Despite the information on the website as saying that they have an airport shuttle service available 24 hours a day, the staff told us that they have to coordinate the shuttle 2 days in advance. Also we assumed the shuttle service was free. They ended up calling 2 taxis for our party of 7, and we had to pay a considerable amount of euros. This was for our trip to and from the airport. Also, the information stated the hotel was 28 minutes from the airport. In all actuality it was a good 45 minute drive on the way to the hotel, and 35 minutes to the airport. The staff was cordial and did call a taxi for us to ferry us to the airport. Also, they provided recommendations of good restaurants nearby. When we tried one, it was fabulous! We did discover the bathrooms are very tight quarters, and the sink was partially clogged. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

This is the BEST hotel I have ever stayed at in Athens. There is a Gym and amazing customer service, Hector, made me feel rite at home helping me with everything I need, I highly recommend to stay here for a night layover, a couple of night, or even a long stay, there is an amazing breakfast every morning from 7. To 11am, the rooms are big, abs the beds are VERY comfortable Hi class mattresses. The location is just perfect with balconies and the best views, also on the roof top is a jacuzzi don’t forget to grab a glass of champagne with your loved one and take a dip. Definitely 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would give 10 stars if I could, very happy I will be back and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it.

Expresso and tea with a mini fridge in the room. I would like to know how the cleaning staff washed the cups in the room. I didn't see them replace them.

Very friendly staff. We stayed in the room with multiple beds. The only objectionable part was the rooms floor that was neither carpeted not had flooring. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was very clean. Decent shower and bathroom and clean closets. The basement was amazing having a pool table and kitchen for cooking and a lot of seating area both upstairs and downstairs. Extra bathrooms available in the basement.

Around the location OK. Tried Hungry Buddha for food on the first night, which is just around the corner... Can't really go wrong for a quick bite here.
The could be improved:
Light fitting hanging off in the room, and shower head did not fit in the desired receptacle so had to be held at all times... Could be solely on the room we were allocated... Didn't complain as it wasn't a huge issue for us given the price and the quick visit. So didn't get the opportunity to see how they would respond.

The hotel and staff were perfect. Anything you need all you have to do is ask. The iron and ironing board were already set up in my room like requested upon my arrival. I loved the balcony from my room. Having espresso and watching the sunrise from there each morning was beautiful. It is also in a convenient location close to the Victoria station that can take you anywhere within Athens. Would definitely recommend anyone here and stay here again!

Walkable from Biktoria Metro station, reachable from the airport after changing the metro line at Monastiraki station. Room is fairly spacious, fairly clean. Our room on the fifth floor has a balcony nearby, but being open, that was dusty and not very clean. Front desk has one staff round the clock, all were quite helpful. No restaurant, no breakfast, but there are shops and eateries very close-by.

We loved it! All of the staff were friendly and helpful. My son was sick for part of our stay and they were always checking to make sure he was alright. Both women at the front desk were very helpful, one by telling us about the local taxi calling app and the other who politely let our neighbors know that it was quiet hours at 1 a.m. The shower had great water pressure and I loved the cup for tooth brushes next to the sink. The bed was of medium firmness and there were two sifferent pillow densities to choose from! There was a window that opened, great blackout curtains, a small desk, and a tall coat closet to be used. The housekeeping staff were friendly, making sure we had coffee and water each day and that our trash was changed out. There was also a mini fridge that came in handy for all of the drinks we had. In the basement, we played pool, watched some tv in the theater area and used the kitchen to make sandwiches. Overall, an incredible place to stay and I would highly recommend it for all types of travel. Enjoy!

Great hotel. Very clean, room spacious, huge king size bed. Hot shower, big shower gel, shampoo provided. Fridge, tea, coffee, water, kettle, bottle opener all in room. There is also a safe and large wardrobe. Friendly staff, TV has nexflix signed in to use. Good location, supermarket nearby. Very safe area and quiet. Also has small kitchen to use, you can also order takeaway. Would definitely stay here again.

Property was in a very quiet side street, 20 mins walk from Larissa train station. Bakery and cafes 5 minutes walk away. Room was a good size. Fridge, kettle and small coffee machine in room. Bed was comfy and king size.

We had no hot water last night which eventually took 30 mins to rectify, not what you want to deal with after a 15 hour tour day. Wifi is very weak even down near reception. Change of staff, with some speaking limited English.

This property was so clean, vibrant and located in a safe part of town. We got a complimentary bottle of wine as we were celebrating my birthday, which was a sweet touch! The rooms are very updated and clean, and soundproofed so we got a great sleep every night. The front desk staff answered any questions we have, and were always available. The outdoor terrace and rooftop provided chill spaces to relax, but my favourite part was the well stocked kitchen and common areas in the basement with a tv, bean bags, pool table and dining table. We will definitely be staying here again if we find ourselves in Athens again!

Pame Wild is a great property on the edge of what most would consider \"central\" Athens. It's close to the National Archeological Museum, but not much else. However, it IS close to a Metro line, and only a mile walk from the central sights. So, IF, you're comfortable exploring a city on foot/taking a Metro, and not having touristy restaurants right nearby (there are plenty of coffee shops nearby and eateries around Victoria and Exarchia Square) and being in a \"city\" environment,Pame WILD is excellent. The staff is friendly, the street the building is on is well-lit and the rooms are well appointed.

Unusual location, somewhat off the beaten path. Though it is near the National Archeology Museum,
which has several hop-on/hop-off buses to catch right in front of Museum.

Check-in/Check-out process was easy.

Room smelled of cleaning products, which was quite overwhelming, and room needed to be aired out. Shower door did close correctly, so floor got very went (guess that's why there is a drain right outside the shower).

Bathroom can use a vanity, as counter doesn't provide enough room for toiletries.

Everything else with stay was fine.
