Great holiday away in Majorca in this lovely hotel. The room was a nice size with living area, kitchen and separate bedroom. The only downside was that the shower was in need of repair or replacement towards the end of the holiday.
All staff were amazing especially Claudia on reception who helped out massively with our transport from the airport and back.
We didn't try the restaurant or bar as this hotel is in a great position and is surrounded by some lovely bars and restaurants. It is literally over the road from a beautiful beach as well.
I used to go down to the pool around 8am to reserve a sunbed and always managed to get one so that wasn't a problem either.
I thoroughly recommend this hotel and also the resort, you cant go wrong!

I've been to this hotel twice with my daughters,I'm 73 and I just love the hotel Mercedes.the staff are helpful and polite.the restaurant is lovely with outside seating,and a great variety of wonderful food. the views from the rooms of the beach and the sea,are so calming and tranquil.I love the fact that hotel Mercedes is an apart hotel,with kitchen appliances,spacious lounge,and bedroom ,the beds were the most comfortable I've ever slept in.i would recommend this hotel to anyone,and they won't be disappointed.

Fantastic family holiday
Couldn't fault the hotel, other than the night time entertainment was slightly low key and all rapped up by 10pm, but this didn't bother us as we like to explore the resort, but just thought I'd mention it for future guests. Also the hotel clientele is predominantly Germany, which again didn't bother us as Cala Millor is really focused towards the Germans as you'll notice the German wheat beer they have on offer in the bars/resturants is excellent! I especially recommend Paulaner!

We arrived on 7th October for 10 days. Hotel arranged transport to and back to airport. Situation of Hotel is at the beach and supermarket just across the road. Staff were extremely friendly and apartment was excellent . I have already recommended this to friends.

We stayed for 2 weeks during August and we had a great holiday, the only very small down side was our younger daughter did not make any friends to play with at the pool as most of the other guests were from Germany. Lots of sun beds available all day, great location, all the staff and guests were very pleasantand we would recommend this hotel,

Unapproachable staff and luke warm showers
While check in shouldn't be a long process the staff took no time to make us feel welcome after our trip. Nobody acknowledged us during our stay and check out was much the same. The room was ok although beds were like hospital beds and the shower never really got hot. Beware of leaving luggage at the hotel reception. There is no security as anyone is allowed the key with no checks and can enter the room unsupervised!! Not at all geared up for guests from the UK.

Excellent location and good value. Only disappointing things were very hard mattresses on beds, no lunch service beyond 2.30pm at restaurant and in door pool out of use on the only day it was wet and could not use outdoor pool or sea.

Ett bra boende med ett bra läge. Hotellet är helt och rent och har en bra poolarea och väldigt nära till en jättefin strand med turkost vatten. Uppvärmd inomhuspool och en ouppvärmd utomhuspool. Lägenheterna är helt ok utrustade även om det är sparsamt med porslin och glas. Tyvärr väldigt lyhört mellan lägenheterna så ta med öronproppar. Personalen är trevlig men förvånande att ingen förutom receptionen talar engelska. Aktiviteterna för familjer och barn var trevliga och ”Martha” var en riktigt bra lekledare som talade flytande spanska, engelska samt tyska. Hotellet domineras av tyskar. Se till att välja ”Poolside” om ni vill ha sol från lunch till kväll eller hoppas på turen att få sol på balkongen på morgonen på ”gardenside”. Nära till affärer och restauranger. Lite oflexibel personal när man vill t ex byta en poolhandduk så kan man bara göra det vissa dagar men man kan hyra varje dag en ny. Summerat ett bra hotell som har det nödvändigaste för en trevlig vistelse.

Große Zimmer (Apartments) mit einer guten Ausstattung. Die Möbel sind etwas angeschlagen, doch das kann man übersehen. Das Essen war gut und abwechslungsreich. Die Lage ist perfekt für jeden der einfach nur am Strand liegen möchte oder auch für Ausflüge.

Det er et gjennomsnittlig pent hotell med god beliggenhet i forhold til strand. Det er et utpreget familiehotell med primært tyske gjester og all kommunikasjon foregår derfor på tysk. Det er mye hoteller i dette området og kveldsunderholdning fra tre hoteller på en gang gjorde det lite hyggelig å sitte på verandaen om kvelden.

Der Aufzug der uns zum Zimmer gebracht hatte, ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig, da er beim Einsteigen und beim Anhalten sehr nachsetzt. Das verunsichert und gibt ein unsicheres Gefühl. Das Zimmer war ein Studio und die Eingangstür ging schwer auf. Die Sauberkeit war ok, allerdings der Spiegel im Schlafzimmer war nicht geputzt. Eine Steckdose war auch sehr lädiert. Das Abendessen hat im Speisesaal stattgefunden. Wir haben einen Tisch zugewiesen bekommen. Die Gläser die auf dem Tisch standen waren leider bis Mitte der Woche nicht sauber und wir haben sie jeden Abend reklamiert. Einmal hatten wir auch eine Tischdecke mit einem größeren Brandloch. Das war auch nicht schön. Die Shows haben in einen kleinen Bereich neben dem Speisesaal stattgefunden. Das ist aus Platzgründen wohl nicht anders organisierbar. Fanden wir allerdings nicht gut, da alles sehr beengt war.

Wir haben sehr schöne 9 Tage auf Mallorca verbracht. Wir hatten von Anfang an ein Mietauto, da hauptsächlich die Ausflüge wegen Kinder und der schönen Zielorten auf Mallorca im Vordergrund standen. Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Hotelanalge und Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich. Die Lage ist toll, direkt am Strand. Das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Den Kindern haben die Shows und Quiz abends sehr gut gefallen.

En av hotellene i Cala Millor med den beste beliggenheten. Litt enkelt hotell, men alt var veldig bra. Veldig hyggelig personale. Veldig mange tyske gjester så det var lettere å bestille/ snakke med personale på tysk..hvis man kan det. Men ingen problemer! Kan anbefales hvis man ikke er for kresen og stiller for store krav.

Bello perché essendo un viaggio per lavoro non si è costretto agli orari del ristorante, e comunque l'appartamento è confortevole, dotato di una cucina funzionale e il tutto per un soggiorno come quando si è in casa propria. Mancava soltanto un piccola confezione detergente in cucina per lavare i piatti, ma per il resto posso dire che ottimo!
