Nice looking hotel but there were no tea/coffee making facilities in room and no hair dryer. Price of drinks at the bar was exorbitant and evening entertainment not very good. Nice breakfast. Evening meal typical hotel buffet food. Some good, some not so good particularly meat from the grill which was far from appetising.

Enjoyed my stay even though it was out of season and quiet but hotel provided excellent service , great rooms though would have liked tea and coffee facilities in room. the drinks and food served in bar was reasonably priced. The entertainment in the evening was ok just bingo. Not many shops or restaurants open but found places to eat. Would come back in high season x

Great location next to the beach, near to bus stop for Palma. Rooms are small but view was amazing and the food was fine. The furniture in the rooms needs updating. Shower is a bit of a pain getting into.
But all in all a good hotel

This hotel is catering to the German market. Therefore, the hotel was full (apart from 6 of us Brits) of Germans.

They were not friendly at all and most of the evenings entertainment was in German.

The hotel itself can't be faulted. The location is excellent, the food is excellent but we felt like we were not welcome by the other guests unfortunately....

Amazing Buffet

This hotel was very nice, looking out over the ocean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The best part, however, was the buffet. We had half board, and were extremely happy with it. There was a huge variety and high quality of food. The food was definitely the highlight. The drinks were reasonably priced. If you have kids, they would like the hotel- especially the mini-disco in the evening. We don't have kids, but were highly entertained. A fun time.

Was looking forward to staying in this hotel as we stayed at the hotel next door ealier in the summer, hotel was good but had nothing at all for english, we ended up going back next door for entertainment and spent most of are time away from this hotel.

Hotel in great location to lovely beach. Long promenade, no hills and ideal for long walks. Close to town and area pleasing.
Hotel has nice atmosphere , mainly German tourists but food etc was to all tastes. Overall a good hotel in a nice location and a friendly staff. Would return to this hotel.

Great hotel almost perfect

Life is to short to stay in poor hotels. This one is perfect and I am very careful with money and always on a budget. Back to the hotel. Great location very near the beach and local shops. All rooms have a balcony. Very clean great food. Great staff. Only one thing to mention is unfortunately some times we could hear the rooms next door but the hotel can't do much about that as it's the design. I am a light sleeper but managed ok. Plenty of parking all free.

We knew from previous reviews the hotel catered mainly for German guests but this was not a problem. A wide variey of food is available in the restaurant so should cater for all tastes. You keep the same table for all meals during your stay. Only issue was the hotel don't enforce their no towels on sunbed policy so finding sunbeds was a problem! Hotel is located right next to beach in quiet location. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful, food was made available to us even though we didn't check in until half one in the morning. Overall great value!

Also very close to shops, bars and restaurants. Walk a few minutes more and you are right in the busy part either on the beach front or just behind where all the shops and other bars, cafes etc are. The restaurants and bars cater mainly to the German people.

This hotel is oriented on tourists from Germany therefore all evening shows were in German language. Room service was OK. Overall stay was good. Very good location just in front of the beach and our room was with a sea view. The only thing is that not all hotel staff understands English. Even one receptionist once on my question in English was trying to answer me in German.

Hotel offered great choice of entertainment for children and for adults although it didn't advertise at booking. Location is close to shops and kids fun fair, yet far enough from high street noise. Quiet hotel, good food and nice staff speaking English, German and Spanish. All rooms seemed to have sea view.

Lovely hotel, in excellent location

I have recently returned from a wonderful short stay at the Hipotel Flimenco in Cala Millor. All aspects of the hotel were exceptional. The welcome from the reception staff (including the complimentary glass of champagne), the food, the cleanliness of the hotel, the comfort of the room (with a wonderful view of the sea), the friendliness of the staff and the location were all first class. I would definitely stay here again.

I was led to believe this was a 4 star hotel. However the AC did not work in the middle of the night and when I called the front desk, the receptionist was less than helpful. \"I can't do anything about it\" was the exact phrase. It was the worst night in a hotel since I can remember. As a 30yo married couple we also felt like the youngest people there. 50+ crowd. Facilities are old and would recommend to look elsewhere as the beach was very beautiful.

