Pros:
1. Location: One Crescent Place is tucked in a quiet and scenic nook on Loop Rd on the island. 5-minute walk from the beach and even less to the main road for public transportation.
3. Service: Excellent and they help with your belongings. They have a connection for scooter rentals.
4. Hospitality: You are greeted when arriving and leaving the hotel.
5. Food: The free breakfast is filling and homey. The options are pretty good. Classic continental; pancakes and bacon.

Cons:
1. Accessibility: Not suited for people with disabilities. No elevator. Kindly request the driver to pull in front of the hotel for easier loading/unloading.

I really liked this Hotel. Its back about 2 blocks from the main road so you have to walk a little ways off the street to get to it. Its mixed within a Filipino neighborhood so you get a kind of local experience. The rooms are clean and reasonably priced. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The only issue is there is no elevator, but the staff carried my bags up and down the stairs. Its located in Station 1 so it is much quieter than other parts.

Two-night stay at OCP - helpful, kind staff

We enjoyed a two-night stay at One Crescent Place. The staff is lovely and very helpful. The complimentary breakfast is delightful - you can choose your breakfast from a number of selections. Rooms are updated and bright - our suite had lots of light from large windows and sliding doors. Beds are comfortable. There isn't a view, but it's a short walk from the station 1 beach and quite quiet.

The hotel is set well back from the main road so it’s quiet and has a leafy garden. The room was comfortable and everything worked well - TV, aircon, safety box etc. There was a small balcony. Breakfast was adequate. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Hotel in quiet spot in Station1 but relatively near the beach and the hubbub of Boracay, though a shortish stroll to Station 2 either via beach path or road.
Very pleasant staff. Nice room, though they are not especially big.
No lift and hot water is tepid. Breakfast ok. Cleaning lacks attention to detail. Overall good though.

Great hotel that is quiet and away from the busy street noises, but is still a 5 minute walk to the beach. The hotel staff were very friendly and courteous and the presentation of the hotel was very clean and comfortable. They offer free breakfast from 7-10am and in room WiFi (a plus for me because it is difficult to get good WiFi in the Philippines in general). I definitely would recommend this place to everyone!

Excellent little hotel with best staff on Boracay

Hotel is down a lane of paving slabs - proved tricky with cases and many were loose. Staff were excellent - ready with towels when we got back wet, umbrellas to take out, hailed taxis and trikes for us. Room was small but clean and everything worked. Breakfast was freshly cooked - although they wanted payment for real milk in our tea instead of powder creamer!
Warning - don't get them to book your airport transfer (South Western). This was the worst part of our holiday....you can do each stage yourself easily using minivan/bus, then get one of the bigger ferries and a taxi from the port.

Great Stay at OCP!

OCP was a 3 minute walk to the beach and a 10-15 minute slow-walk from the hustle and bustle of Station 2/D'Mall area via the beach. Their service was consistently good and the rooms were clean! The bathroom was equipped with hot water and the water pressure was pretty good.

My favourite part of my stay had to be the breakfast though that was cooked up on the spot for you. A choice of continental, american, chinese and filipino made sure we were provided a healthy breakfast at the start of the day! Wifi was good enough to surf facebook/twitter and load websites but a little slow so you'll have a little difficulty with youtube videos. But hey, why are you watching Youtube Videos when you're in Boracay, right?

Great island, great hotel, even better people!

Spent 3 nights there with my gf and liked it so much we spent an extra night. We would've spent more but we had other places to go in the Philippines.

The hotel and staff were amazing. They were always happy when greeting you and were always willing to help you with whatever you needed. The location is just a 2 minute walk to white beach and many resteraunts/stores. Highly recommend this place and will for sure stay here again. Be sure to give the staff a tip because after the great room price and service, it's the least you can do!

Overall this is a good and honest hotel.

