Property is difficult to find - not properly identified in navigation systems. Phone number that is provided for contact has been disconnected. Hotel is located in a business park on the outskirts of town. Staff do not speak English and were unable to provide assistance. Room was spacious and did appear to be clean, but there is carpet on the floor. Room was advertised as “park view”, while there is technically a park, it is nothing special.

Preiswertes Hotel mitten im Gewerbegebiet. Zimmer sind völlig ok, auch Fitnessraum und Sauna kann man gut nutzen. Nach einer Woche Aufenthalt kommt einem das Frühstück etwas eintönig vor, was wohl auch an der geringen Auslastung zu dieser Zeit lag. Nur die Kaffeemaschine braucht dringend eine Generalüberholung.

En oplevelse der ikke kan beskrives i ord - vi havde booket ophold til to voksne 1 barn på 6 år - og der var ingen seng til barn, da reception forklarede det havde de ikke og at børn op til 11 år sov i forældres seng med forældres dyne - men hvis jeg krævede seng og linned ville det koste os +25 euro extra for en overnatning - derudover opgav jeg at forklare receptionist at værelset var beskidt og at brunlig væske var løbet ned over tv og den væg det hængte på …
Morgenmad er der meget bredt udvalgt - men en del nusset allround- især edderkoppespind ved alle kroge og væglamper ved bordet vi spiste ved
En oplevelse rigere men kommer ikke igen ….

Staff friendly, but room cleanliness terrible. We were first given a room that hadn't been cleaned at all (bins full, past guests' bed linen in heap). Then when we got another room, it hadn't been vacuumed, and was only vacuumed once during our week-long stay - and the carpet was filthy. Tea/coffee was only topped up once, and we had no shower gel for three days. There were cockroaches in the room - we caught a live one, and on the last day when we moved furniture to check for any belongings when packing, we found dead cockroaches and previous guests' food under the furniture. Looked like the furniture hadn't been pulled out in a long time.

We booked a family room, but went we get there there wasn’t any, they gave us a normal room and they put sofa bed we didn’t make a big deal we were tired so the young one sleep with us. The lady at the reception helped as much as she can it wasn’t her fault, I don’t know it was hotel.com or the hotel mixed it up

The room was not very well cleaned and had spider webs on the wall, in one there was also a spider. In addition, the soap dispenser in the shower was empty and the provided fan (as there is no AC) barely worked. For the spider web problem, we complained with reception around 17:00 and they said they will take care of it, but when we were back at 23:00 it was still there. We had to go once again to reception and then the receptionist came with a special brush and cleaned the spiderweb with the spider away.

Nice hotel outside of the city centre.

Good hotel in a quiet location outside of the city centre. Great service, nice rooms, and with plenty of parking. Only small niggle was that it didn't have A/C in the room, but it did have a fan which was sufficient during my one night stay.

A nice modern hotel in a business park area. Quite a distance from the old town if you don't have transportation. We had our bikes so it was only a 20 minute ride. Great Locked area for our bikes which we appreciated. Many resteraunts close by.

Nice hotel in an quiet area

Atrium hotel is a very nice hotel situated in an quiet area. It’s easy to access by car and hotel provides free parking. Going to the city center is easy by crossing the bridge or taking the bus. The hotel itself is very well appointed, room and bathroom are clean and new. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I would stay here again if I come back to this area and I definitely will recommend this hotel to other travelers!

Arrived an hour and a half before check-in time. Hotel was a half empty, still could not get a room until exactly 3 p.m. Overall good hotel, a bit too far (40 minutes walk) or 15 minutes bus ride (bus goes every 20 - 30 minutes so you end up with same or even more time to get to the old town as you were walking) from the center. Good (but not great) breakfast for Germany.

It was far away from the city centre...the rooms doesn't have neither A/C nor refrigerator. The windows are too small leaving the rooms with little daylight. A request of checking out one hour later 12:00 instead of 11:00 was not granted which didn't surprised us!!

Nice comfortable hotel outside city center

I was in town for 3 days to visit with friends and enjoy the beautiful Christmas season that one can find in Regensburg. The room was very comfortable and despite the freezing weather outside, I was very warm always inside my room and in the breakfast area. Lovely and friendly staff when I checked in and also in the dining area. I would definitely stay here again!

Clean room, kind and helpful staff, great breakfast, easy access by car and most importantly reasonable price. However, the hotel is a bit far from the center of the city. If you want to enjoy the beautiful aspects of the old town, Regensburg, you definitely need a bus, a taxi or your car. Walking may not be an option. If you know it, this hotel can be a very good choice. (Actually, the parking in the city center is relatively easy. Dachau Parking recommended by the hotel was not expensive.)

Modern gem!

