We enjoyed the time at Atolon. Not all the hotels in the area have swimming pool by the sea water so that was a plus. The neighbourhood was also wonderful with a good summar vibe, restaurants, bars, etc. we enjoyed every moment of it.

I was on a road trip with my non ambulatory son for 2 months from June 28 to August 28.
We had some really great stay,a truly horrible one,
But everyone of you guys is amazing,the hotel and the entire staff give us the best feeling of my summer vacation.
Kind,professional,polite,smiling,attentive to details with a feel a family like.
Great location,great pool ,great room,entertainment,food was so good you would be a fool to go anywhere else.

Always a sunbed available round the pool.

Only negative was no air con in the courtesy shower room - which made getting ready for the journey home slightly uncomfortable.

We were half board - food was good, although some nights were better than others, but on the whole it was good and was good value.
Breakfast was good but could get busy aroubd 9ish - but food was good and was quieter if you went earlier.

Beach access here was rocky (take water shoes) but sandy beaches less than 10 minute walk each way.

Sunrise here was lovely to watch - worth getting up and watching from the beachfront.

Quite a small basic hotel, but one of the nicer and cleaner ones in the area. Pool views and access to the sea is what makes the property. Worth wearing water shoes when getting down to the sea as it’s quite rocky.

The rooms were nice, enough room for 2 people comfortably. Not sure it’s worth the sea view unless you like late nights as you are close to the beach club. We stayed across the road and it was nice and quiet.

Breakfast is poor, very minimal options, defrosted frozen fruits/tinned fruit etc. Beach club food was good.

My boyfriend and I came here for a long awaited get away after a year of no traveling due to the pandemic. When we arrived, we were told none of the rooms in the main building were available as people had booked those a year in advance and were given a room at the very back of the second building on the ground floor with a terrace filled with rocks and the view of a side building. We had booked a room with a balcony, and went back to the reception desk. We were then offered a room in the main building(somehow it was magically available within a span of minutes)and told that it was our only other option. The room was much better in size, and had an actual balcony facing the walking street. The problems which we found out later were the extremely loud noises-machinery like- heard at random hours of the day and night, and a barely functioning toilet-not four star hotel traits at all.Other problems included no “do not disturb” signs, so cleaning staff is constantly knocking in the morning, and a rude life guard that adjusts guests umbrellas with no explanation and then when asked, answers very rudely like you have no right to the answer. Overall not a place to recommend at all. The only positives were the view from the pool, some of the evening entertainment, and the breakfast staff.

While I was under the impression we were staying in the main hotel only to be advised we were across the road, disappointed to say the same as there was no mention of this when I had booked. After paying on arrival I learned the money had been taken from my account twice the next day. When I confronted them the following day I was told to sort it with my bank, which happened to be a bank holiday in the UK, it was not their problem Anyway overall the main hotel is fabulous and location is excellent. Some of the staff could brush up on their customer service.

The hotel was in a great position between Cala bona and Cala Millor, close to shops and restaurants and a short walk to the beach. Rooms were very clean and the staff always friendly. Meals were good and varied. This was our first time at the Atalon but would definitely stay again and would highly recommend to friends and family.

Great location for a really nice hotel. Good style and clean common areas and rooms. Pity we were in separate building right in front with low wifi (almost no line). Breakfast various and tasty. Age average quite high :) not being a problem as a couple looking for a relaxing holiday. Thanks for good service, totally recommend!

Nice hotel within walking distance of Cala Millor, Cala Bona etc. Parking is located on a nearby local free parking area which is less than 5 minutes from the actual hotel.

Staff were fine and helpful. Breakfast was an average buffet that did it's job but didn't amaze.

There isn't much sound proofing so expect to hear the local karaoke singers and bar goers.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Would use again.

Modern Hotel in Lovely Location

Have returned to the Atolon 3 times now. It's a nice hotel with a lovely pool, loads of sun beds overlooking the sea and bays. The communal areas are clean modern and bright. The rooms are basic but comfortable and clean with hairdryer and kettle and daily room service and clean towels, but very little clothes storage or hangers. You can hire beach towels, room safe etc. They have entertainment most nights, outside, weather permitting.
You can come and go as you please. There are no reps and no organised games etc which suits us as we like to do our own thing.
The reception staff are very knowledgable and helpful.
The restaurant is a self serve offering a multitude of dishes. The food is ok but nothing really outstanding. Generally the staff are pleasant but a couple are unapproachable and the Head Waiter can be a bit dismissive.
The hotel is situated between Cala bona and Cala Millor with lots of bars shops and restaurants and beaches. The bus service is good making it easy to visit other resorts and markets.
All in all a nice place to stay.

