A great stay!

Really enjoyed my stay and this was my first time going away by myself!
Helpful and friendly staff made my experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible! A lady at reception helped organise my shuttle home which was really kind.
Food was fresh and tasty, not as many options as other all inclusive buffets I have had but the food was really nice. Good selection of all inclusive drinks. Some you do have to pay for.
Nice outdoor area with good sun coverage throughout the day.
My main criticism of the stay is the rooms aren’t soundproofed very well and you can hear neighbours TV, closing the heavy curtains and talking. The bed is a little uncomfy and the pillows are hard (but some people might like that)
Other than that the room had everything I could want and it was pleasant.
Would recommended this hotel if you are visiting Cala Millor.

The hotel had a friendly staff and was clean. However the beds a very very firm to the point they’re uncomfortable, very thin walls (we could hear everything around us), also it had AC but it was very slow. I would not stay there again.

Lovely stay at Hotel Bikini, Cala Millor

The staff could not have done more for us, we had some problems during our stay and they made 100% effort to help us and sort them out. The bedrooms were a decent size and we had a large balcony with 2 sun beds as well as table and chairs. There was a fridge in the room which was useful for keeping drinks chilled. The air con wasn’t very effective but we bought two small bedside fans and that made the room much more comfortable. There aren’t any real English television channels apart from news which was disappointing but overall, the staff made up for any small niggles with the room.

Disturbed sleep! Every night pay for sun loungers!

The rooms are not sound insulated so you hear everything, scrapping chairs from room above , toilet flushing , doors closing
I had a disturbed sleep all 6 nights I stayed !!
On a positive the food was good and good location

Also was alarmed that you had to pay to use the sun loungers around the pool , clearly not enough beds for guests and you pay to reserve your bed for the week! So I ended up not using the pool on principle!!

This hotel is worh more than its 3* rating in my opinion! We were all inclusive and the food was varied and plentiful with themed evenings throughout the week. The lift worked efficiently and our room on the 4th floor was spacious, very clean and a good sized bathroom. The linen and towels were fresh and white, so no complaints! The staff were very smart and served us drinks around the pool. As it was the first week in September we didn’t have to pay for the sun loungers. The pool is fairly small and was quite cold but refreshing. The evening entertainment wasn’t so good really with just a flamenco evening that was worth watching. The only negative may be is there were no English at all in the hotel, only us! This could be a draw back if you enjoy chatting to other guests. So, consequently there was nothing geared up for the English at all. No problem for us though! This is a fantastic hotel in a great position 2 minutes from a lovely beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants. I wouldn’t hesitate to return! Thank you all!!

Spent 5 nights here mid June . Hotel is lovely , and staff are courteous and hard working . 'Universal' is a Swiss company , and as a result the clientele was strongly influenced towards Swiss/German/French/Italian , however I found no problem with that . Rooms were very nice . Beds really comfortable. Nice and quiet at night. We were very fortunate to get a 1st floor room which gave us a sea view. It also had the advantage of having a longer balcony , meaning we could make use of the 2 x sunbeds that were there (you can get sunbeds around the pool , but you need to pay a few euros for these , and from what I could see the pool area was quite shaded through the day)
The food in the hotel was excellent - quite varied (theme nights , gala nights) , fresh, and plentiful . Note , they have 2 sittings for dinner (approx 6-7 and 7.30-9) , so you have to decide which one to go for.
The hotel is only approx. 30metres from the beach , which is one of the nicest ones I've been to - golden sands and crystal clear waters . You can also walk quite easily either way along to visit some of the other resorts along the coastline (Costa del Pins , Cala Bona , Sa Coma , S'Illot) . Biking is also very popular here, with designated cycle lanes , and easy bike hire)
All in all , a most enjoyable stay , and highly recommended

Location excellent! Just 50 metres from beach and same from the main shopping area. Very clean and staff were very friendly (don't know how the odd review on this hotel said differently!!). Staff could not do enough for us. We arrived in the early hours of the morning, Ana, the hotel receptionist at that time was so helpful and pleasant and even asked us were we hungry, immediately after check-in! Food and drink was provided there and then. Rooms cleaned everyday, dining room staff (Ramon particularly) very pleasant (even though mainly a German used hotel) but we were not treated any differently. Food was varied but more for mainland Europe, a little repetitive and not really geared for children...but not different from any 3-star hotel we have stayed in..... but a good 3-star! Slight down side was the need to reserve sun loungers around the pool area (13 euro pppw) but handy having a lounger at your beck and call when you need it.....no running down early to put towels out !! This would not put us off...We would go back. Cala Millor is a little gem!

