The cleanliness of the rooms are excellent,the maids do a great job keeping things clean,the staff are very helpful and attentive,breakfasts are very good,the lady with blonde hair rani was really nice lady and would always be polite and courteous,she is a real asset to the hotel,overall my stay there was very good,thanks for your time in making my stay there a happy one.

The people who work here are so great! The complimentary breakfast is on par with more expensive hotels who charge for breakfast. Though I had expected difficulty parking, it was super easy.
The place is lovely. Maybe art deco? Only thing is the plumbing is kind of on par with its age. Still, I’d definitely stay here again

We were in town to visit family and see Acropolis. The location was very convenient, had uncovered secured parking, very good breakfast buffet, and the place was very well designed! I actually stopped the owners to thank them for such a neat place! I was able to walk to Acropolis from the hotel- super great way to experience more of Athens and spend time w family!

Below average.
Asked for double room and they gave me twin saying they had no availability.
Room was outdated and not the one showed on the images on hotels.com platform

Overall I don’t know how this hotel is 4*
The only reason the price was lower than other 4* hotel is because its not really 4* and its located outside the center

When we arrive. The staff was awesome. Help us the luggage they had one room available that we could get and put our stuff into who we came back that night. They were just all friendly. We wanted to get a drink and the gentleman at the reception desk sent us over to the bar. A lady came in and she did everything for us and brought it up to our room. It was a wonderful experience.

Check in was great. The person who attended to us was friendly and engaged in convo and also assisted with arranging transportation to the marina. My room had adequate space on the 4th floor but they provided nothing complimentary in the fridge. It was totally empty. The towels were course and worn and when I showered water would run under the glass door to the toilet. It appears it was not sealed properly. The shower stall was also small and the shower was oddly placed on the side of the wall very high so that also contributed to water escaping. There is no iron in the room and so we had to call to get one to borrow which they only allowed an hour of use. Breakfast assortment was ok but everything was cold or at room temperature. What was great is that its only 6-7 minutes from the city center. While I didnt trying walking I would think it would be manageable but I would caution anyone who wants to chance that in the heat. There is also a lot of steps to climb to reach the lobby and so if you have luggage there is no bell hop to assist you. You are on your own hauling your bags up the high flight of steps to reach the lobby

Good but outdated

Hotel was located in a convenient area. Hotel was clean. Free breakfast was also good. One negative thing I have to say is that the hotel is outdated. Lobby was decent, but our room needed an update. Old bathroom, old furniture. Shower was small with a shower curtain which is also outdated. Shower doors are much more modern and convenient for guests. And one last negative thing is that entrance to the lobby is at least 10 stairs up; difficult when you are older and have plenty of luggage. Hotel has ample parking in front, which is definitely a plus.

Overall, an enjoyable stay.

The hotel boasts a good location, with an underground station just five minutes away.
The rooms are equipped with new and modern furniture, but there is one downside: the bathrooms are impossibly small and lack sufficient hangers. I spoke with the reception staff, and they informed me that most of the rooms have similar bathroom layouts.

Parking spaces are limited, but the staff is willing to help if you provide them with your car keys.

Breakfast is good, though I wouldn't say it's exceptional. The variety isn't extraordinary, and I wasn't very impressed with the quality.

Despite these shortcomings, the staff truly made the difference. Everyone I interacted with was professional, helpful and welcoming.

Great place to stay. But they need to get the rooms ready before the guests come. We had to wait for more than one hour after 3 PM to get our room which caused delay on our plans.

First impression of the hotel as you walk in is very good, well kept and nice decor. Unfortunately this is not the case with the room, very tired and in need of a refurb. The bed was very hard and only 2 pillows were provided, and the shower was not great as the mixer tap was broken.
It is also in a noisy area with the metro line running outside the entrance and a car wash next door.
Breakfast was like every other greek hotel I've been to, so can't complain there. Staff were good and happy to help.
If you want the city centre with all the sights then its about 5min walk to the metro and 15mins ride down the M2 line.
Overall not a bad hotel for the price but would not consider this a 4*.

Clean and basic

The room was very basic but clean. The bathroom was extremely dated and although was clean looked dirty due to this eg. Rusty taps, falling down shower rail, none working hairdryer, dated tiles and a strange metal shed like ceiling. This spoilt our stay here unfortunately. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the ktel bus station which is why we chose it as we had a early morning bus to catch. The breakfast looked good but we only managed to grab something quick as our bus was at 7.30pm and breakfast wasn't available until 7pm.

it is 2 stars hotel not 4

This is not 4 stars, maybe 2.There are no power sockets near bed. Pillows were not fresh. Internet is bad with many disconnections and low speed. Room door locker is very weak and without locker. Elevator is slowly. Breakfast was bad and without tomatoes or cucumber or fresh vegetables and no fruits. In bathroom when took shower it came a bad cigarette smoke through the plastic window that is not closing properly. Parking is limited but guarded in front of hotel. Personal from reception was kindly. Down in the room there are cold floor tiles and you can not walk barefoot. In the room there are no glasses.