Lovely, modern hotel right on the sea

We were very lucky to have rooms right on the sea front in this lovely, modern two storey hotel. The staff were really helpful and lovely, the breakfast was very good (with the addition of a few croissants or similar it would have been perfect), the location is amazing, right on the seafront and there was even nightly entertainment. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic hotel in prime location

We stayed here for 5 nights and loved everything about it. The location was the best in Cala Bona with the pool overlooking the sea with far reaching views. It is an adult hotel and was so peaceful and relaxing with no poolside music blaring out. The Full English breakfast was just like we used to have before bacon lost it’s taste in the UK. The evening entertainment was superb with Take That, ABBA, and the Jersey Boys tribute acts to name a few. Cala Bona is a lovely resort with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants all very reasonably priced. We don’t normally go back to the same hotel twice but want to return here. Highly recommended!

For the most part great hotel!!! Free breakfast was great! However the Wi-Fi did not work well at all and the walls and ceiling are so thin you can hear everything. And it was quite loud and gave me a lot of issues when it came time to sleep. Also the front desk was not easitu reached and the maids did not give enough towels! Great pool, bar and ocean view! All that was missing was a workout room!!!!

My wife and I have just returned from a 3 night stay over the Bank Holiday weekend.

From the moment we arrived to the minute we left, we were delighted with our stay at the Hotel Atolon.

This beautifully decorated, boutique style hotel was perfect for our requirements; spacious and clean rooms, gorgeous pool area with views out to the sea and ample sun loungers, excellent food and drink options and fantastic, friendly and super helpful staff all around the hotel.

I would be more than happy to stay here again and look forward to the next time.

Staff helpful and efficient especially when I reported dirty towel in room when I arrived. Felt like I’d been put in the Curtesy room as did not get water in fridge, soap, body lotion and shower gel like my friends got in their rooms on arrival. Smalll problem but did not put me off booking the hotel again. Apart from minor things hotel and room good. Food and location very good.

We booked this hotel as a last minute get away. On arrival we were delighted to find a pristine hotel in almost the perfect location. The staff were very friendly and very helpful, rooms were clean and well decorated and food was excellent. Local beaches were a little bit of a disappointment, however the main beach (0.5 miles away looked lovely). Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel divided in two by a broad beach walkway/boulevard and cycle path which continues up Cala Bona and down to Cala Millor. We stayed in the secton across from the main hotel.

Our room faced the back of the hotel, which initally we were unhappy about, but actually it provided a nice shade from sun and our balcony was less overlooked than those on the sea view sides, it was also quieter away from the hussle of the beach boulevardand the bands that the hotel put on for entertainment.

The room itself was very clean and minimally but very nicely decorated. The only addition that I think could be useful are USB sockets for device charging.

We had breakfast in the restaurant each morning, which was a great spread of fruits, cereals, pastries and hot food with a chef in hand at an egg bar. The staff in the restaurant were very welcoming and very nice.

The hotel is right on the sea front, with the pool on the sea facing side. There's lots of space around the pool and a bar which sells snacks and lunch. You can get into the sea using some steps to the left of the pool, there is a gap in the reef that you can easily use. There is a kids pool too amd a lifeguard on duty all day.

The reception offer a safe key rental to the safe in your room and you can use the hotels beach towels for a refundable deposit. The receptionist also helped us find some quieter beaches and areas, which were just what we had been looking for.

Modern hotel recently refurbished with pool, bar and dining room right on sea front and most of the accommodation on the opposite side of narrow pedestrianised promenade. Everything clean and comfortable. Very good live entertainment outside every evening, overlooking the sea. All the staff very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel.

Hotel was refurbished and to a high standard. Room was clean and exactly what you needed but no frills. Food was alright but quite basic. Drinks prices from the restaurant were quite high but bar had good offers. Don’t trust Expedia when they say free parking - it was a good 5 minute walk away.

A wonderful welcome from all the staff in all areas. The hotel and my room were very fresh and appeared newly decorated. Plenty of seating round the pool, in the garden area or by the cafe. Very handy for roaming the surrounding area. Not really a sea view from my room but it was quiet and my balcony got the sun in the afternoon and early evening. An easy chair in the bedroom would have been nice.

