I loved everything about this hotel: the location, the rooms, the staff. I was right in the middle of everything with access to transportation and a lovely hotel with gorgeous views of the city. Also particularly attractive was proximity to the Spa LaQua onsen, which was only a few minutes away on foot. Highly recommend this hotel and will gladly stay again there in the future!

This is a well-located, well maintained hotel with rooms that are on the larger side for metropolitan tokyo, and in fact would be decent sized in most Western countries. It is a very very large hotel, and does come across a little bit impersonal. Guests in standard rooms, not on deluxe floors, check in and out through kiosks--we never really talked to any hotel staff during our 5-day stay.

The breakfast was kind of lame. They had the expected things, but the quality was disappointing. More like campus dining hall quality then four-star hotel quality. Hard to believe, but we had a much nicer breakfast in a three-star hotel in Sendai right before our stay in Tokyo.

The restaurants in Dome City are also only so so. The bakery was okay but not to the standard you might expect from other bakeries in tokyo, and the dim sum place was substantially worse than PF Chang's.

We did think the hotel was good value for the price we paid, and the convenience store on the second floor was very...convenient. The Korakuen garden is just around the corner, and well worth a visit if you're here. We will most likely look for a hotel with a somewhat more boutique atmosphere on subsequent visits, but this is definitely a reliable choice where you will be pleased with your room, and very convenient for attending events at the Tokyo Dome.

I would suggest not opting for the hotel's breakfast and instead walking over to the nearby Wanna Manna restaurant for Taiwanese breakfast treats.

I’ve stayed before and I have enjoying the hotel. thus I decided staying again . But this time has a problem with the checkin system. When I arrived the entrance, one of the staff had approached me immediately (this is a good) but without asking any details for my reservation and asked me to use a check in machine to checking in the room. I’ve tried twice using the machine but couldn’t check in. When I asked the staff for help it , One of staff said you need to go upstairs. The fact , my reservation was the executive room and I had to go upper floor, to check in the person. It was so intimidated to treat me , to do this or to do that. Although Different properties have different systems and services attitude, they need to ask more details of their needs. The property is very big and has many rooms for different categories. They need to consider their services attitude. Another point which I didn’t like was, I asked them the skip the clean the room , but asked them extra amenities in the bathroom such as a body soap and empty rubbish bin. But there was no extra amenities in the bathroom. Thus I asked them extra body soap by telephone, they bring me one bottle (15ml?) . I could not understand their service.

Great location and extremely spacious rooms for Tokyo. The hotel is very walkable and conveniently located about a 5–10 minute walk from multiple train stations. It’s situated right next to a stadium/dome, so it’s not a quiet area—there are often crowds lining up for concerts or events. But, inside of the room, it’s really quiet.Staff was attentive and quick. They helped unlock our room. We had both forgotten our keys inside of the room.
The rooms were the most spacious we’ve ever stayed in Tokyo, comparable to standard American-size hotel rooms, which was a huge plus. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable—honestly some of the best I’ve ever slept on in a hotel.
We stayed on the premium level floors, which gave us access to the premium dining floor. That experience was excellent and definitely worth it. However, we also tried breakfast at the main buffet floor once, and I would not recommend it if you can avoid it. It felt very chaotic—not due to the staff, who were doing their best, but because of the crowd and a general lack of dining etiquette among guests. It was more of a “free-for-all” atmosphere.
If your room includes access to the premium dining floors, I highly recommend using those instead. If not, and the buffet is your only option, it’s manageable—but just be prepared for a busy and crowded experience.
Overall, fantastic rooms, outstanding comfort, and a very convenient location, especially if you don’t mind a lively, stadium-area environment.

The location is great. The local restaurants are much better in pricing and quality than some tourist spots. There is a supermarket which really beats the convenient stores. The rooms are big with great view. At first, i thought i booked a hotel that was too far away from most attractions but after staying here. It’s not that of a trouble because the subway is so close by! If I came back to tokyo, I would stay here than places in ginza.

