We stayed in Winter, so the area was very quiet. The hotel itself is clean, great food and convenient. It is a fairly modern building and the dining areas was a big sterile. When we visited, most guests seemed to be German speaking.

Pleasant 22 night stay but far too many unruly small children for us and parents don't care what they are up to, running around dining room, sliding along reception floor and screaming so despite several visits before want be returning. Food also cold at meal times (when should have been hot). Gone downhill since last visit. Most staff helpful.

Reception staff was helpful. Our room was big and they had into account our room preferences. The worst was the poor bar service: no attention with wrong orders and removing unfinished drink bottles without asking for permission. Latin music was mediocre. And so it was food, few choices, industrial pastries for breakfast, weak coffee, etc.

Perfect family Holiday

After two failed holidays last year this was such a welcome improvement . The food was very good, the entertainment was very good, the rooms were very good but most of all the friendliness of the staff everywhere was the best ive experienced, special mention to Babe entertainments guy who was absolutely brilliant , also bar staff always friendly and helpful and fast service. Hotel very clean and such an upgrade on recent 4 star holidays, would totally recommend this hotel to everyone.

Hotel is very clean, and in a great location. All guests and staff observing the mask rule at all times. Pool was superb, food excellent. Only minor gripe was that the room was a little cramped with the addition of an extra bed for our daughter, but that would not put us off coming again.

Experience overall was very good,
Just two issues, first the AC did not work as expected, room temperature does not go down 25 C, very warm.
Water temperature at the pool was ice cold, if the idea is to keeping the guests outside the pool you manage to do that.

We enjoyed 2 weeks at the Hipotel Cala Millor Park in Aug 2016. This was an exceptionally good 4-star hotel with spacious, clean rooms, friendly staff and an excellent pool area. Buffet breakfast was one of the best we've enjoyed in Mallorca (been to the island nearly 10 times). Surprisingly, pool sunbeds were plentiful and never once had a problem finding one after a bit of searching (if later in the day). People removed towels from sunbeds if they aren't using them which helps. Animation team enthusiastic and lots of activities but no hassling to join in if you don't want to. Great location near to the beach, shops and cafes. Would happily return.
Cala Millor is a lively, family-oriented resort but with plenty of late bars for those who wanted them.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Food is fantastic and staff are friendly. Great area and Close to beach and shops. We hired bikes which we found great for exploring neighbouring resorts. There's a cycle track which runs from Cala Bona to Sa Coma which is great.

Great weekend surprise!

My family were already staying at the hotel for one week for my fathers birthday. I flew out for 4 days to surprise him and the hotel and staff were more than willing to help with the surprise. Even one of member recording my dads reaction to me turning up! They couldn't do enough and the rooms were big, spacious especially as I was staying alone. Very clean hotel and lovely pool / bar area. I stayed on the all inclusive board basis and the food and drink options were more than enough. Great variety and choice and the Gala Night on Saturday was top notch. Great and friendly entertainment and their staff. Couldn't fault anything! Would recommend to anyone. Couples, families etc.

Fun in the sun!

Amazing short getaway with my family. The staff were very welcoming and lovely. Thank you especially to Javi at the bar! Unlimited option was perfect. Every meal was perfect. Wide variety of foods available. Wifi was very strong and I was on the fifth floor (1525). Michael Jackson night was brilliant! It was cold so we used the indoor pool and it was lovely. Gym is minimal (1 cross trainer, 1 treadmill , 2 bikes and couple mats, no weights) but I still got a couple of workouts in. I will definitely return.

We haven been at the hotel for 11 nights with our 3 year old son. The hotel has recently been refurbished and is very modern, and is very close to a beautiful beach. The best bit though was the hotel staff. We were always greeted with a smile, everywhere, from everybody, and there were always little chats going on with our little one. Best staff we have ever experienced in a hotel!

Our third visit in consecutive years to Hipotels Cala Millor Park and we were greeted like old friends upon arrival. Nothing is too much, the friendliness of staff to the children and can do attitude contribute to make this the relaxing break it is. Cleanliness of the hotel, good food and beach being literally across the road, with fantastic sea views from our room - what more could one want. All being well we shall return for our fourth visit next year- which is testament to the relaxing holidays we have continuously enjoyed.

Great hotel for family vacation

There are many strong points of this hotel you can notice in photos and on a map such as modern and new rooms, a family-friendly swimming pool, vicinity to a white sand beach, etc. What you don't notice is friendliness of hotel staff who are smiling and caring you. We are very satisfied with our stay in the hotel. We had a terrible experience with hotels.com customer service (no response for weeks, helpless customer service center, etc.) and we actually regretted for having made the hotel reservation through hotels.com, but this hotel made us feel much better! Thank you.