Positive feedback for Bikini Hotel Cala Millor

All the staff were brilliant. The check-in staff were very professional, friendly and welcoming. The cocktail we were given upon arrival as a welcome was a pleasant and unexpected surprise. We were also given a gift of souvenir postcards which was a very nice touch. We didn't have lunch or dinner at the hotel although we are sure this would have been very good because the breakfast was. All the dining room staff at breakfast were great and maintained the food counters and cleared the tables. Their quiet professional efficiency meant you barely noticed their presence whilst they were doing their job in the background. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice catering for many tastes and health requirements. The dining room was light, airy, clean and modern. The location of the hotel is brilliant and literally a minute from the beach. Our room was clean and comfortable. Thanks to all staff for a wonderful stay.

Wir waren die letzte September Woche für 1 Woche in diesem Hotel.
Wir hatten Halbpension.
Beim Frühstück konnte man wenn man wollte, draußen am Pool Essen.
Man konnte sein Frühstück dann mit einem Tablett mit nach draußen nehmen.
Dafür musste man aber an der Rezeption vorbeigehen, uns hat es nicht gestört.
Das Wetter war bis auf an einem Morgen für 2 Stunden sehr gut und wirklich noch warm.
Im Meer schwimmen war überhaupt kein Problem.
Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Meerblick.
Unser Zimmer war schön.
Die Umgebung ist hervorragend.
Sehr viele Restaurant und Bars fussläufig in der Nähe und ums Eck.
Preise alle mehr als angenehm.
Wir können ganz besonders die Moments Bar empfehlen.
Ob Getränke oder Essen, alles war top.
Abends tolle Live Bands.
Wir würden das Hotel ganz klar nochmal buchen.

Hotel in sehr guter Lage zu Strand und Restaurants/Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Einrichtung bequem und sauber und guter Stauraum. Frühstück ausreichend und lecker. Besonders Wasserspender sind hervorheben. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. 3 kleine Kritikpunkte - der Mitarbeiter vom Check in (Nacht Check in) war nicht sehr professionell und wen man Getränke an der Bar bestelle wurde man nie am Tisch gefragt ob man noch weiteres Getränk möchte, sondern musste immer wieder an die Bar gehen, obwohl teilweise gar nichts los war und der Bar Service keine arbeit hatte. Abgeräumt wurden aber die Getränke am Tisch. Auch wollten uns Freunde auf ein Getränk besuchen - man muss ja sowieso alles einzeln bezahlen da kein All Inclusive und der Nacht Rezeptionist hat keine Gäste reingelassen, das fanden wir als sehr störend.
Hotel aber ansonsten uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen!!!

Fint rom, som ser nyoppusset ut. Var litt kloakk lukt på badet innimellom. Hotellet er rett med handlegaten, og veldig kort vei til Strand. Kjøleskap på rom, og vanndispensere i gang. Så slapp å kjøpe litersvis med vann. Personalet som jobbet der var hyggelige. Nattevakten var litt vanskelig og kommunisere med (dårlig engelsk), og når jeg skulle sjekke ut (på natten) tror jeg han lå å sov, for jeg brukte litt tid på å få fatt i han.
Rengjøring var effektiv, og de hadde tatt rommet hver dag mens jeg spiste frokost.
Det er litt lytt fra rommet og ut i gangen. Så når folk kom hjem fra byn eller de storoppgjør tidlig, ble jeg vekket. Dette skjedde gjentatte ganger.

Er totalt sett fornøyd med hotellet.

Das Hotel Bikini ist sehr zu empfehlen. Der Standort ist super, direkt am Meer aber auch direkt an der Strsse mit Shops, Bars, Restaurants und sonstige Unterhaltung. Die Zimmer vom Hotel sind klein aber enthalten alles was man benötigt. Das Früstücksbuffet ist sehr gut mit grosser Auswahl. Beim Abendessen gab es oft das selbe und sehr viel Fisch. Aber die Mahlzeiten waren immer sehr lecker zubereitet. Auch für Familien ist das Hotel sehr sehr gut.
Falls ihr einen Urlaub auf Cala Millor plant, ist das Hotel Bikini eine sehr gute Wahl.