Myself and 2 friends from Australia stayed here for 3 nights. Modern rooms, good amenities, quiet. Internet was decent. It's not right on the beach but this translates into cheaper rates. They made visiting guests sign in at the front desk which I found a little odd. Overall this is a good hotel for the money.

I loved it. Initially I only booked this room because it was a fair price and I had a voucher to double my nights so I booked 3 nights. It turned out to be our favorite place and so good when things went wrong at another hotel we ended up coming back here.

The hotel does not have a pool but is located about a 5 minute walk from the beach. The public trike is 10 pesos and a prive trike is 60 pesos to station 2 Dmall. It is also a manageable walk. I loved the options. In addition the hotel staff is great, they offer 4 different types of breakfast and beach mat and beach towels for complimentary use if you are interested in heading to the beach.

The hotel itself is small but we later diacovered that small is equal to cozy and comfortable. When we stayed at a bigger hotel we were only able to stay 1 out of 3 nights we booked because we were so uncomfortable. This hotel is perfect for the traveler who wants to relax and kind of do his or her own thing when it comes to their Boracay trip. We loved it.

Room is somwhat basic. But you do get value for what you sprend. Room had air and ceiling fan. My biggest complaint is when you leave the room, all air conditioning shuts down so when you return, you have a hot, humid room that takes an hour to make comfortable again.

Though the hotel is small, the rooms were cosy and comfortable. The staff and their service is very good. The hotel is located just 5 min walk from the famous white beach of Boracay. They also offer beach towels, mats, umbrellas free of cost when you are heading out.

The only bad thing is alley which goes to the hotel from the road. It is not paved and remain dark in the night.

staff was courteous and responsive always.
breakfast had variety, cooked to order and they give you the option of having it outside the patio, in the dining area or delivered to your room.
The only problem was when before 8am on my last day when there was some noise in the adjacent room and in the ground floor. There was someone working on the metal railing of the balcony and metal grinding downstairs. No advance warning nor apology given when mentioned to the staff.
Hope this is avoided next time when I do return.

Nice hotel close to NEW WAVE DIVER shop

Since my trip was all about beach and learning dive to get PADI, this hotel was close enough, clean and accommodating enough for me to walk back and forth from NEW WAVE DIVE shop and white beach to my hotel. Three minutes walk probably.
Also, since this is located at the back of the neighborhood, some might say it is not convenient to walk into the hotel, but for me it was good thing since I want rather quiet night when I go back to my hotel room.
I know there are more cheaper ones in close proximity, but I would like to go back to this one if I come visiting again.

It's a decent place to stay considering your budge

It may not be at the beachfront but right after passing by the main road and plaza there youll find this hotel, the staff reminded us 3 times on our time of transfer to the airport which they set up themselves. They also kept asking us if they would want to clean our room everytime we leave the premises. Although ive seen a dead cockroach on the floor one time, their ceiling fan and furnitures are above average. also their bathroom is pretty huge so as the mirror which i personally like. the only problem that i noticed was that you can hear people coming up and down the floor noisily which is quite annoying bec it woke me up a couple of times. We stayed here for 5 nights and all of our requests were granted by ms tina - Exceptional customer n service, i was able to give another room to my cousin since we missed our flight for one day upon booking. And lastly their breakfast was excellent considering the cheap room rate we bought. I would come back in this hotel bec its comfortable and not bad, id rather spend much on the outdoor parties and get this as my crashing place the next laboracay.

Nice hotel in Station 1 Area

This hotel is very nice. It is located in the station 1 area of Boracay Island. The breakfast (which was included in my hotel rate) was made to order and very good. The staff was helpful and friendly with suggestions of activities, assisting with hotel items,etc. I would highly recommend this hotel if guests want a hotel on the outskirts but close enough where you can walk to the beach or other popular island activities.

Nice hotel and great value for money.

This is the perfect hotel if you want to be close to the beach but not in the heart of the noisy Boracay White Beach. The hotel is less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. The staff are extremely kind and helpful. Room was a little small but was equiped with everything we needed and was very clean. Included breakfast was good also.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone as we had a very nice stay here!