The hotel is lovely, well maintained with extremely professional staff to welcome and take care of you. The hotel is close to the beach which is also well maintained (Each evening it is raked over). The hotel offers bike hire and has a tourist desk. Entertainment every night, which was a huge plus for us. The dining facilities were excellent, as was the food. However, we were not allowed to sit where we wanted to. It was allocated seating and unfortunately we were sat between two German families, neither of whom spoke English and we didn't speak German. So, breakfast was a little uncomfortable at times. But overall, a great 10 day vacation at a great hotel, in a great location.............

Excellent hotel - noisy neighbours

My third stay at the Flamenco. I like it because it's a very comfortable holiday hotel. The staff are fantastic and very friendly and helpful. Fellow guests are mostly German and, in October, mostly older couples. Most are friendly and respectful. Evening entertainment is variable but the staff in this department work hard and are outgoing. The one drawback in staying on the shaded side facing north towards Cala Bona is the newly refitted Protur Playa hotel next door has night entertainment through till 11.30pm. If you don't like noise request a room on the sunny south side.

An excellent week's holiday at the end of the season in Cala Millor. I had not been to this area before, and was very pleased with the location of the hotel in relation to the town, and the beach. The hotel staff are delightful and very friendly. The buffet was pretty good, with a daily variation in provision. An excellent holiday resort.

Good for a relaxing vacation.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel for 3 days. We absolutely loved our stay! The location is right on the beach. However, it is about 64K from Palma. We rented a car and this allowed us to see many different sights around the island including Palma.
If you go in the winter expect most if not all stores and places to eat to be closed. Other than that we had a wonderful girls get away!

Sehr nette und freundliche Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen – von der Rezeption über das Restaurant bis zum Housekeeping. Alle waren aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.
Das Zimmer war sehr ordentlich und sauber, das hat mich wirklich gefreut.

Wir waren seit langem nicht mehr in einem so schönen Hotel, mit einem so tollen ausblick tollen mitarbeitern und toller gegend! Cala millor ist wundervoll, da gibts alles was dein Herz begehrt tagsüber das tolle meer und abends eine tolle promenade zum shoppen und zum laufen am meer
Das war unser Ausblick vom Zimmer und die Terasse wo man frühsrücken kann.
Das meer ist 1 min entfernt vom Hotel
Es ist einfach wundervoll.

Achtung, die Zimmer dieses Hotels sind extrem hellhörig. Es macht nach der Renovierung zwar einen modernen Eindruck, allerdings hört man im Zimmer jedes Türknallen und jedes Wort das auf dem Flur gesprochen wird. Habe ich so noch nie erlebt. Das Essen ist leider auch nicht wirklich ansprechend und oft kalt - Halbpension bzw ein Aufenthalt lohnt sich hier definitiv nicht.

Was ich als Mangel empfinde: die Möbel sind muffig, keine Schallschutztür (extrem hellhörig).

Personal muy amable y eficiente. Camareros y camareras maravillosos y muy amables. Buffet bastante bueno y variado, los postres genial. Cenas hasta las 9 de la noche, bastante ridículo.

Habitación que va necesitando una reforma. Mala insonorización, se escuchan los que vienen de fiesta a las 4 de la mañana y los que desayunan a las 7.

Actuaciones en vivo bastante mejorables. Acceso a la playa muy bueno, a 1 minuto. Si mejorasen esas cosillas sería un hotel realmente impresionante, pero aún así quedamos muy contentos.

Mit Kleinkind hat uns gefalllen, dass wir das Zustellbett mit dem Doppelbett gut zusammenschieben konnten.
Beim Essen gibt es eine gute Auswahl, es gibt auch vegetarisch und ein wenig vegan. Das dürfte gerne noch beschriftet und erweitert werden. Es gibt auch pflanzliche Milch zum Frühstück.
Der Indoorpool war leider zu kalt für ein Kleinkind im April.

