The beach was lovely, unfortunately, it was very difficult to get a shaded sun lounger at times. Breakfast was OK, lacked protein options and a lot of items were out 40 mins prior to closing. Service at the restaurant was inconsistent but the cleaning staff and doormen were always on top of things. Overall I would recommend the Hennan Prine.

Great ocean view room, housekeeping was very attentive. Fabulous breakfast buffet, gym, and pool areas. The staff are lovely, professional and friendly all over the resort. If having a beach lounger is important (it was for us), they are extremely limited. This resort is on the quieter side of white beach but only a beautiful 1 km walk to many restaurants, bars and shops. I’d give it a five rating if there were more beach chairs.

Rooms are amazing! Staff were friendly and courteous. All the food we at in the Sea Salt was top notch! Stayed in a ground floor pool room! Very spacious and modern and clean. Nothing better than walking out on your balcony and being able to get in the pool. Only complaint is the limited beach chairs. As you need to claim one by 6am or you wouldn't get one. Space on the beach front is an issue for all the resorts so I get it. Though when flying it's impossible to bring your own chairs. Would definitely stay again as the chair situation was really the only downside to the experience.

I think the poolside room was really nice, clean and spacious. A really nice bathroom with plenty of room and super clean. The breakfast was top tier and outstanding. All hotel staff are super polite and attentive.
I can't give a 4 or 5 star because were in 2026, with a room that doesn't have an y apps and very basic cable for the price point. I will come back here because I enjoyed it, but I'll be sure to bring my laptop to watch tv at night as I settle in.

Room was clean & bed was cozy. Although I didn’t need room service for my stay they still left a note every day saying they stopped by & the DND sign was up.
The real 5 stars goes to Maria. She helped me get my passport & wallet back after I left it in the safe & had already been leaving the dock to head to the airport. She made it an easy smooth process & not stressful at all. Thankfully my friend had a friend pick it up for me at the hotel & dropped it off in Manila. Thank you again Maria! Will definitely be saying here again. Staff is amazing & very helpful getting you safely across the street to beach access & the best breakfast buffet you will ever have. 10/10 recommend!

Front staff are friendly, food is served fresh everyday. Rooms are smaller than expected. Overall amenities, feels tight and squeezed in. My daughter was stung by a jellyfish and they did not have a first aid kit or even Vinegar, I had to ask the next door restaurant. Very slow food service if it's not breakfast. Too many unnecessary "Helpers" esp baggages waiting for handouts-- it's okay but it's overwhelming when too many people are entitled of tips (And this seems common in the whole Boracay too). It could have been more peaceful and relaxing.

This was the second time we stayed at a Hennan, the last time seemed better than this time. We paid for an upgraded room this time. The resort is generally run ok but at times the check-in/ checkout processes seem overwhelming, everywhere else in the world you hand over some ID and a credit card and they handle the rest. Not here, they ask for booking confirmation documents, receipts for anything you have prepaid. Luckily for us we had copies of everything, you would think that they would also. Our room wasn't ready, so they offered a complimentary drink. When we tried to use the vouchers, we were offered cucumber juice.. we asked to swap for a bottle of water and 2 managers later they gave us was we asked for. Surely they could spare the 29c for a bottle of water considering we paid over $1000 to stay. Room was good, most staff are friendly and attentive.

My review of Hennan Prime Beach Resort:

This resort is in Station 1, which is the quietest, most opulent end of the long beach strip. Best for couples and families. If you want the party atmosphere of Borocay, it is best to stay in Station 2.

We upgraded to an oceanfront suite, and it was very large and nice. The room comes with a small fridge, which was handy.

The serving staff are pretty much the friendliest and kindest in the world. Everything is immaculate. The breakfast buffet (which is included) has an astonishingly wide array of choices, and the selection changes every day.

If you want to be treated like a king, this is the place to be. For example, on our last day it was raining. The hotel is split into two parts: oceanside and garden side. The checkout is on the garden side. As we were about to cross the narrow road, a large umbrella suddenly materialized from a staff person. Incredibly nice!

From 6-9pm, they have a lounge singer at the bar where basic drinks are 120 pesos = $3cdn. We look forward to returning!

Such a pleasant experience! I’ve been going to Boracay but it was my first time staying with Henann and never regret! Their staff are amazinggggg! Theyre all helpful, respectful, and thoughtful. Marianne from the restaurant is always smiling, sweet to my mom and provided excellent service. Toffee who checked us in was kind and thoughtful enough to gave us a room next to elevator bec I was with mom. Kuya Odon who drove was also very helpful and took care of us. All staff are super nice! Breakfast menu is different each day we always look forward! I love this place and definitely my home in the island!

Overrated Hotel with Poor Service — Not the Real Boracay Experience

I’ve been to Boracay several times, and this is my first time being truly disappointed with a hotel stay. The place is completely overrated — from the food service to the overall atmosphere.

The beach in front of the hotel is overcrowded with sellers constantly approaching guests. You can barely relax without being asked for money every ten minutes, and the hotel does absolutely nothing to manage it. It feels chaotic and far from the genuine Boracay vibe.

The biggest disappointment was the restaurant service. I ordered a dish based on the ingredients described in the menu, but what I received was completely different. When I mentioned it to the staff, instead of taking responsibility and making things right, they insisted on charging for it. The salad was only around $10 — it wasn’t about the money, but about how poorly the situation was handled.

After two nights (which were prepaid), we decided to switch hotels to Aqua, and we’re much happier there. The difference in service, atmosphere, and professionalism is like night and day.

I’m writing this review to share my honest experience and warn future travelers — the hotel looks great online, but the reality is disappointing. Boracay has so many wonderful places to stay, but unfortunately, this is not one of them.

My husband and I loved this hotel. The location was excellent for us; quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. The views from the hotel restaurant were stunning. Transportation to get anywhere was easily accessible, and the staff was always helpful. We had the beachfront access room, and every morning we were out on the balcony just enjoying the sound of the waves. During the sunset hours, it got a bit crowded but not as much as it would if you were staying by station 2. The grotto is about a 5 minute walk to the left of the beach. There weren't many beach vendors which is nice when you are trying to enjoy some peace and quiet. Massages were easy to book, and you can get them poolside or in your room. We will definitely be back again.

They charged me 50 pesos because I ordered a second bucket of ice, that is just dumb. 50 pesos is literally nothing so why even make the guest feel like they are asking for too much from the staff. Left early, my room sat empty for four days, went to a different hotel, will not be staying their again.
