The room was very basic straight out of the 80s it was clean but did smell a bit mouldy and the fan was extremely noisy. The staff were friendly enough. But we didn’t really interact too much as we were not there two nights. The pool area was clean and the did supply clean pool towels.good for a night or two wouldn’t want to spend any longer.

We stayed in the courtyard bottom floor by the pool, room was a little musty but clean!!!!

We only stayed one night so didn’t really use any amenities. The rooms are a bit dated but the bed was comfortable, they are like a motel with the Ramada name. I don’t agree with paying a resort fee of $20 though. Good location and plenty of shops around.

The staff was friendly and explained everything in great detail. The room was just so-so—not quite what I expected; it was dimly lit, some of the lamps didn't work, and the air conditioning wasn't very cold. We felt hot, and the room smelled a little strange. The bathrooms were clean and at least they provided room service. Good hotel for sleep only.

Our shower was full of hair, folded towel had a long black hair on it along with a bug that I could not identify. Sheets had stains on them. The room and the rest of the property was severely outdated, furniture falling apart, walls chipping, burnt out light bulbs, etc. Would not stay again.

After a long day we arrived at the hotel only to be told the suite I had reserved was not available but can put us in a room around the pool until the next day. While in that room noticed water on the floor near the toilet / sink upon looking closer there was mold at the bottom of the wall where leak was coming from . While moving our belongings the next day to our room booked I noticed they just painted over the mold area ( pictures to prove) . After arriving at our room took a look around noticed the rugs were dirty with major stains the furniture was old and not in great condition. When I spoke to the manager his response was what do you want to do do you want me to cancel your reservation and go somewhere else that is how they respond to customers , poor customer service poor hotel conditions not worth the money but we made the best of it .

Front desk staff needs customer service training, if you are looking for a quite hotel to relax this NOT the hotel for that!!! Its ok if u are going to spend the day at the parks, parking its hard they do have a party place there and there is not parking for guest...

Rooms was very clean!! Staff was friendly! Great amenities…the only issue I had was with the laundry. The washer were card payment…the dryers were coin operated…dryers didn’t dry properly, had to do it a couple of times. But everything else was AMAZING!!!

Our room was spotless, housekeeping did a great job cleaning, tidying room daily. Plenty of clean towels. Hotel is a bit older, but well taken care of. Staff friendly. For an affordable place to stay while visiting attractions in Orlando, it’s just right.

The location was perfect along with courtesy bus transfer to the Theme Parks. The rooms were spacious and in a good condition with daily room service. Lastly, I would like to mention and sincerely thank the hotel manager, Mr. Cunningham. He made our stay relaxed, whenever we had an issue, concern or to render advice or even general conversation he made everything better making you feel comfortable and at home. Ramada Wyndham is lucky to have a person of that caliber to fulfill that role. Wish all hotels had someone like him. Thank you kind Sir

The room i rented was a king size bed suite, clean and big the bathroom could had been a little cleaner but it all good the room was very specious the furniture a little outdated.
The staff was very friendly and professional. My husband went down to eat breakfast he said the breakfast for being a buffet was basic and they charger for it, when we had stood in a hotel not to far from there and the buffet breakfast was FREE. We didn't do laundry because it was a little distances from the main building had to step out of the building to the other side to wash clothes. But beside all that the place was quiet.

Our room was extremely dirty upon check in. Granted we were in a dog friendly room, but it truly looked like the room was never turned around. There were black stains in the shower. The first night we were exhausted so all slept on top of the comforter. On the second night we pulled up the blankets and the sheets had nasty soil stains. I called the office and it took over an hour for clean sweets. With that being said I was told I was responsible for flipping the bed. I travel for work and have never had to make my own beds before at a hotel.

The room was a little run down but was very clean staff was great we had some issues with flights but kept in contact with the hotel and they let us check in at 8 am instead of waiting until the normal check in time we came for college baseball spring training but this would be a great place to stay for all
Of the theme parks as we where with in 5 miles of them over all great experience would stay here again

We booked here because we previously stayed in a tower room, which was very nice. This time we were given a room in the back that I would never have stayed in if I had known how run down and dirty it was. Will not stay here again and would have left this time if room was refundable. Told the front desk my husband was handicap. When room was assigned we were it was on first floor which it was not. It was all downhill from there.

