1st...they gave us a room with no toilet, yes the room was a disaster to the point of having the toilet out of the wall.
2nd room was just as horrible, there was black mold in the shower, it was dirty, no clean towels, the shower/tub was chipped and orange full of mold the window curtains were ripped the beds were discussing.
3rd room was ok but we were to tired to go find another hotel, we had to ask for clean towels.

If you're looking for a quiet place with nice staff and a clean bed for a couple of nights, this will work. If you expect a minimum standard of upkeep, you'll be disappointed.

Pros: Quiet facility, friendly staff, well lit parking, proximity to WWU, hot water, decent water pressure, the bed was comfortable, the linens are alright.

Cons: Very dated, many things are in various states of disrepair (room lock, dripping faucet, hot/cold temp control in the shower spins without engaging), dirty (splatters on the walls, scuffs all over walls, mold in the tile grout), dated a/c-heating unit, no do not disturb signs, pretty bad wifi.

Save your money and stay somewhere else

Our stay was terrible! The room was dirty, the sheets and curtains were torn, the paint was chipped everywhere, there were no cups for water, tissue in the tissue boxes, half of the lights didn’t light up, the hotel had a musty gross smell in the halls and in our room, the carpets were stained, the bathroom floor was not clean and more. The guy who checked us in was nice enough, and that is the ONLY nice thing I can say about this place.

My advice don't book ths property!! It is Durty beond durty, as well as smells of uren. staff is not at desk & are not nice people. My & I family booked 3 night i2 rooms in this place. We stayed 1 night as we didn't have a place to go late. We went the next morning to ask for refund of 2 days on each room. No one at desk from 6AM to12 noon check out time. Was told we had to get our money back from Expedia. I did not pay up front with expedia. Man said it didn't mater was Ezpedia problem not theirs. I am stil waiting for my money back. Plus a $100.00 deposit that we had no idea we were going to bee charged & was to be returned. Also Not happened yet. This a very dirty, smelly place & staff is not nice or helpful, even if you can find a staff member!!!

There was dirt on the floors and walls. Rust in the sink and the tub was stained and had peeling paint. The bed was hard and broken down. The furniture was all scratched up. Tissue dispenser with no tissue in it. No blow dryer or breakfast. The ceiling was leeking in the lobby and never anyone at front desk. When we complained the response was this is what you get for a 2 star hotel.

Property is run down, which I could deal with, but after front desk convinced me to give them a 5 star review so I could check in an hour early without a fee, we went to the room. There, we saw that some plumbing equipment had been left all over the floor of the bathroom and the U pipe under sink was leaking into the garbage can. We alerted the front desk as we left and they said we would take care of it. However, when we returned 5 hours later, it hadn’t been touched. Despite leaving the windows open, the room was hot and stuffy, despite being cool outside. There was an AC window we didn’t try using which unit indicated it needed a new filter. My son’s tournament ended early and we were a drive away from home, so we checked out early and drove home without staying the night. Front desk didn’t seem concerned when I handed them the key and said we were checking out early at 8:30pm. Don’t stay here.

Front desk assigned a room that they know had issues with leaks. In the morning when the people directly upstairs from us took a shower the water leaked directly to our bathroom , while I was in the toilet I got wet from the leak ! And it wasn’t a mild leak it almost flooded the bathroom !! We left in a rush at 7am I was still sleepy

I DEMAND a refund and some compensation from this property. It’s a safety hazard. The room I was at should not be operational , also the room above , until it’s fixed !!

Honestly 1 star is too generous. The room had water damage, the pool was green, animal droppings in the bathroom, the drain was not sealed so when you used the sink water poured onto the floor, washer and dryer did not work. Ice machine was out of order (though honestly I would not have trusted the ice anyhow) the breakfast was a bucket of gas station cinnamon rolls that were put out at 7 am, and seemed to be gone by 745 or so. We paid for 2 nights, but asked if they would refund us the 2nd night so we could go somewhere else. They declined to do so. We ended up leaving anyhow and going across the street. MUCH nicer and the same price.

Smoke detector missing W wires hanging, counter & doors chipped , had personally reattach water tap handle, vent rattled & groaned, bath room tile grout was missing & cracked, would not step into shower, lost any interest in the advertised continual breakfast but was saved from it by “ price adjustment of room rate therefore no breaky was available” at all. They did have an award from Days Inn from 2012 so I guess we should have been there then. Ha Ha!

The promised breakfast didn't exist, ( 1 day there were bananas) hair dryer was broken, the staff finally found a replacement which was also broken, we only had 1 hand towel, and when we asked for a 2nd, were told they were all in the laundry . Ice machine barely worked.. Rust and chipped porcelain in the bathroom sink. The freezer part of fridge was so full of ice, itappeared to not have been defrosted in... Months. and had no room for our ice pack.

