteren wäre es schön gewesen wenn das Zimmer schon am Ankunftstag klimatisiert (wenigstens auf 25 Grad) gewesen wäre, immerhin hatten wir 38 Grad im Schatten.
Bei unserem Besuch 07/22 wurde gerade der Straßenbahnhalt vor dem HBF umgebaut, deshalb fuhren alle Bahnen und Busse von anderen Stellen ab.
Dennoch ist das Hotel mit der Straßenbahn sehr gut zu erreichen. Entweder zum Rathaus fahren, von dort aus sind es ca. 300m, oder zum Marktplatz der ist 250m entfernt.
Die Fußgängerzone mit Shoppingmöglichkeiten (C&A, Hollister, H&M, …) ist ca. 500m entfernt, einfach zwei Quadrate weiter. Einkaufsläden für den täglichen Bedarf gibt es um die Ecke.
Für einen Kurztrip (3-5 Tage) perfekt geeignet.

Bei unserem Besuch 07/22 wurde gerade der Straßenbahnhalt vor dem HBF umgebaut, deshalb fuhren alle Bahnen und Busse von anderen Stellen ab.
Dennoch ist das Hotel mit der Straßenbahn sehr gut zu erreichen. Entweder zum Rathaus fahren, von dort aus sind es ca. 300m, oder zum Marktplatz der ist 250m entfernt.
Die Fußgängerzone mit Shoppingmöglichkeiten (C&A, Hollister, H&M, …) ist ca. 500m entfernt, einfach zwei Quadrate weiter. Einkaufsläden für den täglichen Bedarf gibt es um die Ecke.
Für einen Kurztrip (3-5 Tage) perfekt geeignet.
