The hotel has a very convenient location, making it easy to get around, take boat rides, and find places to eat nearby. Even on a rainy day, it didn’t affect our travel plans at all.

I especially enjoyed the breakfast on the 8th floor,it was a great way to start the day. The umbrellas provided by the hotel were also very thoughtful and useful during the rainy weather.

Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay, and I would happily recommend this hotel to others.

I arrived at 9pm. There door was locked and no one was at the desk. I wandered to a hotel next door and they told me to go back. I waited in the rain for 10-15 the guy to show up. Getting the room was easy. However parking is 700 meters away. I had to drive to a random lot and walk back with my bag in the rain. Also brealfast is only one hour. 730 to 830. So I missed it.

The stafff were super friendly and helpful to book a private excursion. The room was relatively clean except for towel rack and under the glass of the bedside table. It was noisy outside until 2am so the rooms are not really soundproof. Great views and conveniently located close to the pier.

Except for the water front view, the hotel fell a little short of my expectation. The room felt damp because the AC was not kept on before guest arrives at the room. It’s at the end of a busy street with lots of dining and shopping option. Breakfast was offered at 2 different times and we got assigned to the 7:30 slot. Food was just ok.

Room with a very beautiful view. Very tranquil. It’s across the other side of the lake so you would have to take transport (ferry / bus) over to the hotel after arriving at sun moon lake. However, the neighbourhood around the hotel has a nice atmosphere. Recommended! It’s our favourite accoms this trip.

The view of the lake and mountains was spectacular! We had a corner room with a 90 degree view of the water from the large sitting area.
The B&B staff were so helpful in planning our day; it was like having a local travel consultant! We recommend buying the boat, gondola and excursion bus tickets in advance, before arriving at Sun Moon Lake. It is less expensive and will save you a lot of time, when you arrive.
We were assigned a time for breakfast in order to keep the dining room from being too crowded. Breakfast was a combination of traditional Taiwanese and Western options.

Good location, clean and good value.

At first I was disappointed with the lack of restaurants around and location, after having driven around the lake I found that this is the best location and best value for money. The cable car is not far away and it’s right next to the quayside for the ferries. The bed was too firm for me but the room was good size with balcony and clean. Breakfast was limited for foreigners, no cooking available, but adequate. Overall given the price of other hotels I think it presented good value and the staff were helpful. Parking is not at the hotel but not far away and staff will take you by scooter.

We got to the area late but the hotel sent someone to guide us to the parking lot. It was just a few minutes' walk to the hotel passing many shops and eateries. Checkin was quick. Our room was on 7th floor and it had a big french window that opens to a balcony. The hotel was on the first row to the lake. It was late and dark but we could still see out to the pier. The next morning when the sun came out, the view was spectacular. We could see the boats on the pier and clear across to the far side of Sun Moon Lake. The breakfast room was on the 8th floor right on top of our room. The selection was all right but again the view was great. There are seats where you can sit by the window and enjoy the view while having breakfast. One of the server lady on duty that day can speak fluent Mandarin, Japanese and English. We arrived late so we really couldn't enjoy the area. All in all, it is a great hotel for me and my family. Would definitely like to come back.

Excellent place to stay

The place is by the lake side with nice view to the lake. It is located in the middle of the shopping area but quiet in the evening since most shops are closed around 7:30.
The room is clean and comfortable. They packed sandwiches and drinks for us on the checkout day so that we can catch an early bus to the train station without missing the breakfast.
The staff was friendly and helpful in providing us with bus and train schedules.

The staff are friendly and courteous. The room is clean and everything is provided. Only one thing I don’t like is the room we stay on our second night. The smell was so bad. It smells moldy. Told the staff so that next person will not have this problem again. Overall, our stay here is perfect.

I the heart of the action with great views of the lake & pier. The rooms were really big but the bathrooms could maybe be due a little update.
Breakfast had a good selection of things plus all the staff were really helpful.
Less than 5 mins walk to the shuttle bus stop, boats & maybe 20 mins walk to the cable car.
The hotel offers discounted tickets on a number of the attractions but we had a Sun Moon Lake pass which already provided discounts too.

The hotel is a bed and breakfast like operation in a busy area across the pier. Many shops and restaurants close by.
We had two full lakeview rooms. The rooms are big with nice bed, good sitting area and very nice view. The breakfast was also very good. Does not have a gym or typical hotel support services.

The hotel is situated a stone throwaway from the pier and there are lots of great food along the street of where the hotel is. The room has huge windows which is great for enjoying the scenic views of the lake. Room also has heating which makes it comfortable even during the colder days. Staff are very friendly and goes out of the way to help you.

Perfect view of Sun Moon Lake from the balcony

The staff was friendly and allowed us to check in early due to the rain. The room was very spacious and clean. The huge beds and pillows were also very comfortable. We were given complimentary ferry tickets. The only complaint is that the shower taps were very old school. Hard to adjust the temperature of the water but àthe pressure of the water was strong.

Budget hotel with premium views - good location!

Booked the most basic room with city view, but fortunately I could still see the lake view, so it's lovely! Located right next to Ita Thao pier so it's convenient. Wonderful hotel staff even gave me a pair of boat passes, meaning that for a whole day I could take unlimited ferry rides! What a bonus!

Spacious hotel - ideal for those travelling with luggage. Provides shampoo and shower gel.

Breakfast is served early, until 9.30am but some seats at the restaurant give you great views of the lake.

眺めがたいへん良く、バルコニーに出ると大変気持ちがよかった。
お風呂、トイレもきれいだった。シャワーも使いやすく水量もあって良かった。
着替えやバスグッズなど持参したものを置く場所が少なかったので、シャワーブースの近くに棚があれば最高だったが、大きな問題ではないです。
スタッフは概ね親切で、日本をを話す人も何人かいるようだ。

Very nice view over the Sun Moon Lake. Spacious room but the hotel feels a bit outdated. The room could have better soundproofing. The parking is at 5 minutes on foot uphill. The hotels offers discount on some activities, which is great. The staff can be a bit cold, but good stay overall.

對於一間可直接鳥瞰日月潭的飯店來說, 無論 cp 值或各方面的表現都值得給 5 顆星. 另外有停車場這點, 在伊達邵商圈是非常加分的點. 唯一小小的缺點, 大概就是早上用餐時間時, 8 樓餐廳移動桌椅的聲音很大聲, 讓住在 7 樓的我們有點困擾, 只是還好已經準備起床, 所以還不至於很不舒服. 另外枕頭算是偏軟, 對於比較喜歡偏硬枕的人來說, 要習慣一下.
上述也不是很大的問題, 只是提供給可能會在意的人參考, 之後如果還有機會再訪日月潭, 這裡還是我的首選.