There's no breakfast, and the pool is closed. The rooms are in poor condition. The doors barely lock from being kicked in. There was no ice machine on the 2nd floor. The rooms bathroom floor was cracked and the tub was stained and the drain didn't work couldn't take a bath. There were burn holes in the carpet from cigarettes. It smelled of smoke.

If you’ve ever wanted to feel like the lead in a low-budget crime drama, you’ve found your set location! The pictures online must’ve been taken in 1996 or during a very ambitious renovation plan that never actually happened. In real life, the hotel is more “post-apocalyptic chic” than “budget-friendly comfort.”

Upon arrival, we were greeted by the kind of lobby crowd that makes you double-check your car doors… from inside. The front desk staff were perfectly pleasant, but even they seemed mildly surprised we showed up.

Our room? Where to begin. The door lock was ripped off the wall and you could see what looked like blood spatter on the bathroom wall - which immediately sparked thoughts of a possible robbery or maybe a zombie attack.

On the bright side, no bed bugs (that we saw), and the Wi-Fi worked. So if you’re into true crime, urban decay, and mild paranoia, 10/10 experience. Otherwise? Maybe just sleep in your car.

Building looks like it has had zero updates or maintenance since it was built. We were told to park in the “big safe parking lot” in the back to be closer to the entrance to our room. Upon entering, there was a big spilled-over pile of unsealed trash bags at the bottom of the stairwell. Flies were everywhere. The stairs and hall closet looked like they haven’t been vacuumed in at least a month. Half of the door handle was missing, but this fortunately did not affect our ability to lock and unlock the door. However, the knob to the bathroom door was nearly falling off, so it was pointless to even be there. There were hairs along the rim of the sink in the bathroom as well. There were pretty big portions of wallpaper ripped off the wall. Upon sitting on the mattresses, you could tell that they were probably as old as the building as you could physically feel the springs. I am pretty certain that if an inspector came by that this place would fail miserably.

When i got to the hotel i wasn’t aware i had to give a deposit. Then when i got to my room it was filthy. There was holes in the wall in the bathroom shower the paint was peeling off the wallpaper was gone on the walls the bed was dirty and i complained that the room was a mess they moved me. Then the 2nd room was dirty and had a sharpie marker all over the walls and i had to stay in that room i really wish i could get a refund the hotel was not what i expected for my family i was very disappointed

The entire property was NOT as described on Orbitz. Pictures are beyond fake. Dirty, dimly lit, no staff at the front desk. Pool was drained the second day we were there because it was beyond repair. Green and breeding mosquitos. Holes in the shower ceiling, 2 of the 4 lights working in the bathroom. Torn wall paper. The person we checked in with last night was very rude and not present in assisting us into checking in. We waited for about 5 mins before ringing the bell for assistance. The guy stated \"are you checking in? I saw you through the camera\" and proceeded in silent to check us in without a welcoming word as well as he picked his nose while touching my ID and credit card. He slapped the room key on the table without giving us directions to the room. He was unwilling to helping us with the bear minimum.

The floor in the room was slippery and unsafe. I assume it was cleanser that was not dilited properly. The heat is not on a thermostat so it was unplugged when we got there and took a while to warm up. It had to be unplugged if it got too hot. Beds were clean and comfortable. Front desk was nice. Echoes and doors slamming all night due to lvp floor down all halls. Not ideal if you need to sleep and go. But at a total of 100 dollars..you get what you pay for.

We knew it wasn’t going to be luxurious….
Things that could be improved: there were
Dirty crusty washcloths left in the tub and holes in the shower curtain. Only two towels for 4 people for 3 days. There were hairs and stains on the sheets. A sink was clogged. The tiniest of garbage can- we improvised our own as there is no housekeeping. The smell was musky. A coffee maker in room OR lobby coffee that wasn’t old and burnt would be so nice.

What couldn’t be helped: the college kids partying and being loud, the poor barking dog locked up in a room across the hall.

The staff seemed non existent, only showing up when at least 3 parties were wt the dest to check in or out.

The location was convenient, so there’s that. It gave us a place to sleep. I def wouldn’t seek this place out again but if you need a place close to the college, it’s there.

Absolutely disgusting and unsafe. Blood on the wall going up the staircase, hardwired smoke alarm was sitting on a shelf and the wires exposed, stains and hairs on the sheets, no blankets, no hot water, “complimentary” soaps were open, rats/mice in room, gunshots outside. Service was absolutely horrible. Gentlemen at the counter was absolutely rude and stood there for 20 minutes just saying he couldn’t check us in. Then checking us in took over 20 minutes.

We asked for a refund 5 minutes after getting there and the gentleman said sorry we can’t do that. Here’s a clean sheet. And that was it.

We booked the room to sleep a little after being at the hospital all day and loosing our great grandma.