This hotel has it all, except drawers in the rooms! Great location, friendly helpful staff,cool clean decor, fabulous pool area and entertainment.
The rooms are exceptionally clean, with kettle, cups, hair dryer. No frills bathroom with walk in shower.
The only drawback is the lack of clothes storage, there is a clothes rail with about 15 hangers and a couple of shelves, one high up and the other low down, so not a lot of room at all. However it wouldn't stop us going again.
Overall a lovely hotel.

Glorious views over the sea

Fab hotel, small and friendly. Hotel is made up of 2 buildings, reception and Dining room plus pool etc are overlooking the beautiful sea, the other building is where the bedrooms are. The food was wonderful, good selection and nicely presented. The dining room is quite small but has a tranquil beach vibe all done very contemporary. After Dinner there was a really good live entertainment outside overlooking the sea, we saw the Take that tribute, soul guys, and a trio group that were by far the best Calabona is a lovely resort , we hired bikes as there is a bike track donuts really safe. All in all fab trip, will go back and would recommend ❤️

had a fantastic holiday here. The hotel is in a very central location with good facilities and very good maid service. Breakfast offered good choice of food to start the day.

Evening entertainment every night at the pool bar was good to very good. Really enjoyed most of the performers throughout my stay.

Rooms include air con which is great as my balcony trapped the last of the days sunshine.

Overall.....Great value for money holiday booked via expedia at half the cost of some tour companies.

Staff very friendly and couldn't do enough for you.Restaurant very clean with a great variety of food. Hotel room very nice. However there were no drawers to put anything in. Also no doors on the wardrobe, so when you walked into the room you could see the room safe quite clearly. The continental quilts which we needed to use needed washing as there were stains on them.

We had a ten day stay with entertainment at night. Overall a very nice stay at a lovely hotel. I would give it ***** if the above issues were rectified

Really nice recently renovated hotel right next to the seafront. Stylish. Evening entertainment, bar, and a simple restaurant which offers, among others, decent hamburgers. Right next door there is a great pizza place called Cafe Grand with 2 nice French owners. The hotel offers a nice breakfast buffet with pretty much the standard assortment for a hotel of this size in Mallorca, nice but no surprises. Wifi available in the whole hotel. Friendly, helpful experienced staff, who seemed both attentive and relaxed. Owner Pedro is highly involved in daily operations and very social with all hotel guests. Downsides? Well, tourists in the area were mostly, around 85% British, and what the restaurants were offering mostly reflect on that. Lots of pub food, some better than others. Would be nice to see more alternatives. Also, not really a con, but It's a family resort and very kids-friendly, and quiets down at midnight, even downtown. Like I said, lots of live entertainment in the evening, but after 12pm families and retirees usually go to bed, and so it goes, we did not see any night clubs in the area during our stay. Lastly, although the hotel is right next to the sea, there is no beach, and no easy access to the ocean. There are some old concrete steps but it is not a very nice walk if you are barefoot.

Modern, clean and with very friendly staff we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The buffet breakfast and evening meal were of a very good standard with a wide variety of food to suit all tastes.

Lively musical entertainment is provided each evening throughout the summer season, we certainly enjoyed it but don't bank on getting to sleep much before midnight.

If you value sleep stay away!

Would be a nice place if it wasn't for the fact that: a) the hotel itself stages LOUD live music EVERY night; b) two pubs next to the hotel do the same, if only for several nights. It means there's around five (out of 77) rooms not adjacent to LOU live music every night until well past 11pm. You can run, but you cannot hide. Family friendly this place isn't. If you want a holiday where you can fall asleep before midnight - look elsewhere. Staff will do their best to change your room, but they are oblivious of the fact people on holiday do need SOME sleep. On top of all this, the hotel raised drinks prices by almost 50% half way through our stay. There are nice places in Cala Millor to stay. This isn't one of those.

What a lovely small hotel.The views from the main hotel were amazing probably the best in Cala bona. The rooms are small, immaculate,and once you get use to having no drawers and very little storage space are very good as you have a fridge,large tv and a kettle.The food and service in the restaurant and outside bar are first class
The pool and garden area are lovely with probably more sun beds than needed therefore no towels being put on at 7.00 o'clock excellant

My only criticism would be the \"Entertainment\" started late, and went on until gone midnight. The Motown was better than the Take That tribute act - but all in all the acts should have finished earlier!