Struttura un po' datata. Doppia piccola e con letto aggiuntivo, non adatta per tre adulti. Non credo che questa opzione debba essere venduta per una struttura da 4 stelle. Nota positiva: vicinanza al centri e personale disponible per qualsiasi necessita'.
Attenzione: quest'anno la spiaggia era impraticabile! Bisogna spostarsi altrove.

Bra hotell i lugnt område

Rent och fräscht hotell, om än inte det modernaste. Hjälpsam personal. Väldigt bra frukost. Bästa läget i Cala Millor! Väldigt lugnt runt hotellet och gott om plats på stranden. Perfekt att sola på hotellet och gå ned till havet för att bada.
Många trevliga butiker och matställen i området. Missa inte Café del Sol!!
Minus på hotellet var att det inte gick att äta frukost utomhus och gymmet var tyvärr inget att ha - behöver verkligen uppdateras.
Tillgång till tennisbanor nära hotellet.Kan mycket väl tänka mig att bo här igen.

J'aime l'ambiance , la variété des mets du restaurant.
J'aurai apprécié une terrasse extérieure pour le dîner ou le PDJ.
Les chambres sont grandes et avec un rangement suffisant, mais ….La Baignoire dans la salle de bains c'est dépassé et dangereux pour les personnes du 3eme âge (70 ans et plus) Il faut des Douches dans toutes les chambres.
Les ascenseurs sont vieux et pas suffisant pour 450 personnes.
Hall de la réception moderne et accueillant.
Belle piscine avec des transats gratuits et en nombre suffisant.

Dette hotel lever ikke længere op til vores forventninger. Maden er virkelig lav kvalitet ( fisk og lever hver dag) og fadene er tomme, hvis du ikke spiser kl 19, når restauranten åbner. De kan slet ikke følge med, og vi måtte bede om vores drikkevare til maden mange gange. Personalet knoklede, men der var for få hænder til alle de mennesker. Vi valgte til sidst, at spise ude i byen.
Poolområdet er blevet et børns cirkus. Musikken omkring poolen er så høj, at det er umuligt at tale eller læse en bog, vi tidligere har boet her 3 gange, hvor vi oplevede en helt anden atmosfære og mere et voksen hotel.
Hotellet har 2 bali senge, som koster penge at benytte, Det har vi aldrig har oplevet på et 4-stjernet hotel før.
Den positive ting om hotellet er meget ren, god beliggenhed venligt personale, og så fik jeg en meget fin gave til min fødselsdag. :) Vi har opholdt os på mange hoteller på Mallorca i de sidste 15 år, men Flamenco er ikke længere vores favorit og
Vi vil ikke være tilbage til dette hotel.

Personal, Reçeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Frühstücks buffet top! Hotel ist in die jahre gekommen, renovierungs bedürftig. Zudem war die Minibar im Zimmer leer! Wir mussten selber Getränke einkaufen! Für den Safe muss man pro tag einen hohen betrag bezahlen, damit er aktiviert werden kann. Das haben wir noch in keinem hotel erlebt! Zimmer sind zu ringhörig... Wir verstanden jedes wort vom nachbarzimmer und vom zimmer oberhalb unserem...

Das Hotel Flamenco ist zusammengefasst einfach „solide“. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber trotzdem sauber und gepflegt. Leider lassen sich einige renovierungsbedürftige Dinge nicht ganz übersehen. So hätten zum Beispiel die Aufzüge und die Zimmer schon eine kleine Modernisierung notwendig. Ansonsten war das Personal nett auch wenn sie öfters an ihren eigenen Prozessen scheitern. So wurde mir beim Check-In vergessen nach der Kreditkarte zu fragen. Später wurde mir im Restaurant mitgeteilt, dass ich nicht kreditwürdig bin und somit auch nichts aufs Zimmer anschreiben kann. Das Essen wird in Buffetform gereicht und bietet von Tag zu Tag etwas Abwechslung aber lässt auch Highlights etwas vermissen. Am Abend an der Bar erlebte ich eher unmotiviertes das Personal welches zwar schnell Getränke serviert, sich aber nicht weiter um die Gäste kümmerte.
Alles in allem würde ich sagen dass das Hotel in Ordnung ist aber auch keine besonderen Höhepunkte aufbieten kann.