I was in the area for business and was happy to find this hotel. It's beautiful and very comfortable. I have been living in Germany for a year so I didn't mind not having AC even though it was pretty hot during my stay. It isn't near to center of town, but the drive is less than 10 minutes and parking was easy to find. If you don't have a car, something closer would be more more suitable.

Nice hotel in middle of commercial center

The hotel is located in the middle of a shopping and office park. The description of it being on a lake is a little misleading. The lake should really be described as a man made very small pond. The drive into the city is about ten minutes. The rooms were very quiet with little outside noise. The free parking was a nice benefit to not being located in the city.

The room was very clean and well laid out. There is no AC, however a floor fan is provided. The bathrooms are well equipped. There is a complimentary bottle of water left each day.

The breakfast was very good with a good selection of hot and cold food and an outside seating area.

Overall this is a good choice for visiting the city without being actually in the city.

Visited the hotel for business trip. As I knew that I will not have much time for visiting the city center, chose this hotel located in a business park. The parking was for free and there were several Restaurants around which could be reached in few walk.
The room was very clean and the facilities looked very new.
The service at front desk was also good. Did not have any stress at Check In and Check Out and the stuff were friendly.

There was a bouldering place just around the corner.

Nice hotel in a quiet neighbourhood

This was a nice hotel for our stay. It was about a 10 min cab ride from the train station, so it's outside the main downtown area. If you're comfortable with walking, you can still walk to the centre and the Atl-town. Staff were all very friendly and the room was spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely hotel room with a nice shower. The staff was very friendly and willing to help. The only problem we had was that it was in July during the peak heat season. Since the hotel doesn't have air conditioning, it got hot in our room. There was fan that provided and it made it a little bearable. This review is just a forewarning for anyone expecting air conditioning in the summer! It was a pleasant experience otherwise.

We originally thought the hotel was suppose to be city center which we prefer but it was just a short ride away from town. It was very nice and quiet....quite enjoyed hearing the ducks quacking in lake outside. Breakfast layout was quite good with variety. All in all, a super stay.

Hotel was convenient to Old City. Staff told us where we could park for free near Old Town. Room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very polite and helpful. My only complaints are that the internet was down throughout the hotel and they only had liquid soap and no other amenities. Hotel is located in what seems to be a business district, not touristy. We were there at night, so couldn't see much. There was a McDonalds nearby.

This place had high ratings for some reason. false advertisement of being by the lake...they have a pool of water next to the hotel. The hotel is at best 3 stars... at best. The service wasn't that great. We had to ask for an extra pillow and blanket because they only had one pillow and a small twin size blanket for a double bed. there was no bed sheet only a fitted sheet so we had to use the blanket as a cover. No air-conditioning. The waitstaff at breakfast is a joke. We had to go around looking for what we needed and track people down to give us something like, cream for our coffee or tea, water, etc. the breakfast was not that great. The room was small and we were above the bar area so we could hear a lot of people making noise at night while we were trying to sleep, but had to keep the window open in order to have some cool air coming into the room. Do not recommend this place.

Wir hatten ein Upgrade für ein Superior Zimmer und da wir spontan unsere Enkelin dabei hatten war das Extrabett kein Problem.Der Empfang war sehr herzlich auch unserer Enkelin gegenüber sie ist 5.
Der ganze Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und die Zimmer sehr ruhig.Frühstück war auch lecker und ausreichend.
Parkplätze auch genug vorhanden und kostenlos.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Gut war: kostenloses Parken, freundliches Personal, ruhige Lage, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gut, Frühstück sehr ordentlich, Busanbindung gut, Bar am Abend geöffnet,

Kritik: das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, z. B. war der Duschschlauch undicht, der Kosmetikspiegel zu tief angebracht, die Fenster nicht sauber, im TV beschränkte Auswahl an Programmen, Bad und Dusche klein und es gab Probleme mit der Dichtigkeit, nur eine Sitzgelegenheit im Zimmer, relativ große Entfernung zur Innenstadt

Fazit: als relativ günstige Möglichkeit zum Übernachten für 2 -3 Nächte geeignet.

Das Frühstück war nicht gut....tu wenig Servicekräfte, die dann auch ziemlich lustlos gearbeitet haben. Buffets sahen nicht sehr appetitlich aus. Die Wurst sah schon alt aus und die Qualität erwartet man in einem 4 Sterne Haus mehr....die Brötchen und wurden lange nicht nachgelegt.
Bei Anreise war der Fahrstuhl defekt...und zwei Nächte später bei meiner Abreise war dieser immernoch nicht ganz. Das hies also Koffer erst hoch dann runterschleppen. In Zimmer 216 sind in einer Ecke im Zimmer komische Wasserflecken zu sehen. Im Badezimmer sind die Fliesen dreckig...wahrscheinlich von der Bauphase.
