Lovely views over the lake

Really good location to activities around. Good condition and comfortable to stay. Lucky to have views over the lake with added bonus of a balcony. Breakfast was included which was located just across the road, this was no issue at all. Very pleased with our stay.

Spacious, clean and comfortable

The deluxe quadruple room, with lake view, is spacious and clean. The bathroom is fitted with Japanese toilet with bidet functions, adjustable settings for water pressure and a heated seat. There is a bathtub and a separate shower beside it. There is a balcony that offers great view of the lake. The room exceeded my expectations. For breakfast buffet, it’s just a 1-minute walk to the Richforest hotel nearby. The spread of the breakfast buffet was decent and service was good. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

Nice place to stay at Sun Moon Lake. Great view of the lake. Comfortable beds. Very nice staff. Bike rental place just a block away. Riding e bikes around the lake was the highlight of our trip. Saw a large squad of monkeys on the bike path which we spent a long time observing and taking pictures of. Without an e bike it would be a struggle to go as far as we did. Street food in Sun Moon Lake was just so-so. Beautiful lake though. Took the ferry across the lake and then rented bikes to go to the temple which is super impressive. Xuan Zhang Temple. It is 6 flights of stairs from the bike path to the temple grounds. The cable car lift to the native village park is a 12 minute walk from the hotel.

Good hotel in a good location

We were in a room on the top floor that can fit 4 people (but we only have 2). The room has plenty of space and face the lake.

The location is great facing the lake. The beds are comfortable and the room is clean.

I would recommend this hotel for those who want to stay on this side of the lake.

Great accommodation in terms of location. They were also very family friendly. I’d pick this one over the other Lealea site because it has elevators. They gave us a baby cot and it was great. I did see some mold at the bathroom. The accommodation isn’t as great as some other 4-star hotels I have been in .

- I enjoyed staying at this property, breakfast taste good and has many selections.
- It's very close by the lake and if you choose view room(pay a little more), you can have a panoramic view of sun moon lake just in your balcony.
- It's also in walking distance to the port(where you can take a boat tour for the lake). it's also in walking distance(very close by) to those two food and shopping streets,
- last but not least it's also in walking distance to a bus station where you can take the bus for going around the lake tour.
- The only suggestion I have is that my room hardwood floor looks kind of old and are worn out(some pieces are kind of broken, suggest to do a renovation soon)

the hotel is very convenient and have a good view of the lake. however the breakfast is at the other building which is around 100m from this hotel. not very far. food is good. the downside is that it is all stairs and no lift. therefore for those with walking problem will be a bit difficult.

We stayed over a Sunday night into Monday. When we arrived at the hotel, we realised that the Lea Lea resort is actually part of 3 hotels in very close proximity to one another. We were at the 'Sun' hotel of the Lea Lea hotels.

The hotel itself was fairly modern with a humble reception area. When told we were on the 2nd floor, I asked to be moved higher for more of the view (since that's why we were here), but I was told that the hotel was full - it didn't seem it, but I have no reason to not believe the receptionist.

We went to our rooms with our bags, and arrived to find that our view was obstructed by a building inbetween the hotel and the lake - bummer. We could see either side of the building, but it's just not the same.

Looking into the bathroom, there was evidence of mould on the ceiling - not cool. The rest of the room was nice and spacious - however, bear in mind that this was 2 adults sleeping in a room that has 2 double beds. If you are a family, then it would be fine. But, if you're 2 couples sleeping in the same room, then you're going to be very cramped.

Breakfast - You have to walk 2 mins to the biggest of the Lea Lea Hotels just on the corner, to get your breakfast. It's very much catered for Eastern tastes with lots of congee and savoury foods such as cabbage, salted egg, chicken nuggets (what?) etc.

Overall, I wouldn't stay here again. I would opt for a place away from the lake with more to offer than a partial lake view.

Comfortable stay, suitable for family with young children as this village is quiet and yet you can be spoiled with plenty of food choices within walking distance (just a street away). Will be wise to have dinner before 8 pm as most of the eateries and street stalls will be closed by then.
Bedroom and Bathroom are huge. Complimentary bicycles rental and as the area is not heavily congested with traffic, good to cycle to explore the area.
One of the downside to the hotel is there's no self laundry and dryer . Will be good if the hotel can consider providing as it might be second stop for many.
Overall, thumbs up to everything and will definitely return to this hotel in the future

Nice hotel with great view from our room. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful.

Hotel is located nearby shops, convenient stores and street food. About 3 minutes walk to the lakeside.

The swimming pool is a little cold and the pool is located just below the restaurant, which lack privacy with the open view from the restaurant on top.

Children entertainment is a little limited. But overall, it was a pleasant stay for us.

Hotel staff are really friendly and nice. I got upgraded to a family room with lake view. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Rooms with lake views have very nice views of the sun moon lake. Rooms are spacious as well. Hotel is situated near the itashao night market and is near the rope way station that brings you to the aboriginal village and theme park.

Booked one night at LeaLea Garden Hotel - Sun Hotel mainly because of the nice lake view as well as its close proximity to the cable cart and the Ita Thao Pier as described on the website, and this hotel did not disappoint me on these two aspects. And I really appreciated that the hotel staff proactively looked for an additional baby cot for me when on that day the hotel was fully booked and all the baby cot were said to be fully allocated. Thanks very much for the effort, and if there's anything else I'd like to add would be to have a baby chair available for the hotel bicycle if that's at all feasible.

Try to stay out of weekend day to ovoid crowd and pricier hotel rate. Not much too see in the areas but might be a good base/transit for exploring nearby townships. If you own transportation you can have cheaper options not too far from the terminal

が最上階のお部屋だったので、湖と空がよく見えました。
食事は50メートルほど離れたところにある系列のホテルのレストランが会場となっていました。
低層階ですが、湖の目の前にあるためこちらも景色は最高でした。
夕食のコースは事前にお電話で苦手なものがないかの確認を下さったり、細やかに対応していただけて好印象でした。
夕食の価格が安かったのでそれほど充実していないと予想していましたが、十分な内容でおいしかったです。
トイレに少し汚れがありましたが、ほかはとてもきれいだったので政争の方がたまたま見落としてしまったのかなと思います。

這次是孝親度假小旅行,選擇這家旅館湖景雙床四人房包早晚餐,奢侈的兩人一室.旅館房間設備新,環境不錯,面對日月潭景觀無價,坐在陽台休閒椅上賞景喝茶就不想動. 飯店接待人員很熱心幫忙解決我們的疑難雜症. 早午餐雖然需要步行到隔壁儷山林會館的魚藻餐廳用餐,但是可以面對日月潭景與享用美食,非常值回票價.感謝招待!

大約凌晨一點，小孩睡到一半不舒服嘔吐，飯店很快就派人來清理（有提醒會酌收清潔費），而且我們擔心床墊有異味，所以飯店連床墊都幫忙做更換，並在離開房間時還關心小孩的身體狀況，覺得服務人員非常的貼心，也非常感謝你們半夜還運送床墊來幫忙更換，謝謝你們。

整體來說是不錯的。房間為705，在商圈中後ㄧ條街趨於安靜，不吵雜，服務人員待客也非常客氣與親民。唯ㄧ有待加強是住到第二天時，廁所的地板的排水孔排水不良，會滲水上來，造成地板溼氣很重且有攤水，已告知接待人員處理，但後續狀況需請後續住宿房客留意及補充。