Tolle Lage, toller Pool. Wird jeden Tag morgens und abends extrem gereinigt. Lage der Zimmer mit Meerblick ein Traum. Negative Merkmale nur, kein richtiger Kleiderschrank, die Musik an der Poolbar war abends viel zu laut und nur HippHopp, House und so neumodernes Zeug. Auch war beim Abendessen die Klimaanlage viel zu kalt gestellt

We had an amazing experience at Atolon, especially liked the great location and pool right by the ocean, well equipped gym, outstanding breakfast and dinner buffet far beyond anything I've seen in this price class and highly friendly and supportive staff.
Hotel and room was always very clean.

We liked it so much that we ar planning to come back in the future.

El alojamiento está muy bien. Cabe destacar la amabilidad de todo el personal desde las compañeras de recepción, camareros en el restaurante, el equipo de cocina, las compañeras de Pisos y los compañeros de mantenimiento, enhorabuena a tod@s! Todo perfecto el trato del personal las instalaciones la habitacion una limpieza de todos los dias unas vistas al mar impresionantes el trato del cocinero los desayunos las cenas una variedad que en pocos hoteles he visto si volviara a Mallorca volveria a repetir y a quien vaya se lo recomendaria .

Abends gab es Shows bis 23 Uhr, die meerseitig natürlich sehr laut waren.
Das Essen war hervorragend,auch sehr regionale Küche, zum Abendessen und Frühstück ( curros, Spanische Wurst..)deshalb ein extra Stern

Fantastiskt läge vid havet

Bodde på hotellet första gången 2022 och var så nöjda. Brukar vanligtvis inte åka tillbaka till samma ställe men vi valde att börja med fem nätter på hotellet vid årets resa. Lika underbart i år. Bra frukost och kvällsbuffé, väl värt den kostnaden. Tillmötesgående personal när jag mailade i innan om vilket rum vi ville ha. Läget på hotellet är oöverträffat. Rekommenderas varmt att bo på hotellet. Enda nackdelen är att hotellet ’tillåter’ att folk blockerar stolar som sedan står oanvända i många timmar innan de används.

Tolle Lage, Essen im Restaurant aber mäßig

das Hotel ist gut gelegen und sauber. Einzig das Frühstück und Abendessen sind nicht ganz so gut. Bei uns waren zu viele Gäste für das Restaurant. Auch war das Restaurant Management sehr schlecht organisiert und der Kaffee kaum zu trinken.

Mi è piaciuta la struttura in se con la piscina sul mare e il fatto che l'hotel abbia poche stanze, il ristorante e il bar esterno. Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che abbiamo pagato delle stanze triple ed erano delle doppie con un letto aggiuntivo, limitando la stanza di parecchio, l'armadio inesistente per 3 persone, molto piccolo e 2 cassetti, la pulizia e manutenzione delle stanze veramente pessime! Non è un 4 stelle!!

Personale gentile e disponibile, ottima colazione.
Nota dolente le camere, dovrebbero essere oiù onesti all’atto della prenotazione, mi spiego:
abbiamo prenotato una standard, ma all’arrivo ci assegnano una camera non nell’hotel in fotografia ma nello stabile adiacente non sul mare ma sulla strada ... dicendo che le camere standard sono in quello stabile e che le camere dell hotel Atolon sul mare avevano un costo maggiore ( loro dicone che ci sono 4 tipologie di camere : vista mare corpo centrale, vista strada corpo centrale, vista mare e strada stabile secondario non sul mare ed appunto camera standard corpo secondario vista strada ).
Quest’ ultima soluzione non permetteva di dormire fino a notte fonda in quanto vi è un pub ( Nelson ) dove urlano tutti da ubriachi.
Hotel non consigliato, non vale il prezzo pagato, stanze molto piccole ( tutte le tipologia ), bagno cieco, insonorizzazione irrisoria.
Pulizia parti comuni secondo stabile indecenti.

Die Servicekräfte waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber.
Das Frühstück war nur mittelmäßig. Ich hätte mir mehr Abwechslung und weniger typisch-britisches Essen gewünscht. Das frisch gemachte Omlett und die Spiegeleier waren dagegen sehr gut.

Hotellet var mycket fint. Maten var överraskande bra. Fina rum och sköna sängar, städning och nya handdukar varje dag. Närområdet var väldigt turistigt. Man får gå en bit om man vill komma till stranden ca 15 min.
