I arrived at the hotel around 7 after using a bus from Tokyo. The place takes about 15 - 20 minutes of walking. There are 2 Family Mart nearby the hotel, so it's very convenient. Just walking a couple of minutes, you can reach the shopping mall. The service is great, very helpful. The staff's English is good enough to give direction. The room is clean, but the bathroom is small.

部屋のトイレのウォッシュレットが壊れて全く使えませんでした。地震直後の宿泊になった為仕方の無い部分はあるにせよ全室の全てにわたり確認するのが顧客の安全管理を含め実施されるべきだと感じました。地震があった為という説明をされましたがそれは少し違うのではないでしょうか。
また、駐車場がないのは了解しておりましたが夕方15時頃チェックインして、次の日9時50分頃チェックアウトしましたが、向かいにあるコインパーキングで6,000円近い駐車料金を払いました。確認しなかったこちらも悪いのですが、提携パーキング等あれば良いのでは？と思うのは自分だけでしょうか。

受験の為家族3人で利用しました。入室したとたん目にしたのは、エアコンの強弱ボタンやベッド頭の物置きスペースの見ただけで解る綿ホコリ、ベッドメーキングの雑さ(ベッドマットの四隅だけ、雑にシーツを挟み、両サイドは床までだらーんとなっている)あげくに浴室のシャワーの温度が、湯栓しか出してないにも関わらず、温くて浴びてられない、、、等など、必要最低限の環境整備がされておらず非常に不快でした。ただ、直ぐに報告したとして、その後の所要時間を想像したら疲れるだけなので報告せず割り切る事にして、帰りに伝えました。コロナ対策の中、通常の清掃も出来て居ないのでは…がっかりしました。但し、立地条件とフロントの対応はまず良かったですが…ちゃんと点検をして、以後改善して下さい。チェックイン後気付くのでは、余りに悲しすぎます。

古いためか水回りが不衛生でした。パッキンにカビが生えていたり、隅にゴミがあったりして、落ち着きませんでした。朝食もおかずのお皿が空になっても補充できるスタッフがいないため、品数が少なく感じました。テーブルを拭く余裕もない感じでした。残念。