No power outlets near bed, only one working set of outlets near bathroom. Staff was on speaker phone talking to a friend when we walked to the desk, not impressed as paint is used around the whole resort to cover things vs replace simple things like trash cans. Will not return.

The room smelled moldy; housekeeping sprayed deodorizer. On the other hand, Mulligans was AWFUL. We walked in there in the evening on our first night for quick dinner and drinks. The waiter/bartender ignored us as we sat there for 15-20 minutes. Horrible customer service!! Missed out on a good tab from us. We would've been there everyday, spending money. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Definitely not what I expected from a Ramada hotel property. It was more of a \"short stay\" motel type of rooms. After hours of going back and forth between Expedia and the Ramada staff, I was finally compensated to a better room at the \"tower section\" which actually has an elevator. In the other section of the property, you will be expected to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs if your room is on the second floor.
I will never stay at this property again!

This was surprising because of all the positive reviews. The plus side is that it’s close to the Disney parks. The morning breakfast wasn’t anything special either.

We only stayed one night and our room was all the way in the back of the hotel so we didn't explore much. It did look like there was a lot to do and the hotel itself was nice. The room was large but the bathroom was kind of gross. The bathtub filled up and didn't drain when we showered so that was disgusting. Other than that, everything else was comfortable. I would rebook.

Close to everything you need for your stay. Disney parks, restaurants and Walmart next to the hotel. THE WHOLE PLACE NEEDS SOME TLC, you get what you paid for. But honestly, it wasn’t a bad stay for us. NOT TO MENTION, it’s also spring break month. We stayed for 4 days, and stayed in the Tower. And the second day, we were getting our room serviced without asking. We didn’t ask for them and they still gone in our room to change our towels, and they clean our beds. We didn’t care much because we never left anything valuable in our room but my son’s Nintendo DS. It never disappeared. Their housekeeping people are honest working people. Props for that. Some people would probably would not like that, if you don’t like them going in your room when you’re gone. Tell them NOT TO. The washing machine place, it’s needs fix. That’s all I can about that. A few of their housekeepers and maintenance people can speak fluent English, so get your translator apps ready. I didn’t have a problem with it, but some would find this an issue. But overall, our stay was very decent and would boom here again.

Paid a day in advance before my arrival so I could show up early the next day, even with pre-arrival check in and letting Hotel management know of my Saturday early arrival and I still added it under accommodations in notes they still went ahead and said I was a no-show. After a back and fourth they gave me a room. I was told a Supervisor would contact me. Room was dirty, water links. Maintenance was up there twice.

I really never leave too many reviews. However, i feel its necessary to leave a review with this property. We stayed in the 'motel' portion of the property. All the negative reviews i have read on here and google were not even close to a problem. The walls being thin was not a problem at all. We didnt hear anybody next to us. We could hear people outside but that goes with this style hotel and it wasnt overwhelming at all. Everything was clean for the most part. There were some cobwebs in the corners of the room but nothing crazy. The only issue i had was the door handle, it seems worn and at one point possibly busted and we had to pull the handle up instead of down to open the door, which isnt that serious.The staff was very friendly and the people running the gift shop were so nice and helpful.Theres a lady in the lobby that can get you discounted park tickets if you sign up for a 90-2hour time share pitch. The salesmen were a bit aggressive but if you stick to 'no' youll get the discounted tickets. We go 2 epcot tickets for the price of one which was great, just had to deal with the pitch.The property has a mini gold course, basketball hoop, beach volleyball, giant chess, 2 pools, and pool tables. The hotel is about a 7-10 minute drive to Hollywood Studios and Epcot. All in all a great experience and we would absolutely stay again.

I stayed just for 1 night. I did not review the full facilities. Personal was friendly but the room was not good. As soon you open the door you can feel the smell. Was like a lot of humidity over there. AC was noisy.