Zeitweise kein oder langsames Internet.
Aussenpool war nicht bereit.
Innenpool nicht wie angepriesen (das Wasser sei warm).
Sauna oder Spa waren nicht in Betrieb.
Organisation Sitzplätze am Frühstückstisch schlecht.
Preis für Frühstück etwas happig (Frühstück sonst war Gut)
Der Rest war alles Gut.

Tolles Hotel mit direktem Zugang zum Strand. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in kurzen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Service ausgezeichnet, es wurde sich sofort darum gekümmert, wenn Fragen aufkamen. Zimmerreinigung jeden Tag, daher super sauber. Das Essen war hervorragend, sehr abwechslungsreich, da jeden Abend ein anderer Themenabend war.

Excellent overall experience

We had the best time at this hotel, with comfortable rooms and 180 degrees ocean view, great beds, excellent breakfast buffet, and very friendly staff. Our daughter was celebrating her 14th birthday during our stay, and the hotel actually gave her a very nice complementary gift (a beautiful necklace.) We will happily return !!

Super Hotel in Strandnähe

Sehr sauberes und schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Personal.

Das Essen war auch spitze!

Nur die Einrichtungen im Zimmer sind etwas altmodisch!

Aber ich würde es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! 👍👍

Rolig hotell med god beliggenhet og god mat. Her er det stort sett tyske gjester og en del av personalet forstår ikke engelsk. Vi hadde en avslappende og fin uke her.

Schönes Hotel mit tollem Essen direkt am Strand

Bereits zum zweiten Mal innerhalb von 3 Jahren im Flamenco. Am überzeugensten das tolle Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet. Wirklich sensationell die Auswahl und Qualität. Service, Zimmer - alles perfekt. Auch die Lage des Hotels direkt am Strand perfekt. Cala Millor ist ein netter Urlaubsort mit Infrastruktur, ideal für Familien und Leute, die kein exzessives Nachtleben benötigen, sondern mit einigen Bars zufrieden sind.

Keine Liegen mehr am Strand :-(

Das Meer und der Sandstrand sind traumhaft schön und glasklar.
Leider waren dieses Jahr Arbeiten am Strand und keine Sonnenschirme und Liegen mehr.
Deshalb mussten wir auf Luftmatrazen und Sonnenschirm vom Supermarkt zurückgreifen.

Empfehlenswertes Hotel

Wir waren im Juni eine Woche in Cala Millor. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 6.Etage, mit seitlichen Meerblick. Zimmer war nicht allzu groß, aber ausreichend.Das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren einfach klasse. Da bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und äußerst freundlich.Also wirklich empfehlenswert.

hôtel bien situé, calme ,le petit déjeuné et le dîner très bien.La salle de sport est bien équipée mais dommage qu'il n'y a pas de fenêtre. Elle fait un peu lugubre dans le sous sol (surtout pour les femmes).

Zimmer und Balkon sind extrem klein

Hatten gott sei dank nur Kurzaufenthalt. Zimmer und Balkon waren extrem klein. Balkon auf der linken Gebäudeseite hat nie Sonne. Das Hotel ist eher 3 Sterne- als 4 Sterne-Standard, ebenso das Essen.
Mini-Bar ist nicht gefüllt. Die Anlage ist für die Gästemassen nicht ausreichend, egal ob Essenssaal (sehr eng bestuhlt, anstoßen durch Vorbeigehende obgligatorisch) oder Pool innen /außen (beides klein).

Positiv sind Personal und Bedienung.
