Hotel seems very New hard to find at first but it is signposted. Beautiful hotel, staff very friendly, we had an apartment which was very clean and more than enough for an overnight stay. We had evening meal in the hotel 3 course and drink for 15 euro each. Breakfast was continental with ham and cheese, yoghurts etc very good, I would definitely go back to this hotel again. Jaca itself is a small town but not far from Pamplona and Pyrenees. Good for hill walkers. We also had free WiFi.

Nice apart hotel with well appointed rooms. Swimming pool at back of hotel. Ladies running restaurant appeared to be a state of panic. Jaca didn't appear to have any traditional Spanish restaurants but Wilsons was modern and good.

Great stay, well equipped, spacious and modern although the put you up bed was missing some of its spring support. But everything you needed for a long stay in an apartment room at a good price and providing a touch of luxury in a modern environment with a large TV. We did not use the spa facilities as we only stayed overnight so cannot comment on them.

After the Pyrenees crossing into Spain

Chosen for a place to stay after crossing from France. Isolated but good for our needs. Staff very helpful as though the establishment is non smoking some one had been heavily smoking in our allocated room, on reporting this to reception there were no ifs and buts and we were given another room to check and it was OK.

Good BUT

Good clean hotel. If u want to make ur own food this hotel is good.
U have ur own cooker wtht pots and pans ect. Bar does not open until 7PM Restaurant not open until 8 pm.
It is out of the town but for a good cheap place to stay it is hard to beat. Staff speak english and friendly.
We would stay again without a second thought.

It was alright. Nothing to shout about. Their internet was really slow you couldn't really do anything with it and the shower never had constant temperature but the bed was comfortable. The kitchen was rubbish as I need an oven and a microwave grill just won't do. Staff are friendly and helpful. There's enough parking. Not good for town unless you drive.

2nd time we stayed here, just passing through to Portugal. The view from our room was stunning. Carpark was a little tight to navigate in our large car. We would recommend this Hotel.. Would be great in Winter when the snow is about.

An overnight stay in late July

Stayed for a single night en route from Valencia to the Vendee region of France. This is a very new, very clean hotel with fantastic facilities. Highly recommended. A couple of small negatives: the room, although very well appointed does not have a kettle. Also the pool could have done with a bit of clean.

Perfect for us - we need to self cater for dietary requirement reasons. Extremely good value, staff very welcoming and helpful. On the hillnear the hospital, with good views. A little out of the town, but we liked that.Highly recommend this place.

Great alternative & better value to a 1 night stay

Great value, apartment was like new. Everything was spotless. Underground secure parking available, especially useful as motorcycle user. Had a secure storage room behind the space. Breakfast was basic at best. Apartment was very comfortable, with TV area, separate dining area. Bedroom was very comfortable with lots of storage space. Lots of windows that opened fully! Very helpful reception staff. Proximity to Jaca for restaurants/bars. Was about 7 Euro approximately.

Por el precio del hotel Y los servicios que ofrece no me parece “magnífico “ como me lo vendía la web. La habitación carece de cama de matrimonio, un sofá cama incomodisimo hace de tal, la habitación tiene cosas muy básicas, el spa cuesta 20 euros por persona y el restaurante no tiene capacidad para atender a los huéspedes lo que hace que siendo que el hotel está en mitad de la nada tengas que comer el coche para ir a cenar. Para mi el hotel no cumplió mis expectativas de comodidad

Habitación bien, sofá cama terrible, tienen que hacer un cambio ya, y tampoco me parece bien que por el precio reservado no entre la limpieza de la habitación, tengas que pagar 10 € para que entren a limpiarla. Jaca a unos 15 minutos caminando. Como la mayoría de los hoteles muchas normas que luego no se respetan, a las 7:30 ya pasan a desayunar gritando por los pasillos.

L’appartement est spacieux, très propre, bien équipé et calme.nous aimons l’espace piscine très adapté aux jeunes enfants ( nous voyageons avec un enfant de 2 ans).le personnel est très compétent, serviable. Quant au restaurant et son personnel de service, c’est fabuleux! On ne viendrait presque que pour ça ! Le buffet du matin propose de très bons produits locaux et les repas du soir sont extraordinaires et prix raisonnables, bravo au chef et au responsable! Bref, nous aimons revenir chaque année dans cet Ets où la clientèle est hétéroclite et respectueuse des uns et des autres.

Bel et vaste appartement pour cet hôtel situé dans une zone où il n'y a pas grand chose. Personnel sympathique. Très propre.
Piscine un peu encaissée au milieu du bâtiment. Hôtel non fumeur, même à l'extérieur au bar/piscine et pas de terrasse dans la chambre.

la habitacion muy bien, aunque los colchones estan muy usados, la almohada blanda,no hacen la limpieza,es con coste de 10€ dia (sin pasar la cocina) si quieres .Cambian las toallas,llevar manga. corta pues la temperatura dentro es muy alta, ponen un set con lavavajillas y balleta,estropajo para fregar, lo demas debes llevar,4 de todo (platos, cubiertos,tazas..),no tiene tostadora,ni tv en habitacion solo en salon,lavanderia por 3€ y secadora otros 3,garaje cubierto con trastero por 5€ dia,no hay problema para aparcar en la calle,la comida es previo encargo,tambien venden pan y preparan para llevar a habitacion,el spa no lo probé por el horario reducido al ir con niños menores de 14 años, esta lejos del pueblo pero pasa el autobus cada hora,o te das un paseito,muy amables todos los que trabajan alli, sin duda volveria merece la pena el pueblo muy animado y las pistas de patinaje sobre hielo estupendas,pena que en las.de.esqui no habia mucha nieve pues nos toco buen tiempo,al finalizar la estancia nos dieron un cupon asta nov del 2019 de un 10%de descuento para proximas estancias, buen detalle,repetiria

Très bon accueil dans cet hôtel à Jaca. L’emplacement est pratique et proche de la ville. Nous avons trouvé des places de parking gratuits en face de l’hotel. Les alentours, comme Formigal, sont très intéressants pour y passer une journée. Juste un bémol, car le ménage de l’appartement m’a été facturé 10€ sans m’informer avant. Je recommande pour découvrir la jolie petite ville de Jaca.

El personal muy amable y se molestaron en hacer un cambio de habitación, pero me pareció muy caro porque ni el spa ni la piscina estaban incluídas en el precio y es la primera foto que muestra el hotel en su publicidad. Me parece un engaño y deberían ponerlo bien explicado y no en el tipo de habitación y detallar que lo quieres con spa incluído.
El aparcamiento no era más que una explanada mal acondicionada enfrente del hotel.
No volvería.

Off-season price for a self catering apartment wit

1st of April in the evening we have been lodged in the Apartahotel Jacetani in the Pyrenees mountains, in Jaca, not far from the French border. We got an cheap off-season deal from Expedia with a self catering apartment with a room and living, which we found very convenient while one person could go to bed and the other sit down and still do some computer search. Some minor points of this hotel were the tiny shower cabin and the slow WiFi. In total we rated this experience as ****½ .

Apartahotel limpio, con todo lo necesario y amplio.

Tengo 1queja al hotel. Cuando realice la reserva insistí en que éramos 5 adultos (aparto 2 dormitorios), el hotel no me hablo de pagar suplemento, y me dijeron que los apartamentos de 2 dormitorios aceptaban a 6 personas, 2 en cada dormitorio y 2 en el sofá-cama del salón.
Cuando hemos ido a pagar nos han cobrado un suplemento de 60 Euros. No estoy para nada de acuerdo.
