Would 100% return back here again. The executive benefits are worth it and everyone is extremely friendly, always been greeted by staff everywhere i went. I didn't bother using the Tv as staring out of the window was good enough for me, The view outside is AMAZING!

We had a wonderful stay at Tokyo Dome Hotel. Our room offered a fantastic view and lounge access, where we enjoyed excellent breakfasts and afternoon refreshments. Since we were visiting for a concert, being able to see and hear some of the excitement around Tokyo Dome from the hotel made the experience even more special. The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping, and the room amenities were plentiful. We would happily stay here again.

Some of the glasses are actually acrylic, not true glass, such as the tumblers in the room. The soaps in the public restrooms are somewhat bulk products. These make me feel like staying cheap hotel. Other than these awkward amenities, everything was good. Oh, I recommend staying open the bar until midnight, not 9:30.

Staff were helpful but the queues at check in are long it took me 30 minutes waiting to get to the check in desk. There was so much luggage just left in the lobby with no one moving it to rooms. People were sleeping on chairs in the lobby. The lobby looks very modern and the cafes however the rooms are far from. When you enter you feel like you’ve been taken back in time to the 70s old phone carpets look outdated and the bathroom was not clean there was mould in the bath which put me off using any of the bath or shower facilities. Only stopped over one night but I’m glad I didn’t stay any longer.

The attraction rides in the Tokyo Dome City ares were not available during our stay but there was still lots of shopping or restaurant/food options close to us. The facility is beautifully maintained and house keeping refilled our room amenities daily unless otherwise instructed. The in-house restaurant food was delicious too - we had teppanyaki, afternoon tea, and even room service at the hotel. There is a Lawson located on the 2nd Floor and 7-11 within a few minutes walk outside of the hotel. For those that love coffee there were Starbucks nearby along with many other options. Its also close to a Don Quijote. We had a wonderful stay at the Tokyo Dome Hotel.

Hotel’s location is very central in Tokyo within walking distance to multiple train and subway stations. All the sites we want to visit are within 30 minutes by public transit. From both airports, there are limousine buses that stop right in front of the hotel. Check-in is all automated and straight forward. Our reservation includes breakfast which is quite convenient before we set out to explore the city every day. Our room on the 32nd has a nice view of the city. Very nice stay!

The room is clean, bigger and more comfortable than the other hotels that we stayed at. The staff are courteous and helpful. It’s nice and convenient that the hotel has a laundry area that is easy to use. Just make sure you don’t use it during the peak time which is from 5:00 pm to 10:00pm. Also, airport limousine bus pick up is just right outside the entrance door.

The room was very clean, and I really liked the clever bathroom layout — the shower and toilet were separated from the vanity area. There were three of us staying in the room, and this setup made getting ready so much easier and far more convenient for everyone.
The staff were friendly and efficient. We requested an iron twice late at night, and both times it was delivered in under five minutes, which really impressed us.

The room itself was a good size, with plenty of space for the three of us to move around comfortably, and the beds were very comfortable. The only areas that could be improved are the pillows — they were quite soft and didn’t provide much support — and the laundry facilities. There were only a few washing machines available, and most guests seemed to choose the two‑hour wash cycle, which made it difficult to get a turn unless you waited physically in the laundry room.

At another hotel we stayed at in Osaka, they had an app that allowed guests to check machine availability and monitor the status of their laundry in real time. A system like that would make the process much more convenient here.

This hotel was spacious, clean with very comfortable beds.
We enjoyed our 3 day stay, with breakfast included in the price, it was easier to eat at the hotel and then the day was ours.
The rooms were tidied and refreshed daily and of course if you're wanting the Tokyo Dome it's right there but we didn't hear anything from inside our room.
Staff were always there to help if you needed it.
We would definitely stay at The Tokyo Dome Hotel again.
Good value for money.

Great hotel located in a great neighborhood that is far from the super busy streets but a couple train stops away from fun neighborhoods like Akihabara. A few train stations connected to different lines just a couple minutes walk away too.

Rooms are bigger than the usual ones you get in Tokyo albeit the non-premium ones are slightly outdated. Will repeat if back in Tokyo.

Loved the hotel! It is clean, and i. Convenient location. Walking distance from a couple of train stations, and convenience stores such as 7-11 and Don Quijote. There is also a Lawson store in the hotel. Being in Tokyo Dome City, it is also near the mall, and several restaurants. Excellent view. Narita Airport Limousine also has a stop at this hotel, albeit very limited time slots. Nevertheless, can’t beat this premium location in my opinion. Would definitely stay again, and recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Tokyo.

Hotel location was convenient as we attended a baseball game at Tokyo Dome. Nearby train station also made it easy to explore the rest of Tokyo. There's a Lawson's within the hotel which made it nice for late night snacks. Breakfast buffet at the hotel was nice with lots of choices. Room was a little small but big compared to others I have seen.