The staff was friendly and helpful, first stay in Japan. The location was excelled i travelled for Wrestle Kingdom at the Tokyo Dome and shows at Korakuen Hall. Tokyo Dome City is in walking distance, tons of restaurants and shops. Lots to explore and there are train stations nearby too. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Arigato gozaimasu

I stayed at the hotel for 3 consecutive nights, booking each night separately. At check-in, there was minimal explanation about the hotel or its facilities; the staff only confirmed my 3-night stay.
Upon entering the room, I noticed several hairs on the bathroom floor, suggesting the cleaning was not thorough.
One of my bookings included breakfast, but this was not mentioned at check-in, nor were any breakfast tickets provided. After reviewing my reservation, I confirmed breakfast was included for the middle night. I inquired next day and was told at the front desk that I could simply show my room key. However, the next morning at the breakfast buffet, I was stopped and told my breakfast was for the previous day, and I was asked to wait while staff verified this, treating me like I did something wrong.
Additionally, I heard beeping noises from outside during the night, likely from a nearby parking area or facility. While the location is convenient, due to the lack of communication and hospitality, I rated the hotel 3 stars.

Great room and location, very clean as it is standard in Japan. I hated the automated check in, for some reason it didn't work 3 times during our turn. They had to revert to manual. It's a very cold system in which no exceptions are accepted, you arrive 10 minutes before 1400 hours, you wait. I like smaller business kind of hotels.

This Hotel is the Best !!!! If your not sure of where to stay in Tokyo do not hesitate to book this hotel. The rooms are very big and very clean, has a small refrigerator, safe and beautiful views of the amusement park, dome and Skytree. The location was incredible subway entrance literally a block away, don qijote across the street, McDonald's across the street. Lawson's in the lobby and Sizzles. Animal petting Cafe literally steps from the hotel. This Hotel is 15 minutes from Harajuku, Shinjuku, and the Imperial Place. I would give this hotel 10 stars, staff is super friendly and helpful. Thank you Tokyo Dome Hotel for being an Excellent Host

Excellent service from day 1. I was way early with my arrival and I was given luggage storage service. I utilized my day and explored Tokyo. When I returned, the hotel took over with impeccable check in service. The suite was perfect and had a great view of the Dome and the Eye. The lounge was always welcoming. I essentially cannot find a fault to list here. Even the location is convenient. I'd say a spare 30 minutes to get to Tokyo center for tour meetups during rush hours. Overall a wonderful experience.

Great hotel has a lawsons as well as restaurants and you can do your laundry. My only issue is if you have no problem sleeping on a very hard mattress because the matches are not comfortable at all. But definitely great for family stays because they have events outside and it’s sort of like a miniature outdoor fair.

The hotel is great few steps to subway and train. But check in is like boarding airplane exactly at 2pm . Lot of people sleeping in lobby waiting for that. Also in the main lobby guest toliets have 2 urinals 2 stalls for men and 2 stalls for women to accommodate all the people waiting to check in plus a conference room .

Really good stay at this hotel. Very easy to get to in Tokyo, and very large. Nice main area as well.

We had a three person room which was large enough to accommodate three people easily. The wardrobe could have been larger - perhaps a second one somewhere?

Additionally, the bed closest to the window didn't have any charging/wall plugs which is an oversight.

Bathroom was well stocked and clean, although a definite smell of urine. I liked the addition of the TV speaker being able to be turned on while in the bathroom.

Cleaning staff were superb - massive thanks to them. Especially for finding my missing AirPod!

All in all, a really good hotel and one that I was sad to leave.

Staff were very responsive when I reached out to them via email prior my trip and also when I shipped my luggage from another hotel. They were very accommodating and provided clear instructions and additional information around the airport limousine etc. Staff and service were top notch. The location was convenient to wander around different places in Tokyo and a lot of food options in the hotel and or surrounding. The room was very spacious.

This hotel was one of my best decisions. This place is incredible, and the location is fantastic! You have a million food options. There's a Starbucks and a 7/11 right there. The train station is a few steps away. It was full, so make your decision soon. The floors 24 and over must be fancier. They have their own elevator and other perks. If I knew that, I would explore my choices. Anyhow, 23 and down is amazing.