We had a wonderful stay. Staff and facility was good although it's not beach front property which would of made a huge difference. Nevertheless it's a short walk to the beach and pretty close to where the action is not at all a bad location but unfortunately you do not have a beach view. However, you do have a decent balcony that over-sees a mountainous view.

Nice and clean room. Informed reception about air condition not being cold enough and staff immediately arranged from someone to fix the air condition (probably to clean the filter). Hotel staff were courteous and helpful. Hotel offered beach towels and mats for guests to use for free.

Only issue with hotel is that we were required to walk through some poorly maintain buildings as well as a small pathway before reaching our hotel (5min walk from beach though).

Great location and nice staff!

We stayed for 3 nights, the location is great, it is close to our dive shop, best shake bar named Joanh, and massage place named Palassa. There are plenty of restaurants within 10 minutes' walk, e.g. the Angor chicken, Obama grill, yellow cab, etc. The hotel is not located on the beach side, it is about 2 minutes' walk from the main road via a small path. The path may get dirty and muddy if it rains. Hotel staff are helpful, and breakfast is great! Only thing the hotel could improve is its drainage system, our bath room nearly got flooded after a longer shower. It was not a big problem as the hotel staff helped to clean the room immediately. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and would recommend to those who travel on budget.

Overall our stay here was nice. The hotel is close to the beach in Station 1, but far enough to enjoy a nice sleep at night.

Me and my partner stayed here for 11 nights. The hotel was immaculate, quite and a short walk from the beach. When we arrived at Boracay and realised how much it was built up with bars and clubs playing really loud music, we were glad we weren't on the beach front. The staff were super helpful and went above and beyond to help you, even taking you to the beach for the first time to show you were it is. The breakfast was also another plus with plenty of choice ranging from different countries. All in all a very welcoming and pleasant stay!

When travelling on a budget, this hotel was a great find. A little off of the beach, but the suite had a very comfortable bed and plenty of space. The hotel staff was very accommodating and helpful and obviously well trained and managed. Oddly enough, as many hotels don't have enough hot water, the suite had issues with getting cold water after the hot days on the beach. That is probably the only improve that I can think of. Great stay, thanks OCP.

The hotel is very relaxing, it is 3 to 5 min walk from the beach. It's peaceful in the sense that you are close to the beach but you can be away from the noisy bars at night.
The hotel is generally clean and spacious. Breakfast are serve in the patio with different choices.
The most amazing in this hotel are the staff. They are very helpful most specially Ruby the front desk staff. She help us how to go to the beach. She ensure that she help us in the activities we can do with the best deals. She just help us in anyway she can with a smile on her face. She even let us check in early as we came earlier than expected.
We will go back and definitely recommend this hotel.

Top notch hotel to stay @ in Boracay!!

This hotel had the best staff. Extremely nice ladies working there who went out of their way to provide accomadations and assistance. This included walking 4 blocks from the hotel to show us where the restaurants, beach and other activities were located. I am normally highly critical about service, but in this rare case 1 would rate them 10 out of 10.

Very clean bathroom and beds along with excellent maid service. The front desk and kitchen ladies from Kalibo were top notch with very pleasant attitudes throughout the stay. This is the only place I would stay if I returned to Boracay.

Excellent hotel if you don't mind not being at the beach front hotel. Anyway, the hotel location is very convenient to the white beach Station 1 (about 1 min walk) and quiet area. Excellent and friendly customer service! The staffs are polite and extremely helpful. They will take the extra effort to assist to book all the activities you requested without further cost. Free breakfast is basic but nice! Wifi signal however is inconsistent. Very nice and clean hotel. Good money/value ratio for a hotel with basic/usual amenities. We even received a postcard after we left the hotel! So thoughtful of them. Definitely will stay here next time.