The Tokyo Dome Hotel is huge, and busy, but it never felt like too much. The room was spacious and beautiful and the staff at the hotel is perfection. They were all so incredibly kind and helpful - offering us umbrellas for the day when it rained etc. The breakfast buffet was stellar! They took care of our luggage forwarding to Kyoto so easily, too. Let me give you just one example of their extreme hospitality: the night we arrived, it was too late in the evening to go out to eat so we went up to the rooftop bar to have a drink or two and a handful of small bites. As always, they pull out and push in your chair when you arrive and sit...but at one point I rose to go use the \"facilities' and when I returned, the waiter was right there to pull my chair out...BUT, when I sat down, my shirt brushed my napkin and chopsticks onto the floor (the waiter had walked away). By the time I bent over to pick them up, he was right beside me with a new napkin and pair of chopsticks. This hotel is great. You're not in any part of old town that feels like Japan (which is the only downside), but it is perfection as a hotel.

Nice and clean. Fantastic staff (as is usually the case in Japan). Couldn't ask for a better location -- property itself has a lot to explore, and it's 2 mins from Suidobashi station (love that station too).

Beds are very comfortable and views are great on the upper floors. Really good on-site amenities.

There are only 5 laundry units for 1000+ rooms. It can be a battle but you'll have better luck during off hours (since we were awake anyway due to the time change).

Elevators will bake you alive in the mornings on warm, sunny days (unless there's AC that just wasn't on during our stay).

Again, the service is fantastic everywhere, but in particular the server at the bar on the 6th floor is absolutely adorable and the sweetest thing ever.

Channel 11 tells you when the breakfast buffet is crowded which comes in handy. The 43rd floor is also great for breakfast if you want a more relaxed, sit-down experience (we didn't try the traditional Japanese breakfast place). Having these included was a nice bonus.

We waited 10 mins to be acknowledged in the bar and had to go and speak to th two people who were working there to get served. No seats were provided just standing at the bar. Very mid place. Much better places available. Wouldn’t stay again.

My checkin time was for 2PM but my room wasn’t ready until closer to 230, while not a long time, after a day of travel I would’ve preferred to get into our room with worry, especially as I watched everyone else around me checking in have no issues with their rooms being ready.

The Tokyo Dome hotel is a very large modern hotel with many amenities - it’s kind of like staying at a convention center. It was a trade off between - it doesn’t have the feel of a luxury boutique hotel, but the benefits outweighed that in having fairly large rooms, onsite restaurants, convenience stores, amazing staff and service, easy access to taxis and food and entertainment

The room was very comfortable, offering great views of Tokyo. The breakfast at The Artist’s Corner in the 43rd floor was a brilliant way to start the day. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is surrounded by so many options with a theme park, shopping plaza, so many eating places, and 2 minutes to Suidobashi station. We were very happy with our choice. Highly recommend.

We liked being in the middle of the city. There are sometimes lots of people for events at the Dome but it’s not the tourist crowd. Being a tall building you sometime need to wait for elevator. Convenient to many train/subway lines. And fun to have a great view of the city.

I loved everything about this hotel: the location, the rooms, the staff. I was right in the middle of everything with access to transportation and a lovely hotel with gorgeous views of the city. Also particularly attractive was proximity to the Spa LaQua onsen, which was only a few minutes away on foot. Highly recommend this hotel and will gladly stay again there in the future!

This is a well-located, well maintained hotel with rooms that are on the larger side for metropolitan tokyo, and in fact would be decent sized in most Western countries. It is a very very large hotel, and does come across a little bit impersonal. Guests in standard rooms, not on deluxe floors, check in and out through kiosks--we never really talked to any hotel staff during our 5-day stay.

The breakfast was kind of lame. They had the expected things, but the quality was disappointing. More like campus dining hall quality then four-star hotel quality. Hard to believe, but we had a much nicer breakfast in a three-star hotel in Sendai right before our stay in Tokyo.

The restaurants in Dome City are also only so so. The bakery was okay but not to the standard you might expect from other bakeries in tokyo, and the dim sum place was substantially worse than PF Chang's.

We did think the hotel was good value for the price we paid, and the convenience store on the second floor was very...convenient. The Korakuen garden is just around the corner, and well worth a visit if you're here. We will most likely look for a hotel with a somewhat more boutique atmosphere on subsequent visits, but this is definitely a reliable choice where you will be pleased with your room, and very convenient for attending events at the Tokyo Dome.

I would suggest not opting for the hotel's breakfast and instead walking over to the nearby Wanna Manna restaurant for Taiwanese breakfast treats.

I’ve stayed before and I have enjoying the hotel. thus I decided staying again . But this time has a problem with the checkin system. When I arrived the entrance, one of the staff had approached me immediately (this is a good) but without asking any details for my reservation and asked me to use a check in machine to checking in the room. I’ve tried twice using the machine but couldn’t check in. When I asked the staff for help it , One of staff said you need to go upstairs. The fact , my reservation was the executive room and I had to go upper floor, to check in the person. It was so intimidated to treat me , to do this or to do that. Although Different properties have different systems and services attitude, they need to ask more details of their needs. The property is very big and has many rooms for different categories. They need to consider their services attitude. Another point which I didn’t like was, I asked them the skip the clean the room , but asked them extra amenities in the bathroom such as a body soap and empty rubbish bin. But there was no extra amenities in the bathroom. Thus I asked them extra body soap by telephone, they bring me one bottle (15ml?) . I could not understand their service.
