Check in is quick. The room is small for a family of 4 people. No room to put your luggages.
Location is strategic and walking distance to pier.
Water dispenser (hot and cold) in the room is an excellent idea. Free buffet breakfast is an added advantage when the shops around are still not open early in the morning.
The bathroom is disappointing because there is NO shower curtain at the bath tub. Water splashed and wet the entire floor.

This is the hotel which offers excellent lake view and a perfect location as a base to explore Sun Moon Lake. I booked 2 nights with different provider and realised it was 2 different buildings but managed under the same company with a slightly different name. The one I booked with Expedia was more expensive (left side tower looking the property from the main street) but was a nicer room compared to the other booking we had. The propety is dated and in need of repairs and there were water leak marks everywhere on the ceiling. The breakfast offers mainly Asian foods and you must go early to avoid foods left cold or not refilled. Overall I love the lake view and the location of this property and would likely stay again despite the other flaws it has.

I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is clean and comfortable, with a nice breakfast to start the day. Its location near the beautiful lake makes it peaceful and relaxing. A great place to unwind and enjoy the scenery. The only small drawback is that my room didn’t have a lake view, but overall, it was a very nice and relaxing stay.

The room was clean an spacious for 2. There is a window between the bathroom and bed area (a bit odd, yet there was a shade). They held our luggage as we arrived early. Only real complaint was the breakfast buffet, not well laid out, nor food replenished in a timely manner, it was very crowded. Overall, it was a good place tostay.at sun moon lake.

Right by the Shuishe Pier, beautiful views. Easy to explore around by foot, bike, bus or boat. Hotel is comfortable, staff is helpful. They have space for you to store luggage which is super convenient. Parts of the building are bit aged, but overall we had a good stay!

Perfect stay

Located steps from the water and in front of the marina, this hotel was clean, spacious, and had a bountiful and diverse breakfast spread that included dim sum and both eastern and western dishes. The staff spoke great English, and were very helpful. This was the closest to a Western hotel / Marriott experience we got on our trip to Taiwan. Bonus: they even provided the famous black tea in your room, so no need to buy or sample it outside.

Extremely convenient location for boat ride, bus ride, and bike renting. 9 minute walk to the Zhaowu Pier to see the sunrise.
Friendly frontdesk and staff. Good breakfast buffet. Has both eastern and western style breakfast to eat.
Has a water dispenser in the room. Can refill your own bottle, which is environmentally friendly.
Minus: No shower curtain in the bathroom. My friend and I had to take a shower very carefully to not sprinkle water all over the floor.

The location is amazing. How every the bed is super hard and the pillows are feather pillows. Very close to next room so if they are out on there balcony you can hear them. The shower needs a curtain or just something to stop the water from going everywhere. Staff super helpful.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is central to everything at sun moon lake. The only thing I would suggest improving are more traditional breakfast selections at their buffet, better beds where are you don’t feel every coil & having luggage carts for overseas travelers who brought many pieces with them. I had to borrow a cart from the kind folks at Hotel Del Lago to push all the luggage up the hill but the kind staff was willing to help me push even though I declined.

Room was hot as air condition did not work properly. Room temp was 26c and in the morning it went down to 25.5 c. The fan they supplied did not help nor opening the sliding door as the outside temp is same ir hotter. Nice lake view room but have sleepless night. Dont recommend this hotel.

The hotel looks nice at first glance however not long after you will notice some parts of the bathroom are moldy. The bathtub/shower has no curtains so when you use it, there is no way to avoid water getting on the floor. We had to use multiple towels to dry the floor. In addition, the room is extremely small. There is absolutely no room to lay our suitcases down to open them. Very inconvenient especially if you plan on staying more than 1 day.

The toilet was very smelly, suspected is the mould inside the toilet. The bathtub is very deep and has no shower curtain. The floor ( even outside the bathtub) gets very wet after a shower. So if you are pregnant or have difficulty moving around, This hotel is not suitable for you.

