Spacious, clean room with excellent facilities in a great location. We had the comfort studio, with a kitchen and balcony, and it was a very comfortable and convenient space. The bathroom was clean and modern. The host was also helpful and provided some great suggestions. It was a lovely base for our time in Split.

Great stay on the edge of town (2 minutes and you are in the heart of old town). Nice bed and courtyard. Many guest ate breakfast or lunch on the picnic tables. Fair price and perfectly safe. No front desk but someone was available all the time. We lost internet a couple of times but was reset immediately. Highly recommend this stay. Easy access and 2 minutes from National theater.

Such a charming property located in the heart of the old city Split. The host Frane is very welcoming and will come and greet you upon arrival. He is very sweet and has good restaurant recommendations. The property was my favorite stay throughout my Europe trip as it has a very nice courtyard that you can sit outside that is sheltered from the street. There is also drying racks for laundry which was nice. Rooms were a good size with air conditioning and were clean and quiet. I really enjoyed my stay here and recommend it!

Fabulous stay here.
We stayed in the rooms across from the main house. Rooms were great and the bed was so comfortable.
Bathroom was a good size and the shower was fab. Air conditioner was there if you wanted to use it. Mini fridge was a great bonus.
It's near to all the sights in Split, easy to walk to everything. Buses are just down the road for sight out of Split, Salona, Kliss fort.
Would definitely stay again, Frane is a wonderful host.

If we could rate staff 10 stars, we would. Our trip would not have been nearly as enjoyable without Frane- absolutely amazing- very responsive helpful and courteous. The room was great and the restaurant nearby- Ciri Biri Bella- cannot be missed. Walkable to Old Palace area, tours, shopping, waterfront, grocery, markets, beaches, parks - the list goes on and on!!

Pros: Walking distance to attractions, restaurants and the beach.
Cons: 3 floors without elevator. Not accessible by car, Uber or taxi. Not convenient if you have multiple and/or large suitcases. You have to walk at least 50 meters or more for airport shuttle pickup and drop off.

Great place!

You're a 2 minute walk from all the action but the property itself is like a quiet oasis.

The room we were in (4) was nice and shaded, where we were shocked how warm it was outside.

The shower was excellent with good pressure.

And Frane was a great host.

I don't like giving 5 out of 5 reviews usually as they're not constructive,but anything less would be a lie.

This is a nice property within walking distance to the ferry and the bus station.

Frane was helpful. He met us on arrival at the property and walked us through everything we needed to know about the room and the city.

The room had a mini fridge. It did not have a sink outside of the one in the bathroom. There seemed to be lots of hot water. The air conditioning worked well.

Communication in advance and during our stay was very good and friendly. The owner shared his knowledge of the city which was appreciated a lot (dined in Artisok and did not disappoint). Location of the property was excellent. The room was clean. The only cons were that the room we had was very small with too much furniture to actually fit in that space, and that the room tend to be pretty humid in spite of the AC.

Frane was super helpful and even had a map marked out with all his recommendations! The apartment was so clean, tidy and comfortable, with all the amenities that we needed (fridge, kettle, tea/coffee etc). We couldn't have pictured a better location, 5-10 minute stroll and you're right at the front of the promenade, and a 5 minute stroll to the heart of the beautiful old town. Right next door to a fantastic brunch spot, with restaurants, cafes, markets and bakery's within steps of our front door! This was by far my favourite and most magical holiday yet, I cannot recommend Split and Peruzovic Apartments enough!!

Old Town Road

If you want to stay in Split, then you want to stay in the old town, by the coast and the UNESCO palace site. There isn't a better area than the road where you'll find the Peruzovic apartments.

Right by a small plaza with bars, restaurants, convenience stores, and a pharmacy, they're set back far enough to get some respite from the crowds but are still a very short and easy walk (~5 mins) to the scenic Riva waterfront. Mediterranean beauty all around.

As a base to explore Diocletian's Palace (evolved into a gorgeous, bustling district of its own, lively and friendly at day or night) and the huge Marjan forest park, or to catch a catamaran to Hvar, etc. or a big ferry for a longer journey, it is ideal. The beach isn't as close, maybe 15 minutes on foot. You may want to uber that. It's pretty, though.

The apartment was very clean and modern, with good cooling and an impeccable bathroom. The fridge was handy, as were the closet and table, and there was a safe too. No cooking options, but with eating out being so affordable, close, and delicious, it isn't any loss. The beds were entirely comfortable, and I appreciated the kettle and coffees!

There is a nice outdoor seating area at the main building, which is right by the extension. You may have to climb flights of stairs, so do check that if a lack of an elevator may be a problem for you.

Last but not least: this is a family business, and the family is brilliant. Helpful and lovely all around. My big thanks to them all!

The location of this place is perfect! Old Town is really small, so its a very short walk to the main square. Lots of little restaurants and shops around as well. The hotel is quite basic, so do not expect any frills. Beds were a little uncomfortable, but overall really enjoyed our stay! There were some shared kitchen facilities if needed.

A gem in the heart of things

The location is excellent— totally convenient to just about everything. Love the nearby Marjan Park with its running and cycling trails. Access to beaches, the old town, all the bus and ferry terminalss. The best part, though, is the owner Frane. He is very helpful and thoughtful, and just an all around nice guy. He made y stay in Split easy and enjoyable.

The room was excellent in all ways except a bit tight in space for two persons. However it was suitable for one night. The host was absolutely hospitable going out of his way to meet us down the road to help with luggage. He also signposted us to nearest car park and gave instructions to prevent additional charges. He had a preplanned map outlining places we could visit. Note: road to access property is pedestrianised so no vehicles allowed. Roads are very narrow for turning. Overall a great experience. Split is lovely and definitely worth visiting.

