This property appeared to be decent however it was extremely loud due to the nature of access to the room via the outside corridor. People must pass by your window to get to their room and leaves very little privacy and is very loud. The room was renovated however it was very hot and air conditioning was turned off for the winter and the only window looked onto the corridor balcony therefore not very good for noise or safety. As I went to bed a cockroach scurried up the headboard which was the worst! My husband managed to kill it. The non smoking room had a terrible smell of smoke as it must have been used by smokers. It permeated fabric and carpet therefore you could not air the room out and get rid of the smell. Overall not a place I would return to considering the price.

Arrived for check in to find our room was on the upper level. Carrying all our luggage upstairs was difficult for an older couple. We found our room had not been cleaned at all. When we went back to reception there was no one to be found to help us. After a very long wait we were given a clean room on the ground floor. It had no hand towels and the second pillow on each bed looked like a flat green cushion not a pillow.

Toutefois, une remarque : la chambre nous a paru suréquipée en matière de chauffage. Ceci est confortable, mais pourrait être amélioré dans le cadre d'une démarche Eco-responsable. Lorsque nous sommes arrivé, la climatisation fonctionnait sur 25 °. Un radiateur roulant était en plus à disposition dans la chambre. Dans la salle de bain, qui était déjà très bien tempérée par un chauffage au sol semble-t-il, il y a un chauffage rayonnant positionné en hauteur avec minuterie de 7 minutes. Or, l'interrupteur se trouve juste à côté de celui de la lumière et nous l'avons malheureusement activé involontairement plusieurs fois.

Hôtel vétuste qui doit dater des années 80 qui a été amorti dans les années 90 et à ce que je vois aucune rénovation ni aucun investissement n’est fait chez campanile. L’avantage c’est que j’ai fait un voyage dans le passé ça m’a fait du bien de retourner dans les années 80. En plus j’ai trouvé bizarre que la réception me demande une caution de 50 € en liquide alors que lors de ma réservation chez Hotels.com on ne m’en a pas informé. Heureusement je les avais sur moi sinon je ne sais pas comment j’aurais fait je pense que j’aurais dû aller retirer au guichet le plus proche sincèrement je me demande s’il n’y a pas eu délit de faciès. Le pire quand je suis venu restituer ma clé sa collègue n’était même pas au courant que j’avais laissé une caution de 50 € et ça l’a même étonné. Bref ça ne restera pas un grand souvenir.

Le restaurant est plus proche d'une cantine pas de carte ni de prix affiché du menu. La réception est correcte mais sans plus. Literie confortable et chambre au calme. Toutefois l'insonorisation est très insuffisante la personne de la chambre voisine ronflant je l'ai entendu distinctement de 23h à 7 h du matin !