A very nice hotel in town. Convenient as everything is just around it and within walking distance. Downside is it is a very local style hotel. Can be crowded at breakfast. A pool in room that is suppose to be a tub or spa, but don't fit well as there is no bubbles or heaters. No shower curtain, hence whole toilet get wet after a shower. The toilet and room floor can get yucky.

It's a pretty that the hotel provides paper cups, no proper tea cups although the coffee/tea making facilities is a very good one. Secondly, the shower has no curtain. The floor all get wet after you took a shower. Thirdly, how come the receptionist asked us do we need a daily clean up.

Enjoyed our stay in this hotel, the rooms look new or have been recently renovated. We had the family room with 2 queen beds but there were hardly any space for walking or putting our bags. Rooms are very small. Service at the front desk is good, so is the breakfast provided.

The room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed having breakfast over looking the lake. The staff were friendly and helpful. They have a plumbing issue as our bathroom occasionally smelled like sewage and I could hear water hammer in the pipes at night. If they fix that then it is a great place.

My daughter and I stayed at the Shui Sha Lian Hotel for just one night in July 2016. The location of the hotel itself is fabulous and we had a room with a view of Sun Moon Lake - for this, I would say the hotel excelled. However, parking is a problem - we were directed in Chinese to a car park away from the hotel (no English speakers) and had to pay twice for it (one at the hotel and again on return to the car). We were initially given a room with a double bed in spite of having paid for one with two double beds. Negotiating this was quite difficult. Fortunately I have some Mandarin and the manager had a little English - but they were quite reluctant to give us the room we paid for.

The room itself was reasonably comfortable (small by Western standards) but breakfast was .... well... cold/warm Taiwanese food and dreadful coffee. Fortunately there is a decent Coffee house on the corner and (as with everywhere in Taiwan) plenty of alternative eateries close by.

One final word of warning - if you arrive after 8pm and then spend time negotiating your room, your only option for dinner is the local 7-11. Great if you like instant noodles :-)

ホテルの前には24時間営業のファミマがありますので、お酒とおつまみはすぐ買えるので便利。
ホテル自体は日本の普通のビジネスホテルクラスですが、お部屋が広い。
朝ごはんはビュッフェ方式で、特にお粥に豆腐乳(チャニーズソルドチーズ)、最高😀
ホテルの前にすぐ電動自転車のレンタルショップがあり、大人2人乗りでも余裕で日月潭のサイクリングコースを走破できます。原付運転経験のある人はおすすめ。最後に紫外線が強いのでサングラスと日焼け止めは必携🕶️

房間內有飲水設備，很棒！但熱水不熱(接了水可立刻就喝的溫水)，要泡麵水溫不夠，房間外雖有飲水機但一樣不熱。房間內浴室的浴缸外無浴簾，洗澡時已盡量讓蓮蓬頭的水向著牆面，避免噴到外面，但洗過澡後，洗臉檯上有放置棉花棒、面皂毛巾等全濕、地面也一樣潮濕，直到早上地都還是濕的！進出浴室需很小心，很怕滑倒！

素晴らしい景色です。
部屋も清潔で快適でした。
英語も中国語も出来ませんが
スタッフさんが丁寧に対応してくれて困ることはありませんでした。
周りのお店はセブンイレブンを除けば、夕方以降はすぐに閉まってしまいますが
逆に言えば非常に静かで最高の夜になりました。
夜明けのテラスからの眺めは最高の朝になりました。
旅行に来て落ち着けるのが1番幸せを感じます。

ホテルの目の前のお店で食べた清蒸魚という料理がおすすめです。
初めて食べましたが
白身魚にとても美味しいスープのような油がかかっておりご飯が進みます

這次住的是全湖景房，view非常棒！景色非常的美~~~~地點也很好，周邊租自行車、遊船、吃東西都很方便~~只可惜沒有免費停車場，要付費200元到附近的公用停車場停車，再走一段距離回飯店。