We stayed in this hotel for 4-nights. The hotel staff were all pleasant and accommodating to all of our requests. They made sure we were duly attended to no matter what time of day. We loved that the hotel is a short walk from station 1 white beach but at the same time away from the loud music of bars nearby at night. Thus, we always had good sleep for the duration of our stay.

I feel that the money we spent on this hotel were worth it! We will definitely choose to stay in One Crescent on our next Boracay trip with the family

Hidden Gem

Despite not being beach front, the proximity of the hotel to the main Boracay strip is only a short distance walk. And offers a quieter alternative to the busy crowded beach. If you simply want peace and quiet, this hotel is for you. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Overall, it was an awesome experience.

A Great Value

The immediate neighborhood was a little sketchy with the neighbors' rooster crowing all day and night. The location though is fairly convenient and was less than a 5 minute stroll to the beaches by Station 1. The hotel's water pressure was at times a hit or miss. On the other hand, the rooms were nice, modern and well appointed. The hotel staff was AMAZING! They were super friendly, professional and very accommodating.

Nice place to stay in Boracay!

hotel is about 2-3 min walk to the famous white beach. it is what I want. very quiet at night. and you can easily access the beach whenever you want. staff is very nice and glad to answer your questions. they provide sea tower for free! breakfast is really more than my expectation. big portion and delicious. oh! there is free water and welcome drink!

I stayed there along with my other friends and we all were very pleased with our experience there. We had an issue with a leaking toilet that was actually never resolved and the location is a bit of walk down a rocky street, but the staff was very friendly, the hotel lobby, stairs and rooms were always very clean too. Also, the Filipino breakfast was amazing. We stayed for 6 days and I will definitely stay there again next time I visit.

Handy location but better value elsewhere

A mediocre hotel in a good location. The room was rather small but very clean. There was no blanket in the room but they brought me one. AC controlled by room key so the room was always hot when returning. Disappointed that the wifi was down 80% of the time and that did cause me some problems when trying to talk to my staff overseas. The absentee owner would not allow me to relocate without financial penalty even though he was not able to provide the advertised wifi. I suppose many of the Philippine resort owners are desperate for cash flow. A friend in our group stayed up the road at a place called the Strand. He enjoyed a swimming pool, large grounds and spacious suite with small kitchen for the same cost. Keep looking.

Quite of experience

Typhoons, heavy rain, no regular electricity and internet, constriction work from 8AM often until midnight. Still they managed to keep electricity running during and after typhoon Yolanda and hotel stuff was so pleasant trying to help with everything they can. Room was clean, towels and sheets has been changed every day, free umbrellas and beach towels. They currently adding another floor to the hotel which I guess it had to be done during low time season and it produce excessive amount of noise - so forget about a nice afternoon sleep. Room was clean but small and it needs some renovation, with often lack of hot water and safe couldn't fit even my 10\" notebook. I guess until renovation is done you can find better place to stay for the same money.

A very good hotel

We had a very good stay in this hotel. The staff are very welcoming and they make you feel at home every minute. A perfect place to stay not far away from the beach. They had a construction on going and made some noise but didn't overshadow the quality of service they offer. We recommend staying in this hotel to all of those who plan to go to Boracay.

very impressive service

My family and I stayed at One Crescent in early Oct 2013. This hotel located in a small alley near S1. Location is good. Room is small, but it has everything you want. During our stay, there was a construction going on on the 4th floor. Although One Crescent has done something (such as inform emails) to avoid the influence caused by the construction, it still brought us some trouble and inconvenience. We were unable to dry the cloth on the balcony since there were too much dust coming from the construction site. Besides, we found several roaches in our room, which may also caused by the construction. If there was no roach, I will definitely give 4 or 5 on \"cleanliness of your room\". But I have to say that hotel staff are excellent. They are super nice and friendly. They helped us to kill the roaches and clean the room entirely. Overall, if you are looking for beach front or big room, One Crescent is not what you are looking for. However, if you have limited budget and look for great service, you should choose One Crescent.