Great long weekend all inclusive!

My husband and I just returned from a long weekend stay here. We had such a wonderful time. We opted to go all inclusive which was great. The service was top notch- all of the staff were very attentive and eager to help with all requests. After one night at dinner the server knew our drink order. Cannot say enough how wonderful the food was! Even my husband who is a picky eater raved about the food. Great selection and very fresh. Hotel was spotless, big rooms, great balcony, hotel pool was large with plenty of beds. Walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants/bars. Beach nearby has beds and umbrellas for rent as well as other activities (parasailing, jet skis, banana boat ride). Night entertainment at outdoor stage with bar. First night show was more for children, second night was great with flamenco dancers. At the end of our stay we did not want to leave! Would highly recommend this hotel. Great for couples and family friendly as well.

Alles im allem wunderbar! Gute Zimmerausstattung, sehr leckeres und vielfältiges buffet zum Frühstück und Abend. Leider hatten wir zu Beginn ein Zimmer direkt über dem Indoorpool. Es roch noch Chlor und war unheimlich heiß. Hier hat der zimmerwechsel für etwas Diskussion mit der Rezeption gesorgt. Das hätten wir uns Gästefreundlicher gewünscht. Trotzdem würden wir wiederkommen. Wir sind gereist im Dezember mit Kleinkind

Top Lage, sehr gutes Buffet zum Frühstück und Abendessen. Wir hatten eine Juniorsuite, diese ist herrlich groß und geräumig. Auch das Bad ist groß. Ablagefläche und Schränke gibt es auch genügend. Im Dezember ist das kleine Hallenbad leider viel zu klein. Der Fitnessraum ist winzig und eine Zumutung. Ansonsten uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Ich hatte ein Zimmer im 4. Stock - mit großer Terrasse und Meerblick. Das Hotel ist sehr nah am kilometerlangen wunderschönen Strand von Cala Millor. Das Personal ist superfreundlich, alle sprechen entweder englisch oder deutsch. Das Essen bietet genug Abwechslung und auch immer viel Gemüse und Obst. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Das Hotel ist in gutem Zustand, man sieht ihm nicht an, daß es sich nicht um ein funkelnagelneues Gebäude handelt. Kleinigkeiten wie Staubflocken auf den Treppen fallen auf, prägen aber nicht das Bild.

Das Personal ist super. Das beginnt damit, daß die Unhöflichkeit mancher deutscher Gäste (deren Wortschatz bspw. so gering ist, daß weder \"bitte\" noch \"danke\" darin vorkommen und die, obwohl ihre Figur den Eindruck vermittelt, daß sie nie beim Militär gewesen sein können, ihre Wünsche in einem Ton herausbellen, der schlimmer ist als auf jedem Kasernenhof - davon, daß man aus Respekt vor den Gastgebern in einem anderen Land zumindest ein paar Worte in der Landessprache beherrschen sollte, ganz abgesehen => zum Fremdschämen) einfach an ihnen abperlt. Fast alle Mitarbeiter sind super aufmerksam, kennen nach der zweiten Begegnung die Standardwünsche so gut, daß sie z.B. das nächste Getränk einfach unsufgefordert bringen - man muß es nicht einmal bestellen. Chapeau!

An der Anlage könnte man ein klein wenig etwas tun - insbesondere ein größerer Fitnessraum wäre sinnvoll (und würde vermutlich auch mehr Leute anziehen; ich habe paarmal gehört, daß jemand kopfschüttelnd sagte, \"das ist ja so klein, da kann ich gar nichts machen\").

Ach ja, und \"all inclusive\" sollte auch wirklich alles - alles! - einschließen, ohne jegliche Zuzahlungen.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen! Total liebes und freundliches Personal, tolles Essen, das Zimmer war traumhaft. Habe mir eine Massage gegönnt und sie war perfekt! Eine kleine Kritik bzw. Verbesserungsvorschlag gäbe es, wenn wir auf dem Balkon waren ist von außen nach drinnen kein Türgriff an der Tür! Nur von innen nach draußen! Wir mussten immer an die Scheibe fassen, um die Schiebetür zu öffnen!