Place is clean and tidy. Has all the necessary amenities like shower gel, shampoo, towels. Room is spacious enough unlike many other european hotels. In house kitchen is adequate. Very near the main shopping street and 5 mins walk to riva promenade. Downside is that wifi tends to be very poor, keeps dropping off.

Great host, great location! Walking distance to everything. Minor complaint- not enough hot water for two people to take one shower after the other. We had to ration by turning off the water while soaping up, etc, just to be able to have warm water throughout a quick shower, or else the end would be cold. I’m all for conserving water and energy, but I should be able to have enough hot water to wash my hair comfortably, at least! Otherwise, very friendly and helpful host.

This was a very good apartment and I would stay here again if visiting Split. The check-in was excellent and the owner on top of mapping out recommendations for everything also called the 2 travel agencies to find out precise meeting points of yours I was booked on. The room itself was very spacious, clean, secure and nicely decorated. The location was good too, just 10 minutes walking to the centre. Highly recommend for quality, location and service. The location is perfect for walking around Split. The bakery, supermarket and local bars/restaurants are seconds from the front door but the area is very quiet. The best beach is a 40 minute walk but you can also cycle, taxi, bus if you prefer. I highly recommend this for a long weekend or a week

Frane was a great host and waited for us even after check in was closed, due to our flight being delayed. The room was spacious, clean and modern. Complimentary water was supplied which was really handy for the morning after we arrived. Frane was very helpful and had marked recommended places on a map for us, as well as helping us find our meeting points for trips. There was a bakery and supermarket a few doors down which was very useful. The accommodation is about a 5-10 minute walk to the sea front and very close to restaurants. We found it quiet and secure and we’d definitely stay here again.

Absolutely fabulous location and very friendly host. Fran kindly provided a map on arrival and told us all the best ice cream places, restaurants and key sights to see!

The room was a tiny bit on the small side compared to other apartments but its perfectly fine for a few days and for a central location such as this you are always going to have to sacrifice a little on the space front. All the rooms s hare a great communal courtyard that is nice and sheltered.

I would definitely stay again if I was in Split.

If you're arriving by car I wouldn't advise you try to get too close to the apartment - the road is partly accessible by cars but it's so tight and busy its way more stress than its worth and your chances of getting a space are very slim. Save yourself some stress and just park a little further out & walk to the apartment.

The BEST Hospitality & Location

We got so lucky staying here during our 5 nights in Split.
#1 PRIME LOCATION. Everything we wanted to do was a 5 to 15 minute walk including: Diocletian's palace, Marjan Hill, Split Port, the Riva, Luka's Ice Cream (a must), restaurants, grocery store, bakery, etc.
#2 Hospitality-Frane was the best host. He arranged our transfers for us to and from the airport in advance. He is very responsive by email. Upon arrival he gave us a map with the best restaurants, grocery stores, and \"must sees\". Whenever we had questions he responsed promptly.
#3 Safety- gated apartment and safe neighborhood.
#4 Kitchen- some of the rooms have a full kitchen - request ahead of time to ensure your room does if that is necessary/desired.
#5 Beautiful patio area to relax and eat meals.

Had a wonderful 3-night stay at a well-located apartment in downtown Zagreb. The apartment is on the first floor of a 100-year old Hapsburg-style building with an inner courtyard that offers a secure place for your car (for 10 Euros / 24 hours). No need for a vehicle when staying here as eeverything a tourist needs to see or do is within a 10-minute walk.
Adel, the owner, was there to greet us at the agreed time. He is extremely friendly and his English is perfect. He kindly helped me pay a parking fine that I’d incurred in Zadar over the phone rather than me having to go through the process myself.
The apartment was very clean and spacious and overlooked a busy and noisy street but when the windows were closed and the aircon on the noise was hardly noticeable. Neither of us had any trouble falling asleep after long days of wandering around seeing the sights.
Good value.

Ideally situated and near everything. Small mini market and bakery a second away. Lots of beautiful restaurants and cafes ten minutes away. Would certainly recommend an evening stroll down by the Riva to watch the sun go down or sit and people watch. The people are very helpful and friendly.

The property is in a great location. Walking distance from all the sights but in a quiet area so was nice to get away from all the noise and hustle at the end of the day. Great host, full of information and really helpful

Great room and location! Read Parking info here!!

The property was located at the edge of the old town. There was no parking available at the property. You have to park the car in the nearest public car park (around 3-5 minutes walk). We were not given the parking information and was stuck at the deadend of the road at the edge of the old town when the google map directed us to the point nearest to the property. Need much effort to steered away from the deadend and back to the carpark and we dont know the carpark paying system (Later on we learned that 4 Krona per hour (free 1900-0700 (Mon-Fri); Sat 1400-Mon 0700)
It would be much much better if the property owner could offer help in the parking as we encountered problem but there is only one staff and he had to stay at the property.
Excluding the parking issue, the owner is helpful in giving us information on the city of Split, attractions nearby, restaurants etc. We went to the restaurants recommended and the food was good! The property is great, with spacious room, clean and tidy, a balcony to enjoy during the day and within walking distance to the old town and attractions.

Good place in the old town

Really nice service and walking distance to most tourist spots in old town split. Both check in and check out was flawless. Manager is super helpful and always available.

Very positive, would definitely recommend to family & friends. Apartment/room within close proximity to shops .Ferries, boat trips & buses all in short walking distance. Places to eat/drink are many...loads of great restaurants.

Nice room in the heart of Split

This is a great place to stay if you want to be in the old town area of Split. Frane greeted us when we arrived and gave us a map with useful information for restaurants, grocery stores and top sites. The room was very clean. Frane provided water, soap, and shampoo. There was an electric kettle to heat water. Great wifi and satellite tv. For the price, I would highly recommend the room.