Мне очень понравилось. Отель находится около шоссе. Очень удобно, если у вас машина. Я ночевал одну ночь . В 5 часов утра уехал в Солонники. Только в 11 утра я осознал что забыл в сейфе пасспорт 2000 долларов и кабель для компа. Я позвонил в отель и сказал сохранить все до моего возвращения через 5 дней. Все передали мне без потерь. Моему счастью нет предела

Rooms on first floor above reception extremely noisy with bus loads of foreign tourists arriving and departing throughout night and early morning screaming at each other banging suitcases and doors making sleep difficult, plus right on train line. Ask for a room on sixth floor with balcony and views of Acropolis lovely at night. No self service laundry but hand washing put on balcony. Baggage storage made things easy when going to one of the Greek Islands. The Draculus lift was great making it easier for disabled to get up stairs to reception with luggage but shower above bath made life a little difficult. Most staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast fine. Railway, cafes, supermarkets with in walking distance.

Pretty good for the area

Reception felt a bit rushed and missing the customer service with a smile portion of it. The room was fine, bathroom had a musty smell to it and the shower curtains could have use a little bleach on the bottom. The breakfast buffet was nice for Athens.

Great value hotel, with excellent balcony and view

Very nice hotel, 10 minute walk to metro station. Very good staff,and breakfast was of a very good standard. Staff quite nice and helpful. My only complaint with the room was that it had an older a/c which was not cool enough and inefficient given the 30 degrees plus temperatures.
There is a large and excellent balcony for sitting out in, and the room was of a decent size.
Cannot fault it really, and a very good choice.

North of the centre

A decent hotel close to a metro station and near to the Liosion bus station. It is some distance from the centre but a quick 7 Euro taxi ride gets you there, or the metro. The room was fine, with standard fittings. Fairly basic but clean and we had an excellent large terrace. A good price as it was away from the centre.

The staff was ok, just like the quality of the room. Very much 70s style vibe and felt like it was not renovated since the 70s either.

Rengøring var super og personalet generelt meget venlige. Der er dog noget tid siden at det er renoveret og mit værelse var meget småt og især pladsen på badeværelset var meget begrænset.
Kampen hver dag mellem badeforhæng uden for bruser og vådt gulv eller indenfor og det klæber til en mens man bader…..
Morgenmad var acceptabel men heller ikke mere end det.

Man kan høre alt hvad der sker i værelset ved siden af. Døren var lidt i stykker i hjørnet så man kunne også høre hvad der skete ude i gangen. Maden var forfærdelig. Vil ikke anbefale dette hotel selvom prisen er god.

Otelin konumu iyi metroya yakın ancak otel resepsiyonu rezervasyonu ve ödemesi yapılmış olan konaklama için bir kez daha ücret istediler elimizdeki rezervasyon onay ve ödeme makbuzuna bakmadan bizim sorunumuz değil hotels ile görüşün diye başlarından atmaya çalıştılar ancak bizim israrimiz sonunda hatalarını gördüler bir saatlik bir stresten sonra olay çözüldü ancak özellikle yaşlı olan resepsiyon görevlisi çok kaba kahvaltı çok yetersiz

Staff extremely polite and willing to assist.
Drawbacks were the dirty floors in the room and the bathroom (maid apparently didn't clean it) and noise from departing guests at 0430am (not hotel's fault)

Cet hôtel est juste PARFAIT. Étage rénovée (2ieme), belle chambre, propre.. juste un gros wowww.. Petit déjeuner parfait. Nous avions peur, compte tenu des mauvais commentaires, mais n'ayiez aucun doute, c'est un hôtel parfait. Nous y retournerions n'importe quand.

Prima basic hotel. Geen 4 sterren maar 2 a 3 naar mijn mening. Gerenoveerde kamer is prima, goede bedden! Badkamer miniscuul evenals de douche waar je net in kan klimmen. Zeker niet mogelijk om met je partner te douchen. Badkamer had wel raampje maar kwam uit op een heel rare koker waar water druppelde. Ontbijt was zeer matig enkel geroosterd brood met kaas gegeten. Geen fruit of komkommer, salade, tomaat of iets dergelijks. Geen gebakken ei. Enkel een hardgekookt ei dat zo was doorgekookt dat het groen was vanbinnen. Alleen filterkoffie. Service bij auto wel prettig! Zetten je auto netjes neer en 24 uur beveiliging wat heel fijn is aangezien onze ruit werd ingetikt in het centrum :) schijnt veel te gebeuren in athene dus wees gewaarschuwd.