Es war ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt. Es gab ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die man verbessern könnte, aber alles in allem war es wirklich wunderschön. Das Essen war durchgängig großartig, immer tolle Auswahl und frische Speisen. Auch die Lage ist wunderbar, man findet immer einen parkplatz, also zumindest in der Nebensaison. Das Gym durfte man erst ab 8 uhr nutzen, ab 6 uhr wäre schöner, aber das ist Meckern auf hohem Niveau.
Zusem hatte ich nach 3 Tagen Flohbisse am ganzen Körper. Dies kam nachdem ich nach einem zusätzlichen Kissen gefragt habe. Woher diese Bisse nun genau kamen, ist aber natürlich schwer zu sagen.

Jätte fint turistområde med extremt trevlig personal som var så glada och engagerade i sina jobb och gav suverän service. Väldigt många tyskar, vi var nog ensamma svenskar då vi var där. Maten är av toppkbalité och utbudet ändrades varje dag med goda efterrätter dessutom, man gick sällan hungrig. All inclusive är väldigt smidigt och man kan ta hur många drinkar som helst vid poolen och på kvällarna erbjöd dem oftast någon slags underhållning. Gott om plats vid poolen även i högsäsong och havet är annars alltid nära. Är nog ett av de första hotellen vi funderar på att återvända till då det faktiskt inte fanns några problem alls och var ett toppen ställe.

Insgesamt wirklich sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles sehr sauber, das Essen war gut, die Shows am Abend waren gut bis sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Liegen am Pool sind in ausreichender Menge vorhanden und bis zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Hundert Meter. Alles zusammen also ein wirklich tolles Hotel.

Kritikpunkte wären für mich bei der Bar (explizit sind hier nicht die Mitarbeiter gemeint!) und etwas beim Essen zu suchen. Die Cocktails waren aus meiner Sicht nicht gut, sondern eher nur ein Fruchtsaftmix und durch den Mix an AI- und Nicht-AI-Urlaubern musste jedes Getränk, Eis etc. einzeln zubereitet werden, wodurch teilweise eine längere Warteschlange entstand. Reine AI-Hotel können hier natürlich Softdrinks, Wasser und Co. selber zapfen lassen und sich auf die wenigen individuellen Wünsche an der Bar konzentrieren. Zum Essen: Insgesamt schon gut, aber zum einen waren Fisch und Fleisch teilweise/häufiger schon sehr durchgebraten und zum anderen waren die Poolbarangebote nicht gut. Aber da kann man sich ja in das Restaurant begeben, wenn man besser essen möchte.

Insgesamt kann ich dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Un séjour merveilleux en tout point. Une suite junior de toute beauté avec une terrasse aussi grande que la suite avec une vue sur la Mer et la piscine de l'hôtel. Nous retenons aussi le sourire de tout le personnel qui a toujours été présent et aux petits soins. Très très appréciable. Je recommande cet hôtel pour la gentillesse du personnel, la restauration excellente et variée, propreté des chambres (Merci Anabel). Nous reviendrons mon fils et moi. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und sehr sauber. Das Personal zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Essen ist abwechlungsreich und hervorragend! Der wunderschöne Sandstrand in 3 min. zu Fuss erreichbar.

nettes Personal
Frühstück reichhaltig
Abendessen täglich wechselnd, große Auswahl und alles sehr lecker, für jeden etwas dabei...
gute Lage zum Strand und näheren Umgebung, wie Cafés etc.
Kleiner Wellnessbereich vorhanden (Schwimmbad Sauna)
Parken in der Umgebung kostenfrei möglich
-die letzten Bauarbeiten an der Grünanlage vor dem Hotel (vor der Hauptsaison) haben uns weniger gestört
Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Constructuction just outside the terrasse, that we were not informed of, Really boring meals in the buffet, old og worn rooms, floor was totally lopsided, in the night when going to the bathroom you would feel like drunk and falling. Beds are hard as rock. Coffee not worth the drink - black water at the most, triede both the machines and the coffee pot prowided by staff.

Zimmer (Junior Suite) (gerade das Bad) hat hier und da wohl schon ein paar Jahre auf dem Buckel, aber alles in allem ein schönes Hotel und ruhiger Umgebung. (Nebensaison)

Die Auswahl an Speisen war täglich wechselnd und immer frisch. Zudem waren die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption immer für die Hotelgäste verfügbar und gaben ihr bestmögliches, um diese auch zufrieden zu stellen.
Einziger Kritikpunkt: das Hotel passt nicht in die Umgebung (alles etwas veraltet und teilweise heruntergekommen).

Dennoch rundum ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt.
