Room 311. Had family in town. Got a jetted tub for a reason. Their home only has a rainwater shower because they literally live in the Amazon rainforest. I decided I would turn on the jets and let it run for a bit to cool down. Go in to check the temperature and see these weird black specks throughout. There's some on the edge of the tub too. I have photos. Drained the tub and filled it again with no jets. That funk had to be from the jets. Was pretty freaking gross.

Didn't stay the night. The front door was in rough shape and the safety lock was broken. The room/furniture was beat up, and the sheets on the bed were dirty and had black hair. The bed was made neatly, but obviously didn't change the sheets. Also, the mirror in the main area was \"off\". It honestly looked like a two way mirror. Completely creeped out, I left. Only stay in the room for not even 2 hours. I had my 2 kids with me, and listened to my gut and got out of there.

Lots of parking, great last minute rates. Staff is quick and friendly for check in/check out. While the property is a little dated, it's clean and bed is very comfortable. Love having the option to get the big jacuzzi tub. Will stay again for sure. Can't beat the value.

We like staying here. Not modern and updated, but all we nee. The staff at reception are professional and efficient. The breakfast was a little sparse, and slow to be replenished. The room has a large number of fluffy towels, electrical outlets for all our electronics, and a kitchenette with fridge and microwave. Best to leave the $50 deposit in cash to avoid the credit card fees.

Room 305 on the top floor near the elevator had fresh air, powerful heater, two flat-screen TVs and separate sleeping area. The kitchen had cupboards, counter space, a microwave, coffee maker and fridge. The updated bathroom had soap at the sink and tub, full-sized shampoo and conditioner in the bathtub with plenty of fluffy towels.
Our room was not as updated as the public areas or our bathroom, so a little dark, but it was very clean with south and north facing windows, each with blackout curtains.
We managed to get to breakfast at 8:40, just 20 minutes before it closed, so understood why the waffle mixture, eggs and hashed browns were in short supply—but these topped up on request.
We will definitely come back!

Our room was big with a living and kitchen area. Bedroom in the back which was comfy. BUT. the furniture was dirty, sticky and falling apart. Shampoo and hand soap dispensers were empty. Did let the front desk know this and for some reason extra charges were put on my bill. Tried to contact the hotel and hotels.com when home but to no avail as to why charged more. Beware of extra billing

I was incredibly disappointed with my one night stay at Quality Inn Grand Suites it was not up to the basic standards.
I would have left immediately at check in when the key card didn’t work on my first attempt to enter the room.
I was very concerned for my safety with the door being outside and not secure in the building. AS a solo woman traveling alone.
I asked for a different room on my return to the lobby front desk and they said no other room was available. I checked on their website and other sites and it was showing availability.
Once I got intthe room it was in incredibly in poor condition and I felt very uncomfortable to stay.
There was a horrible odour and the stench of mold.
The mattress was filthy and the bed springs were visible and sticking out of the ancient well used mattress.
I spent a sleepless night keeping eye on my vehicle in the unsecure parking lot.
The best thing about this stay was leaving the hotel in the morning.
My trust is greatly damaged to rebook any other properties unless I have already stayed after this.

When checking in, the front desk staff was nowhere to be seen, even ringing the bell didn’t work. Had to call the front desk from my phone to get their attention.
As we walked in, we noticed a person, who was clearly not a guest of the hotel, trying to get in the hallways.

Quality Inn in Bellingham on Kellogg Rd. is by far the best choice in its price range among all the other hotels in the area and I have stayed in all of them over the last 10 years. It is clean, safe, comfortable and offers a nice complimentary breakfast. It has locked outer doors and a nice pool and hot tub. It's close to bus stops, shopping and restaurants. It is always my 1st choice. Its great for business or leisure, singles and family stays.

There was no one at the front desk when we tried to check-in around 5 pm. I rang the bell and waited a few minutes. I eventually the called the hotel and stood there while the desk phone rang and rang. Finally someone came and said they'd call the desk person. He eventually came strolling in through the pool area with a friend and what looked like leftover food from meal in a to go container. He never said sorry or welcome. He was mostly silent as we checked in. Definitely a very rude check in.

Tub had water in it when we arrived. Opening plug did no good. We changed rooms and this one had a broken shower rod, so the shower curtain would not stay closed. Toilets seemed smaller than a little kids toilet. We have been to this same Quality Inn before and it was far better maintained.

The property was very run down. The AC unit and fridge in our room was very noisy which made it difficult to sleep. The bed creaked whenever you moved. The balcony was dirty and the chairs were falling apart. You couldn’t enjoy being outside for long as the area was overrun with homeless people walking around. Definitely would never stay here again.