Clean accomodations, check in and check out process was fast and no surprises. The room had air conditioning and it was very confortable. I could see the beach from the balcony of my room. Very very well located, the beach in front of the hotel is AMAZING, also with a lot of shops and markets nearby.
Very nice staff, that don't bother you at all.
Very good breakfast with lots of options. One negative thing is that they only provide shampoo and soap plus towels, but it worked just fine for me. Will definitely come back.

Hotel a due passi dalla spiaggia e dal lungo mare. Zona tranquilla fuori dal traffico stradale. Cucina discreta a buffet, possibilità di mangiare cibi internazionali sia colazione, pranzo e cena.
Molto gradito l'all inclusive.
Camera e bagno non troppo spaziosi, ma accettabile. Struttura forse un po' datata, ma buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Sehr schönes und Strandnahgelegenes Hotel. Super freundliche Mitarbeiter und Direktorin. Essen war lecker und für jeden etwas dabei. Der Pool hätte noch sauberer sein sollen und so modern waren die Zimmer auch nicht eingerichtet aber für 3 Sterne alles ok. Sehr schöner heller Speiseraum und auch die Bar bei der Lobby war ordentlich. Bis zum Strand nicht weit. Komme gerne wieder.

Tolles Hotel!!!

Das Hotel Bikini von Universal, buchen wir praktisch jedes Jahr und wir sind auch immer zufrieden! Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und vorallem überaus nett! :-) Für uns ist es langsam wie ein nach Hause kommen, denn wir sind sicher schon zum 15-ten mal in diesem Hotel!:-) Zuerst mit unseren 3 Kindern, dann als Paar. Auch finde ich bei diesem Hotel super, die Sicht auf das Zentrum oder die Pool Sicht oder einfach nur die Meersicht. Wem ich dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen würde, nur die nicht gerne Lärm haben... Aber das ist normal, da das Hotel Bikini praktisch genau im Zentrum steht. Das Schöne ist, in ca. 2 Min. ist man am Meer mit super schönem Strand!:-)

Experiencia desastrosa. El aire acondicionado estuvo estropeado 3 semanas en pleno Julio, inaceptable!!! El trato con el Director del hotel fue muy desagradable. Horario y servicios totalmente enfocado a extranjeros. Trato de favor a extranjeros. Te hacen sentirte extranjero en tu propio país. Servicio de reserva de hamacas de pago, muy injusto!!! El servicio de todo incluido deja mucho que desear, es muy limitado. Servicios muy deficientes. Buffet de muy mala calidad, muy poco variado y repetitivo. No volvería a alojarme en este hotel y por supuesto, tampoco lo recomendaría. Experiencia para olvidar!!!

Alles war gut,das Hotel war ganz gut und sauber,leider Klima hat nicht funktioniert (dann aber am letzten Tag) . Essen war auch gut,viel auswahl,was für Leute die kein Schweinfleich essen, gut war (Laim, Rind,Hähnchen),eineige Sachen haben sich jeden Tag wiederholt,aber war lecker. Wir hatten All Inclusive,aber leider so \"All\" war nicht,aber war in Ordnung.

Die Wände sind sehr dünn und man hört alles durch, dafür ist das Hotel aber ruhig. Das Abendessen ist nicht besonders aber dafür ist das Frühstück super. Das Personal ist egal welche Abteilung toll und freundlich. Besonders habe ich mein Balkon mit Meerblick sowie die Terrasse zum frühstücken genossen.

Many crew members doesn't speak English, only bad German. Drinks in \"all inclusive\" are very limited and worst quality compared to the paid ones. Buffet is ok, but strange system with sitting. Location is good: there is good sand beach almost next to the hotel.

Duits/Zwitsers georiënteerd

Alles aan het hotel is prima en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Een minpunt vind ik dat er bijna niemand engels spreekt. In het hotel niet en in heel Cala Millor niet. Als je ergens spaans spreekt, krijg je in Duits antwoord en terrassen met Duitse schlagers. Voor mij een reden om niet meer naar deze plaats te gaan.
