The stafff were super friendly and helpful to book a private excursion. The room was relatively clean except for towel rack and under the glass of the bedside table. It was noisy outside until 2am so the rooms are not really soundproof. Great views and conveniently located close to the pier.

Except for the water front view, the hotel fell a little short of my expectation. The room felt damp because the AC was not kept on before guest arrives at the room. It’s at the end of a busy street with lots of dining and shopping option. Breakfast was offered at 2 different times and we got assigned to the 7:30 slot. Food was just ok.

Room with a very beautiful view. Very tranquil. It’s across the other side of the lake so you would have to take transport (ferry / bus) over to the hotel after arriving at sun moon lake. However, the neighbourhood around the hotel has a nice atmosphere. Recommended! It’s our favourite accoms this trip.

Good location, clean and good value.
At first I was disappointed with the lack of restaurants around and location, after having driven around the lake I found that this is the best location and best value for money. The cable car is not far away and it’s right next to the quayside for the ferries. The bed was too firm for me but the room was good size with balcony and clean. Breakfast was limited for foreigners, no cooking available, but adequate. Overall given the price of other hotels I think it presented good value and the staff were helpful. Parking is not at the hotel but not far away and staff will take you by scooter.

We got to the area late but the hotel sent someone to guide us to the parking lot. It was just a few minutes' walk to the hotel passing many shops and eateries. Checkin was quick. Our room was on 7th floor and it had a big french window that opens to a balcony. The hotel was on the first row to the lake. It was late and dark but we could still see out to the pier. The next morning when the sun came out, the view was spectacular. We could see the boats on the pier and clear across to the far side of Sun Moon Lake. The breakfast room was on the 8th floor right on top of our room. The selection was all right but again the view was great. There are seats where you can sit by the window and enjoy the view while having breakfast. One of the server lady on duty that day can speak fluent Mandarin, Japanese and English. We arrived late so we really couldn't enjoy the area. All in all, it is a great hotel for me and my family. Would definitely like to come back.

The place is by the lake side with nice view to the lake. It is located in the middle of the shopping area but quiet in the evening since most shops are closed around 7:30.
The room is clean and comfortable. They packed sandwiches and drinks for us on the checkout day so that we can catch an early bus to the train station without missing the breakfast.

The staff are friendly and courteous. The room is clean and everything is provided. Only one thing I don’t like is the room we stay on our second night. The smell was so bad. It smells moldy. Told the staff so that next person will not have this problem again. Overall, our stay here is perfect.

The hotel is situated a stone throwaway from the pier and there are lots of great food along the street of where the hotel is. The room has huge windows which is great for enjoying the scenic views of the lake. Room also has heating which makes it comfortable even during the colder days. Staff are very friendly and goes out of the way to help you.

The staff was friendly and allowed us to check in early due to the rain. The room was very spacious and clean. The huge beds and pillows were also very comfortable. We were given complimentary ferry tickets. The only complaint is that the shower taps were very old school. Hard to adjust the temperature of the water but àthe pressure of the water was strong.

Booked the most basic room with city view, but fortunately I could still see the lake view, so it's lovely! Located right next to Ita Thao pier so it's convenient. Wonderful hotel staff even gave me a pair of boat passes, meaning that for a whole day I could take unlimited ferry rides! What a bonus!

對於一間可直接鳥瞰日月潭的飯店來說, 無論 cp 值或各方面的表現都值得給 5 顆星. 另外有停車場這點, 在伊達邵商圈是非常加分的點. 唯一小小的缺點, 大概就是早上用餐時間時, 8 樓餐廳移動桌椅的聲音很大聲, 讓住在 7 樓的我們有點困擾, 只是還好已經準備起床, 所以還不至於很不舒服. 另外枕頭算是偏軟, 對於比較喜歡偏硬枕的人來說, 要習慣一下.
上述也不是很大的問題, 只是提供給可能會在意的人參考, 之後如果還有機會再訪日月潭, 這裡還是我的首選.

湖景房有著很棒的視野，附早餐的餐廳風景美，咖啡紅茶都好喝，房間明亮整潔，樓下就有便利商店與餐廳小吃，搭船方便，纜車需要步行10多分鐘，附近也有電動船與獨木舟可以租用體驗，除了停車位比較遠以及行李上下比較不便外，基本上是很不錯的選擇。（幸好入住時間樓下逛街人潮不多，不然車子開進開出會很傷腦筋）
