Very nice hotel. Good location for proximity to local restaurant cafes for breakfast. Convenient to train station. Small fitness center. Nice to have on-site laundry and convenience store. Breakfast buffett is outstanding but so much food. Enjoyed ending the evening with a drink in the Carousel bar.

This is the best hotel, exceptionally clean, great beds, spacious lobby, huge laundry facilities, friendly staff, great central yet quiet location, coffee across the courtyard if you want a Starbucks, Nespresso in your room. I highly recommend this hotel.

We traveled as a family with kids and the room was spacious with a beautiful view of Tokyo Dome City. Our family’s favorite was all the amazing breakfast food choices from different western eggs & bacon to other Asian cuisine. We ate like royalty every morning! Laundry was confusing as it was located away from rooms, but the staff were all so helpful and friendly.

Great stay! It was clean and in a great location. Our room was small but we got used to it quickly. Only complaint is that the bed is incredibly stiff akin to sleeping on the floor. We were able to connect to Disney plus, Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube which my 11 year old enjoyed when he started to get homesick

We really found this hotel fantastic. Last year we stayed at hotel naiwa which was also lovely but we found hotel metropolitan suited our needs more. House keeping was fantastic, everything was super clean. Highly recommend staying here!

This hotel exceeded our expectation. Welcoming, friendly and professional staff. Awesome buffet breakfast for a very reasonable price, rooms are spacious, always up to par in cleaning it everyday, amenities are great and location was excellent in a very quiet area yet close to shopping, food, gardens etc. public transportation and walking distance was great too. Laundry accessible and workout area in the hotel.
Definitely considering this hotel when we return to Japan. Thank you Hotel Metropolitan Edmont… Arigato gozaimasu!

This was one of the most spacious rooms we found in Tokyo. The Iidabashi area is peaceful yet conveniently located—within walking distance of Kagurazaka Street, plenty of great restaurants, and easy access to the subway. We really appreciated the calm atmosphere, the friendly and welcoming staff, and the generous room size.

The staff was great. Made check in and check out very quick and easy. Although the room was smaller than I expected, it was still very clean and made the stay very enjoyable. It was located very close to a few train stations, which made getting around very easy. Also, was in walkable distance to Tokyo Dome, so if you are looking to go a baseball game, you can just walk there.

The hotel was in a good area easily accessible by taxi to all other areas in Tokyo. Lots of restaurant choices in the hotel and in the vicinity of the hotel.
The staff were amazing, so helpful. Always willing to help you with anything.
The hotel was super clean, great toiletries, complimentary water.
Close to a family mart and 7/11. There are laundry facilities and facilities to heat up food on the 4th floor.

I stayed at the Metropolitan Edmont for 12 nights in March of 2026. Check in was easy and they had the portable wifi I'd ordered ready for me to pick up. I had a superior twin and the room was very spacious compared to other stays I've had in Tokyo. The bathroom was configured per a western setup. Very good water pressure and I never ran out of hot water. The tub was comfortable too. The restaurants were expensive but good and the Family Mart across the street was very useful. The staff had no problems dealing with my requests... a forgotten key card in my room... holding my luggage after check out... arranging a cab to Haneda. Friendly, polite and able to speak English at a much better level than my poor Japanese. The room was clean and housekeeping did a very good job keeping it that way. The air conditioning was good. The room was quiet. The beds were comfortable. Several subway stations were in easy walking distance. 25 minutes to nearly everyplace... Akihabara... Shinjuku... Shibuya... Ginza... Asakusa... and so on. I go to Tokyo about once a year and I will be returning to the Metropolitan Edmont Tokyo.

We are a family of 3. My child flew in separately. When we booked this property, the selected room was advertised as 2 large twin beds and able to sleep for 4. However, when we got there, we were forced to upgrade and paid daily upgrade room fee and another service charge, we were told that the room was for two people only. We had no choice but to accepted the fees. It was outrageous to charge two separate fees when we paid the service fees already on the initial booking. Then the charging daily upgrade fee was being excessive. It should have been a one time fee. Also, the bathroom was so tiny. You could barely moved around there. Also, the air conditioning didn’t work well. The room became stuffy at night.

Location amazing and close to several train stations. Lots of convenience stores within 30 seconds of either hotel entrance. Beautiful staff members. Great laundry facility. However my biggest issue was the extremely hard mattresses (both the wide twin and the twin -roll away bed). After walking all day, it would be ideal to have beds that are more comfortable. They were unbearable. But the hotel was lovely.

This was a conveniently located hotel near 2 train stations that made it easy to get to any of the cities around the imperial palace within half an hour. The breakfast buffet was decent, though not as good as some of our other hotel stays. It’s the main reason I’m not giving a 5-star review. Otherwise the place was a solid hotel and comfortable for a family of 4.

We enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful hotel in a really nice location - close to amazing food places and a quiet, true Japanese neighborhood. The only drawback is the room size. It’s the smallest hotel room we’ve ever seen, and we travel a lot. My husband isn’t the tallest but couldn’t fully fit on their bed, and I couldn’t even fully open my small suitcase.

A top hotel in a convenient location … 2 min walk to A5 elevator access to Iidabashi station and the Tokai line… Staff were super helpful and the room very spacious and new. My one niggle is the lack of a bedside table (I had to put my things on a chair next to the bed). Was it just our (twin) room, or is this a feature?? Nevertheless, would DEFINITELY stay there again!

We had booked a standard room which turned out to be tiny. Staff assisted by providing an upgrade to a much more spacious and comfortable room for a fee.
All staff were extremely friendly and polite. It was disappointing that on two occasions we had been out for the day and found our room had not been cleaned.
The hotel itself is close to a station and Tokyo Dome but a bit far from shopping outlets.