Days Inn was extremely run down, i.e. the tub had old tile and lots of chipped porcelain, the bathroom door had chipped paint and a delaminated bottom, and the wallpaper in the bedroom was peeling. The floor was also uneven. While the sheets seemed clean, they were threadbare. When we went down for breakfast, there was an extremely limited breakfast that we had to order from the front desk. When I asked the desk clerk whether they had anything with protein, she started telling me where else in town I could get groceries, which wasn't helpful since I expected a hotel breakfast. The lights were also off in the breakfast area. A guest turned on the lights, and one of the employees turned them back off again, saying something about people messing with the lights.

It's an older property that was once heavily smoked in. The hallways and room smelled like an old ashtray. I have asthma, so I had problems breathing. I had 2 windows open, the air conditioner on and the bathroom fan on all night but it didn't help. The shower tile was moldy in the grout lines. It was only for one night, I didn’t check in till around 2 am and left at 11, so it was ok for 1 night but more than that I wouldn't recommend this property. Breakfast was not inspiring. If you need a flop house, this is your place.

Room was clean, coffee was good and the staff were all very friendly. The TV and wifi didn't work in my room, I didn't have a do not disturb sign and the continental breakfast was just bread. The hallways were also pretty dirty--there was dog food spilled the the whole time I was there. Overall I didn't get the services advertised by the hotel and wouldn't stay there again.

Terrible breakfast, basic hotel.

Basic. Breakfast was included, but was terrible. And you had to order it at the front desk... i have been to similar hotels before, this by a lot is the worst breakfast I have ever seen. WOW! I would rather pay less and have no breakfast included, to be honest!

What even is this place? I think I was the only guest who was using this as a hotel- the rest were shady residents. I came in late at night and a woman who looked like a sex worker was tweaking on something as she hustled through the dark lobby- babies were crying at all hours, tvs were blaring throughout the dimly lit hallway and a domestic dispute close by left me terrified in my room. Then a woman broke out in tears somewhere sobbing. You can hear everything because there is no insulation. What’s more, the room was dirty and outdated. I ran a Clorox wipe over the night stand and it was dirty- long black hairs were on the hand towel even though it was neatly folded. I checked for bed bugs- none found- the only redeeming quality. After no
sleep I checked out and cut my stay short. Run, don’t walk from this dive. It’s not a Days Inn as I’ve known them…its a seedy place where I’m pretty sure drug users, and the mentality ill are being housed by the county.

The only great thing about this hotel is that everything is close by for dining. There’s a luggage carrier but no elevator and the change rules from 3rd to first. You have to pay extra money.

Stay away from this place! The motel is run down and filthy. Carpets are filthy and smell. Doors are banged up. Breakfast was terrible and non existent!
To top matters off, I was charged $65 for a coffee stain on the sheets which can be washed easily during laundering. Nobody advised me of this, they just had the audacity to charge my card, which I am now disputing!
The worst place I ever stayed at!

Nice and clean - but this was the third Days Inn we’ve stayed at and they should just remove their complimentary “breakfast” as it is just bread, this one did not even have OJ.

The first thing we saw when we arrived was that the pool was full of dirty green water! A sign said it closed, well okay then drain it! There was even a still-inflated tube floating in it!

The room itself was okay, but everything looked rundown, some things were broken, and the carpet was gross. The a/c looked new, but we didn’t need it.

There was zero breakfast at 8:30 am, even though it was supposed to be included, and there was an area that looked set up for breakfast, but there was no food or even coffee there.

The staff was mostly absent, though nice enough when we checked in, after I rang the bell and waited a minute.

Also the whole place wreaked of old cigarette smoke.

The rooms were very clean. However they had many things that were broken or missing. For example the windows didn't have screens, the curtains were not on the hooks, the toilet wasn't properly anchored to the base, there were many places that the paint was peeling. They just need a good maintenance person. I will mention that we had booked a room with a queen for 2 nights. When we arrived to check in the manager (I think) was nice and gave us a key to a room. When we entered the smell was terrible and the room was filled with wet, sticky moisture from a continually running hot water faucet in the shower. We returned to the desk to ask about getting another room and were told there were none. He made no apologies and basically said that was the room that we had booked. After it was clear that we were about to leave to stay someplace else, the manager admitted there was another room that had a king. He wanted us to pay the additional $10 a night for the upgrade, but eventually relented and keep the pre booked room price the same. Lastly, the pool looked gangrenous, but fortunately was closed so no one got an infection swimming in it. Perhaps the water should be drained? I think Days Inn supervisors should do a site survey because we would never stay there again.

The bathroom was horrible. There was mold along the bottom of the tub and the tile/grout in the shower was not clean. The heat lightbulb was missing and hair dryer didn't work. My son got bed bugs. The pool was filled with green water. The TV initially didn't work but the desk person fixed it. Couldn't stream to TV. No breakfast on day 1. Limited breakfast - toast and cereal - on day 2. There were gnats flying around near the coffee because of the plants behind the coffee station. Never saw people behind the desk. To check out, they just had you put your key in an ice bucket on the desk. Would not recommend staying here.
